Background and Aim: This study seeks to examine whether there is a difference between the level of relationship between teachers' individual innovativeness perceptions and their life satisfaction and whether there is a difference in terms of some demographic variables during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: The research is a quantitative study and was carried out in relational screening model. The sample of the study consists of 335 teachers working in schools affiliated to the Kahramanmaras Central District National Education Directorates. The data of the research was analysed using the Jamovi 1.6.12 statistical software program. Results and Conclusion:: As a result of the research, it was seen that the majority of the teachers were in the questioning and pioneering groups based on the scores of the individual innovativeness scale,. Significant differences were found in the scores of the participants' individual innovativeness scale sub-dimensions in terms of gender, marital status, branch, and sports status. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in life satisfaction scale scores in terms of gender, marital status, and branch variables (p>0.05); It was found that there was a significant difference in terms of the variable of doing sports (p>0.05); In addition, no significant relationship was found between the sub-dimensions of resistance to change, opinion leadership, openness to experience, and risk-taking and life satisfaction. Keywords: COVID-19, Teacher, Individual innovation, Life satisfaction.

The study aimed to assess the perceptions of department heads and administrators regarding the degree to which Educational District Managers practice administrative creativity in the districts of Mafraq governorate. To achieve this objective, the study followed the descriptive survey method, and used a questionnaire to collect data from the study sample which was selected from a population of 240 male and female employees (40 heads and 200 employees in education districts of Mafraq governorate). The sample consisted of (150) participants (25 department heads and 125 male and female employees). The data was analyzed by the use of statistical methods, such as means, standard deviations, the analysis of multiple variance and the method of Scheffe.  The study findings revealed that the participants' degree of perception was moderate, and that there were differences in their perceptions according to their different demographic variables. The study recommended preparing and designing training programs to develop the performance of educational leaders in education districts to implement the requirements of administrative innovation and creativity.

This study aims to identify the level of cyberbullying among a sample consisting of teenager students in the city of Mafraq in Jordan. It also aims to identify the differences at the level of cyberbullying in terms of gender, educational level, and academic achievement. The sample of the study was composed of 160 male and female students randomly selected from four schools of the education directorate in the northeast desert in 2020. Cyberbullying scale was employed in this research. The results revealed that the level of cyberbullying among adolescent students was moderate. Findings also suggested that there are differences at the level of cyberbullying between students in terms of gender, educational level, and academic achievement. In addition, the results suggested differences between the participants attributed to the interaction between gender and academic achievement and the interaction between educational level and academic achievement.

This study aims to explain the effect of socio-demographic variables i.e. sex, wage, employment status, and marital status on commuting in Jabodetabek. The result of binary logistic regression using Sakernas 2012 shows that male are more likely to commute than female. Male in formal sector have the highest probability to commute while by marital status, unmarried male have the highest probability to commute. The level of wage is positively related with the probability to commute although at certain level of wage, an increase in wage increases probability to commute among male lower than probability to commute among female.

Newspaper readership often has been studied with the aim of developing demographic profiles of readers. This paper considers the goals readers are pursuing and the importance of media system dependency relations in explaining the amount of time spent reading newspapers. In a regression analysis, we find that dependency relations for social and self understanding explain a considerable amount of variance in readership beyond the variance explained by demographic variables. Differences in the dependency relations between more and less affluent readers, as well as between male and female readers, are noted as well.

Abstract. In the present work the effects of oestradiol benzoate (EB) on pituitary and plasma concentrations of TSH, plasma T4 and T3, and thyroidal activity of male and female rats have been studied. Wistar rats weighing between 150 to 200 g were injected sc with varying doses of EB in corn oil for 9 or 30 days. The animals were exsanguinated by cardiac puncture and the hypophyses removed and individually homogenized at 4°C in 200 μl PBS buffer. Pituitary and plasma TSH were measured by radioimmunoassay. Thyroidal activity was evaluated by a 4 h 131I uptake and by 48 h thyroidal release plasma slopes derived form the ratio PB[125I] (from thyroidal secretion) to PB[131I] (from exogenous [131I]T4). In both male and female rats the 10 and 25 μg doses of EB produced a significant decrease in pituitary TSH content; this effect was more pronounced when the 25 μg dose was given over 30 days. Plasma T4 decreased significantly; plasma T3 was moderately elevated in all groups (NS) and significantly increased in female rats treated with 25 μg EB (P < 0.01). It is concluded that EB induced a marked depression of intrapituitary TSH, probably due to a decrease in synthesis, without affecting the release of TSH into the circulation. Moreover, EB accelerated peripheral T4 kinetics and thyroid gland activity, albeit to a moderate degree.

The research aims to measure occupational stress of team leaders working at IT companies in Bangalore. The study also focuses on assessing the levels of occupational stress on four socio demographic factors i.e. age, gender, marital status and working hours. A sample of 100 team leaders working in three different IT companies were studied using occupational stress index by AP Singh and AK Srivastava. The results showed that 52% of the respondents have low occupational stress and 48% of the respondents have high occupational stress. There is no significant difference between male and female executions with respect to occupational stress. The team leaders who are above the age of 30 years tend to experience higher occupational stress than the team leaders who are under the age of 30 years. Team leaders who are divorced have higher occupational stress than the others .Team leaders who work more than 10 hours per day experience higher occupational stress than team leaders who work less than ten hours. Keywords: Occupational stress, team leaders, IT sector

Human life quality in an area can be determined through the Human Development Index (HDI). One of the fundamental components for the HDI composition is the Life Expectancy Rate (LER). Even though DKI Jakarta Province has a high HDI, research on the factors that influence LER is still fascinating to do. This study aims to compare the survival probability of the DKI Jakarta residents based on gender (male and female) and marital status (unmarried and married) variables. This study analyzed the lifespan data of 464 people who were calculated from birth to death in 2017. The data were analyzed using a lifetime analysis method with a parametric approach which refers to selecting the probability distributions that best fits the research data. The results showed there was no difference in survival probability between the male and female populations. Meanwhile, married residents have a greater survival probability than those who were unmarried. Thus, the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta needs to increase the percentage of the married population to increase LER, leading to an increase in regional HDI, for example, through economic empowerment programs and optimization of the Planning Generation (GenRe) program.
