The sharia banking main characteristics provide alternative systems by which banks and customers share profits with specific emphasis on fair treatment, ethical investments, and kinship relationship in the production process and avoidance of speculation. Measuring sharia banking performance by applying CAMELS is considered weak in describing non-financial aspects, which shows sharia ethics and the spirituality of sharia banking. Therefore, the ANGELS method can be considered as an alternative one in assessing sharia banking performance. This research applies Bayani, Burhan, and infant epistemological approaches. The result shows that the implementation of sharia principles in sharia banking practice in Makassar still need sharia literacy awareness among sharia banking practitioners since sharia banking is a potential market in the future.

This article focuses on the transformation and dimming lines between digital and physical worlds. Industrial Internet tools and applications also help people collaborate in a faster and smarter way – making jobs not just more efficient but more rewarding. Technological progress and economic growth are contributing to a seismic shift in the role that human beings play in the production process. Technological progress, notably in high-performance computing, robotics, and artificial intelligence, is extending the range of tasks that machines can perform better than humans can. The Future of Work is being shaped by a profound transformation, driven by the meshing of the digital and the physical worlds, the emergence of new design and production techniques, and a seismic shift in the role that human beings play in the production process. Technological progress is expected to push a growing share of the workforce toward creativity and entrepreneurship, where humans have a clear comparative advantage over machines.

This paper reviews key production process for crude palm oil and highlights factors that highly influence the production of crude palm oil. This paper proposes a generic conceptual model for crude palm production process considering these factors. The conceptual model could be modified to consider other factors not included in this paper. The future research would be to construct a simulation model based on the conceptual model proposed in this paper and analyse the effect of these factors on the performance of crude palm oil production system.

The number of companies that decide to employ industrial robots to facilitate their production process is on the constant increase. Implementation of such solutions requires deep analysis of manifold aspects of such an endeavour. Apart from the economical face of the problem, there appear issues connected with integration of robots with the existing manufacturing infrastructure. Hence software enabling simulation and analysis of a robot work in the future environment is in demand. The following article is devoted to the problem of virtual designing of robotic workstations. The work presents basic information regarding application of robots in manufacturing companies and introduces typical software for simulation and programming of industrial robots. What is more, the process of designing a virtual environment and conducting analysis of robot work analysis is presented based on the laboratory set-up with Kawasaki RS003N robot. Finally, other examples of virtually designed robotic workstations are introduced.

The role stakeholders, especially SKPD Department of Culture and tourism (Disbudpar) Central Sumba Regency have a heavy duty to make tourism development. The method used was a case study approach (inductive) using qualitative methods. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques with presentation techniques qualitative descriptive data. The results of this research are the role Disbudpar Kab. Central Sumba in tourism development constrained human resources issues and other findings are necessary translation of roles more effectively and efficiently with attention to personal ability, social skills and intellectual abilities in the future culture. The next finding is the difficulty Disbudpar Kab. Central Sumba in the implementation of the work plan caused by many factor. It is important to consider in the future development of tourism is the attention to the internal and external coordination and the determination of the potential market rating that will facilitate the development of tourism attractions such as the establishment or featured travel products and preparation of human resources, infrastructure and other supporting facilities.
