Measurement of teacher competence through TPACK is very important to do. However, the majority of the instruments used to measure TPACK for elementary school teachers are not yet in line with the needs of the 21st Century. This study aims to develop a TPACK instrument for elementary school teachers in a valid and reliable science lesson. This study uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Define, Develop, Implementation, and Evaluation). The study sample involved 8 grade IV teachers from state and private elementary schools with A level of accreditation, spread across four sub-districts in the Surakarta region. Data analysis techniques use Pearson Correlation and Cronbach's Alpha. Research shows that there are 18 items that are declared valid and reliable. Valid is indicated by the Pearson Correlation value per question ranging from 0.504 - 0.904. Reliability is shown in the Cronbach's coefficient Alpha internal consistency value of 0.856. So that, overall, this instrument can be used to measure TPACK of elementary school teachers in the content of science lessons. This instrument can be used to map teacher competencies based on TPACK values. Furthermore, if there are some weaknesses in the 7 aspects of the TPACK, policy makers can determine the follow-up that needs to be determined to further improve the competence of elementary school teachers.

The study sample involved 1490 teacher in elementary school,  grade IV, V, and VI teachers from state and private elementary schools with A level of accreditation, spread across fourteen sub-districts in the Kabupaten Bogor. Data analysis techniques use Winsteps 4.0.1. So that, overall, this instrument can be used to measure TPACK of elementary school teachers in the content of mathematics lessons. This instrument can be used to map teacher competencies based on TPACK values. Furthermore, if there are some weaknesses in the 7 aspects of the TPACK, policy makers can determine the follow-up that needs to be determined to further improve the competence of elementary school teachers. The dimensions that stand out in this research are lesson content, teaching approach, technology, pedagogy, content, and mathematics.

In practice oflearning sometimes teachers ignore the guidance of attitudes and character values.This is caused by lack of teacher’s skills to implement the learning approach inlearning Civics and Social Science. So that impact to low student character andstudent unready to face competition globally. The purposes of this training are toincrease insight and train teachers in Talawi to apply VCT approach model matrixin Civics and Social Science lesson, in order to improve the student’s character.The targets are elementary school teachers in Talawi (20 people). The method inthis training consists of Lecture Method, Question and Answer, Discussions, used todescribe the material, encouraging active participation of teachers, selectingmaterial to be designed with steps of VCT model matrix. Recitation Method fortraining teachers to designing RPP with VCT matrix. Simulation Method to trainteachers to implement Civics and Social Science learning with VCT model matrix.The results are teachers in Talawi can understand, design-implement, improve theirskills in implementing Civics and Social Science with VCT matrix model that caninfluence the improvement of student’s character values

<em>One of the problems faced by elementary school teachers is the problem of making and using learning media in schools.This is due to the lack of readiness of human resources about understanding media in learning. For this purpose the community service activities are: (1) increasing the competence of elementary school teachers about learning, (2) developing learning media in elementary schools, (3) structuring learning media in elementary schools. This Community Service activity uses the design of the transfer of science and technology from the university to the stakeholders which includes: (a) workshops, (b) training and mentoring. This dedication activity was carried out in the activities of the  Teachers Working Group Cluster "Banyumudal" in Kebumen District year  2019. The results of these community service activities are: (1) improvement of teacher competency about learning media in elementary schools, (2) products of various types of learning media in elementary schools, (3) the formation of "Mini Laboratory" for learning in elementary schools</em>

This study is conducted to analyse the partial and simultaneous effect of professional allowance and teacher competence on teacher performance of elementary school teachers. Data is collected using questionnaire sent to 174 elementary school teachers who received professional allowances. Analysis statistic was done using multiple linear regression. The result of research indicate that professional allowance and teacher competence partially has positif and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously, professional allowance and teacher competence have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and predicts 87,4% of teacher performance,  with the regression equation Y = 42,561 + 0,653X1 + 0,853X2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh partial dan simultan tunjangan profesi dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru SD. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh 174 guru sekolag dasar yang telah menerima tunjangan profesi guru. Data analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tunjangan profesi dan kompetensi guru, secara partial, mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Demikian pula secara simultan, tunjangan profesi dan kompetensi guru mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan memberi kontribusi sebesar 87,4%, dengan persamaan regresi  = 42,561 + 0,653X1 + 0,853X2.
