Mental revolution movement in Indonesia is based on the phenomena of mental negative development in many different ages and other fields such as corruption, drugs, murder, robbery, thievery, prostitution, violence, gambling and sexual insulting. The development of mental negative in society is reputed as the implementation product that only produces the change of cognitive product in low level (knowing and comprehending) and it has not reached the high level of cognitive product (analyzing, synthetic, and evaluating). Education institution as the main tool and also as the first builder of mental Indonesian should be able to optimize all of intellectual potentials, emotions, social physic, aesthetic, and spirituality as comprehensive as balanced (holistic education) so that it can create the real human. In this case, it is needed more professional education management to empower the environment and also spiritual values as source of study; and to develop communication and cooperation with formal, non formal and informal institutions. As the leader of education institution, headmaster should be more serious in doing socialization, comprehension, and fulfillment the quality of the components in implementing the real education such as competent human resources, education curriculum, supporting facility and also empowering the cultural values of institution. ABSTRACT The approval of the More Doctors Program has triggered a number of readjustments of the National Curricular Guidelines (DCNs) for Medical Education, like the creation of a mental health internship integrated into the health service and community. Due to this demand, the higher education institutions have been encouraged to innovate in their teaching-learning methodologies in order to guarantee a generalist, humanistic and critical professional education. We report the experience of a private higher education institution in the implementation of a mental health internship in consonance with the new DCNs. We present all the steps of the implementation, reporting the participation of students, supervisors, preceptors and managers. We show that a mental health internship linked to different levels of healthcare promotes learning conditions capable of favoring the decentralization of care and application of the community/family approach.

The relevance of the article is determined by the comprehension of such quality of contemporary university graduates as creativity. It becomes necessary in the conditions of digital transformation of society. Modern specialists should not only have a set of competencies and professional skills and be able to master new knowledge, but they also should be ready to actively participate in innovation processes, perceive innovation as a value, and show the qualities of creativity. The main factor in the training of such specialists is the process of professional education that acts as a unity of two components: training aimed at the formation and mastering professional skills and knowledge, and personal development (upbringing). The significant role of the latter is the formation and development of new socio-cultural values. Among the existing approaches to creativity interpretation is the one where creativity is considered as a special quality of both thinking and mental activity of a person, where the presence of sophisticated intelligence acts as a necessary, but not sufficient condition for the achievement of this quality. The author shows that creativity development is possible through the activation of all human abilities, through searching for the ways to solve problem situations, finding new information and restructuring the acquired one by breaking the usual standards and schemes of perception.

ObjectivesThis study assessed knowledge, beliefs and practices of elite female footballers regarding injury prevention.MethodsA survey was sent to players participating in the FIFA Women’s World Cup France 2019. Questions covered three injury prevention domains: (1) knowledge; (2) attitudes and beliefs; (3) prevention practices in domestic clubs. Additionally, ACL injury history was assessed.ResultsOut of 552 players, 196 women responded (35.5%). More than 80% of these considered injury risk to be moderate or high. Players listed knee, ankle, thigh, head and groin as the most important injuries in women’s football. The most important risk factors identified were low muscle strength, followed by poor pitch quality, playing on artificial turf, too much training, reduced recovery and hard tackles. In these elite players, 15% did not have any permanent medical staff in their domestic clubs, yet more than 75% had received injury prevention advice and more than 80% performed injury prevention exercises in their clubs. Players identified the two most important implementation barriers as player motivation and coach attitude. Two-thirds of players used the FIFA 11+ programme in their clubs.ConclusionsThis diverse group of elite players demonstrated good knowledge of risk level and injury types in women’s football. Of the risk factors emphasised by players, there was only one intrinsic risk factor (strength), but several factors out of their control (pitch quality and type, training volume and hard tackles). Still players had positive attitudes and beliefs regarding injury prevention exercises and indicated a high level of implementation, despite a lack of medical support.

Abstract The aim of the paper is to investigate the solvability of an infinite system of nonlinear integral equations on the real half-axis. The considerations will be located in the space of function sequences which are bounded at every point of the half-axis. The main tool used in the investigations is the technique associated with measures of noncompactness in the space of functions defined, continuous and bounded on the real half-axis with values in the space l∞ consisting of real bounded sequences endowed with the standard supremum norm. The essential role in our considerations is played by the fact that we will use a measure of noncompactness constructed on the basis of a measure of noncompactness in the mentioned sequence space l∞. An example illustrating our result will be included.

Objectives To assess the acceptability of bowel cancer screening using flexible sigmoidoscopy (FS). Setting Adults aged 55 to 64 recruited from general practices in Welwyn Garden City and Leicester, which were the pilot and start up centres of a multicentred randomised controlled trial of FS screening (the ICRF/MRC Flexible Sigmoidoscopy Screening Trial). Methods Screenees (n=4422) were sent a three month follow up questionnaire that included measures of satisfaction with information given before the test, facilities at the test unit, attitudes of the staff, and explanation of the results. Measures of pain, embarrassment, feelings of being “in control” during the test, willingness to encourage others to have the test, and gladness to have participated were also included. In addition, semistructured telephone interviews were conducted with 60 screenees, stratified by screening outcome and gender. Results The follow up questionnaire was completed by 94% of screenees. Responses indicated a high level of satisfaction with the procedure: 99% were satisfied with the information given before the test, the facilities, the attitudes of the staff, and the explanation of their results; 91% reported only mild or no pain; 97% reported little or no embarrassment; and 99% were glad they had the test. Satisfaction ratings varied little by gender or outcome group. The quantitative results were reinforced by the qualitative data, which also revealed high acceptability. Conclusion In the context of a clinical trial with dedicated trial staff, FS is a well tolerated procedure. There are high levels of satisfaction with service provision and positive attitudes towards the programme.

The main direction of the educational process is to develop the education system in accordance with the strategic directions of social and economic development of the republic, integrating it into the world educational space, preserving its national essence through the use of national customs and traditions, as well as cultural values, creating conditions for the formation of a personality in the national spirit, development of a high level of outlook and creative potential of the personality, cognitive competences. The implementation of these tasks requires a review of the content of the educational process in the country's schools from a new methodological standpoint, based on the use of elements of national customs and traditions. Such a new methodological system shows the need for radical changes in the traditional educational process, the development of a creative approach to teaching, and the updating of the content of education on a national basis. In the modern period of the development of society in the educational process of educational institutions the principle of education is implemented, taking into account the comprehensive development of students, such a system of education and upbringing provides an opportunity for the formation of cultural and ethnic identity, it is aimed at an in-depth study of the spiritual culture of the people and the ability to connect it with modern values. This system of education and training is based on the link between national customs and traditions (customs and traditions related to children's upbringing, household customs and traditions, social customs and traditions) and the educational process.
