O estudo teve por objetivo analisar a assistência de enfermagem aos pacientes atendidos com classificação de risco, segundo a literatura. Por meio de revisão integrativa da literatura foram identificados 912 artigos dos quais se selecionou 14, considerando os critérios: artigos completos; publicados no período entre 2012 a 2015; disponíveis no idioma português e inglês; indexados nas bases de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde. Todo o material foi analisado por meio da técnica Análise de Conteúdo. Emanaram-se duas categorias temáticas: A Humanização no Atendimento e O Papel do Enfermeiro nas Unidades de Urgência e Emergência. Conclui-se que o Acolhimento com Classificação de Risco seja um dos instrumentos fundamentais de auxílio para alcance da qualidade no atendimento “de porta” dos serviços de emergências dos hospitais brasileiros.Descritores: Enfermagem, Classificação, Emergência, Manchester, Triagem, Urgência.Embracement with risk classification: the nurse's action in urgency and emergencyAbstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze nursing care for patients treated with risk classification, according to the literature. We develop an approach to risk classification based on quantile contours and allometric modelling of multivariate anthropometric measurements. We propose the definition of allometric direction tangent to the directional quantile envelope, which divides ratios of measurements into half-spaces. This in turn provides an operational definition of directional quantile that can be used as cutoff for risk assessment. We show the application of the proposed approach using a large dataset from the Vermont Oxford Network containing observations of birthweight (BW) and head circumference (HC) for more than 150,000 preterm infants. Our analysis suggests that disproportionately growth-restricted infants with a larger HC-to-BW ratio are at increased mortality risk as compared to proportionately growth-restricted infants. The role of maternal hypertension is also investigated.

Although the history of immobilized enzymes and their applications in different fields are traced back to the second half of the twentieth century, their importance in bioreactors and biosensors highlighted at the turn of the current century is under active consideration in these days for broad-spectrum applications in different medical fields. Thus, this article presents a review of the literature concerning the current and future role of the immobilized enzymes in different medical fields. As the author and his supervised research groups have also been actively involved in research on immobilized enzymes, he has also made some input with a recommendation to revise the current classification of immobilized enzymes basically into “Naturally Immobilized” and “Artificially Immobilized Enzymes”, keeping the sub-classification intact. He has also suggested the development of some medical products based on the results of his research groups.

A atuação do enfermeiro na assistência humanizada na área de urgência e emergência pressupõe-se que o principal papel do enfermeiro na sala de emergência é o de uma assistência segura e livre de risco. Este estudo teve como objetivo interpretar a atuação do profissional enfermeiro no atendimento humanizado, classificação de risco e sistematização da assistência de enfermagem em urgência e emergência. A metodologia utilizada foi pesquisa bibliográfica nas bases de dados LILACS, SciELO. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to review and discuss the literature focusing on defining and measuring sentiments so as to understand their role in stock market behavior. Design/methodology/approach Critical review of the literature by analyzing myriad scholarly articles. The study is based on an analysis of 81 scholarly articles to critically analyze the approach toward defining and measuring market sentiments. The articles have been examined to identify and critique different classification of sentiment measures. A discussion is built to scrutinize the sentiment measures under the purview of theoretical underpinnings of the investor sentiment theory as well. Findings With more than five decades of research, the sentiment construct in finance literature is still ill-defined. Myriad empirical proxies of sentiment measures have led to conflicting results. The sentiment construct defined in financial theories needs to be revisited from the lens of sentiments defined in psychology. Research limitations/implications The study is limited to analyzing the role of individual and institutional sentiments in equity markets. There is a need to explore sentiments with respect to different investment styles and strategies along with the type of investors. Practical implications Developing a suitable sentiment proxy can result in devising profitable trading strategies for investors. Understanding factors driving investor sentiments will help regulators to become more proactive and frame better policies. Originality/value This paper has leveraged psychology literature to highlight the limitations in development of sentiment construct in finance literature. By identifying stylized facts from reviewing the empirical literature, it highlights areas for future research.

Objetivo: conhecer a percepção dos enfermeiros quanto à assistência de enfermagem no processo transfusional. Metodologia: pesquisa qualitativa, exploratória e descritiva, desenvolvida em um hospital geral de grande porte, com a participação de onze enfermeiros. Para interpretação dos dados, utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo. Resultados: emergiram três categorias: o papel do enfermeiro no processo transfusional; assistência de enfermagem na transfusão sanguínea e suas reações; facilidades e dificuldades do enfermeiro no processo transfusional. Conclusão: observou-se que os enfermeiros percebem a importância de sua atuação no processo transfusional, relatam procedimentos indispensáveis à execução do mesmo, a fim de desempenhar com segurança todas as suas atribuições.Descritores: Enfermagem; Transfusão Sanguínea; Assistência de Enfermagem.Perception of nurses regarding nursing care in the transfusion processObjective: to know the perception of nurses regarding nursing care in the transfusion process. Objetivou-se conhecer a atuação do enfermeiro na classificação de risco dos serviços de urgência e emergência. Trata-sede uma revisão integrativa, realizada a partir de consultas nas bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE e BDENF, em artigosredigidos em inglês, espanhol e português, no recorte temporal de 2008 a 2018. Foram selecionados 18 artigos, por meiode leitura crítica dos textos na íntegra. Os dados foram analisados através de estatística descritiva e Análise de Conteúdo.Verificou-se que dos 18 artigos analisados, nove (50%) foram indexados na base de dados MEDLINE, seis (33,3%) na LILACS e três (16,7%) na BDENF. Percebeu-se variação de uma a três publicações por ano, com exceção dos anos 2009 e 2014,em que não houve publicações. Após Análise de Conteúdo, identificaram-se três categorias: o enfermeiro no contexto daclassificação de risco, capacitação do enfermeiro atuante na classificação de risco e a atuação do enfermeiro na classificação de risco. Concluiu-se que o enfermeiro da classificação de risco dos serviços de urgência e emergência participa naassistência, tomada de decisões, monitoramento dos pacientes, registros, gerenciamento, educação e resolubilidade dosproblemas e/ou encaminhamento dos pacientes aos serviços adequados. Espera-se contribuir para melhor compreensãoacerca da atuação do enfermeiro nesses ambientes.Descritores: Enfermagem em Emergência; Papel do Profissional de Enfermagem; Triagem; Serviço Hospitalar de Emergência; Enfermagem.ABSTRACTThe objective of this study was to know the nurse’s roles in the risk classification of the emergency departments. An integrative review carried out on LILACS, MEDLINE and BDENF, in articles written in English, Spanish and Portuguese, from2008 to 2018. Eighteen articles were selected through critical and integral reading of the text. Data were analyzed throughdescriptive statistics and Content Analysis. It was verified that of the 18 analyzed articles, nine (50%) were indexed in theMEDLINE database, six (33.3%) in LILACS and three (16.7%) in BDENF. It was found a variation from one to three publications per year, except for the years 2009 and 2014, in which there were no publications. After Content Analysis, threecategories were identified: the nurse in the context of the risk classification, the nurse’s performance in the risk classification and the nurse’s training in the risk classification. It was concluded that nurses acting in risk classification of emergencydepartments participate in care, decision making, patient knowledge, records, management, education and problem solvingand/or referral of patients to the appropriate services. Abstract. This contribution consists of a critical review of the literature about the articulation of two traditionally separated theoretical fields: social representations and commitment. Besides consulting various works and communications, a bibliographic search was carried out (between February and December, 2016) on various databases using the keywords “commitment” and “social representation,” in the singular and in the plural, in French and in English. Articles published in English or in French, that explicitly made reference to both terms, were included. The relations between commitment and social representations are approached according to two approaches or complementary lines. The first line follows the role of commitment in the representational dynamics: how can commitment transform the representations? This articulation gathers most of the work on the topic. The second line envisages the social representations as determinants of commitment procedures: how can these representations influence the effects of commitment procedures? This literature review will identify unexploited tracks, as well as research perspectives for both areas of research.

The paper studies the problem of raiders activity on the market for corporate control. This activity is considered as a product of coercive entrepreneurship evolution. Their similarities and sharp distinctions are shown. The article presents the classification of raiders activity, discribes its basic characteristics and tendencies, defines the role of government in the process of its transformation.
