Descritores: Enfermagem em Emergência; Papel do Profissional de Enfermagem; Triagem; Serviço Hospitalar de Emergência; Enfermagem.ABSTRACTThe objective of this study was to know the nurse’s roles in the risk classification of the emergency departments. An integrative review carried out on LILACS, MEDLINE and BDENF, in articles written in English, Spanish and Portuguese, from2008 to 2018. Abstract Background A recent classification of high and low risk alleles associated with celiac disease (CD) shows that the presence of a single allele (DQA1*05 or DQB1*02; coding together for HLA-DQ2), without a positive genotype (HLA-DQ2 and or HLA-DQ8), represents a risk of developing the disease. Aims The aim of this study is to evaluate the use and interpretation of the HLA-DQ2/DQ8 genotyping by pediatric gastroenterologists, as there is no study on the matter and the latest guidelines do not address this risk classification. Methods A web-based survey was sent by email to all NASPGHAN (North American society of pediatric gastroenterolgy, hepatology and nutrition) members. Results Results 294 pediatric gastroenterologists sent a complete survey. 86,1% use the HLA-DQ2/DQ8 genotyping according mainly to the NASPGHAN and ESPGHAN guidelines. The main indications considered were to exclude CD in a patient on a gluten-free diet with a resolution of his symptoms and in a seronegative patient with equivocal biopsies. A minority would consider the genotyping for screening high risk groups or for making a diagnosis in children with high specific CD antibodies and strong clinical suspicion without performing biopsies, as suggested by the ESPGHAN guidelines. The alleles associated with CD are not well known, but 76,7% the participants are aware of the risk classification. While only 62,8% have access to the complete genotype, 47,8% consider it useful. Nevertheless, 82,6% would still want to know the presence of a low risk allele. Conclusions The risk classification of alleles related to CD warrants a modification of the genotyping result with access to the alleles and an adaptation of the guidelines. Funding Agencies None

This paper evaluates the keywords and subject areas in records management (RM) publications, as indexed in the Scopus database, with a view to mapping RM research from 1971 to 2018 so as to determine the direction of research in the field. A total of 4 762 documents were obtained from the Scopus database using the term records management and searching within the title, abstract and keywords fields. The data was analysed using VOSviewer software. The findings reveal that interest in RM research has grown as the volume of publications has continued to increase. Whereas there was no dominant area of research in the 1980s, as far as RM research is concerned, the main focus in the 2010s was the management of electronic health records, thereby signalling a shift in RM research from being just an information management exercise to being used for the management of records in the medical and health sector. Other popular research areas in the 2010s were health care, electronic medical record/s, information management, medical computing, information systems, and electronic document exchange. A classification of the RM publications according to Scopus’s broad subject fields revealed that RM research is mainly conducted in computer science, engineering, medicine, and the social sciences. The study predicts a slow growth in the number of RM publications in the next ten years (2019-2028), greater focus on RM in the health sector, and continued dominance of computer-based systems and electronic records as topics of RM research.

Abstract— This article presents an approach to protection of printed text data by watermark embedding in the printing process. Data protection is based on robust watermark embedding that is invariant to text data format converting into image. The choice of a robust watermark within the confines of the presented classification of digital watermark is justified. The requirements to developed robust watermark have been formed. According to the formed requirements and existing restrictions, an approach to robust watermark embedding into text data based on a steganographic algorithm of line spacing shifting has been developed. The block diagram and the description of the developed algorithm of data embedding into text data are given. An experimental estimation of the embedding capacity and perceptual invisibility of the developed data embedding approach was carried out. An approach to extract embedded information from images containing a robust watermark has been developed. The limits of the retrieval, extraction accuracy and robustness evaluation of embedded data to various transformations have been experimentally established.Tóm tắt— Bài báo trình bày cách tiếp cận để bảo vệ dữ liệu văn bản in bằng cách nhúng vào văn bản một đoạn thủy vân trong quá trình in.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to correlate risk classification categories with the level of pain of patients in an emergency service. Method: cross-sectional study carried out in the Risk Classification of 611 patients. The variables studied were: age, gender, comorbidities, complaint duration, medical specialty, signs and symptoms, outcome, color attributed in the risk classification of and degree of pain. We used Analysis of Variance, a Chi-Square test and a Likelihood Ratio test. Results: the average age was 42.1 years (17.8); 59.9% were women; the green (58.9%) and yellow (22.7%) risk classification prevailed and hypertension (18.3%) was the most common Comorbidity. The most frequent pain intensity was moderate (25.9%). In the red category, patients presented a higher percentage of absence of pain; in the blue, mild pain; and in the green, yellow and orange categories, there was a greater percentage of intense pain (p < 0.0001). Conclusion: among the patients who presented pain, the majority reported moderate intensity. Regarding risk categories, most patients in the red category did not report pain. Those who were classified as green, yellow and orange, reported mostly intense pain. On the other hand, patients in the blue category reported predominantly mild pain.
