E-government project utilization depends on users’ adoption of the system, where trust is a crucial factor in forcing the intentions to use such systems. This research utilized 105 usable responses from citizens who used and explored e-government services. It was hypothesized that trust in e-government and trust in the Internet, along with perceived risk, will significantly influence trust in E-government, and further intention to use the system. Using path analysis, results supported trust in government and the Internet and did not support perceived risk. Also, trust in e-government significantly influenced intention to use the system. Finally, path analysis indicated a significant mediation of trust in E-government, where direct and indirect effects were estimated. Conclusions and future work are stated at the end.

Palavras-chave: Banalidade do mal. Ordem social. Racismo. Violência. Desumanização.Abstract: Based on the systematization of the concept of banality of evil proposed by Hannah Arendt in the book Eichmann in Jerusalem - a report on the banality of evil (1963, 1964, 1999), this paper aims at indicating the conditions of the supposed normality, in which mechanisms of dehumanization are instaured. The hegemonic projects if power inscribe, in the social order, logics that corroborate with the annulation of ways of living that are seen as threatening. Considering the assumed differences, both the systematic of the nazis and the theory of races stipulated in the end of the 19th century in Brazil, reinforced the existence of hierarchies among human characteristics. Having taken that into account, a parallel is drawn between the political agenda in the aforementioned periods, with the purpose of reflecting upon the direct and indirect effects that the genocidal practices manifest on daily life nowadays. Keywords: Banality of evil. Social order. Racism. Violence. Dehumanization.

Abstract Utilizing state–society relations as a theoretic framework, this study investigates whether the Internet is used to facilitate or impede democratization in authoritarian regimes. The present paper uses governance practice as the mediating mechanism, along with a regime's degree of authoritarianism as a moderator, to measure the direct and indirect effects of the Internet on democratization. This research found that the Internet can be mobilized to suppress political freedom in authoritarian regimes, while at the same time reinforcing the legitimacy of the regime's basis—both of these deter democratization. The Internet, as a tool, must be complemented by democratic deliberation to fully generate democratization.

Indonesia has a lot of diversity, namely ethnic, cultural, racial, and others. With so much diversity, there’s a need for national integration or an effort to unite all the different elements that exist so that a country is not divided. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the importance of integration for a nation and what are the possibilities that can arise as a threat of disintegration, especially for millennial generation in digitalization era. This research was conducted using a literature review research method with a theoretical basis obtained from collecting articles and journals published from 2019-2021. The results obtained from this research are that technological developments in this digitalization era can fade or shift the noble values ??of Pancasila and easy access the internet can lead to the spread of hoaxes that can be an opportunity to divide Indonesia. This result also have limitations because they only take theories obtained from articles that have been collected and do not conduct direct surveys to the subjects studied. The millennial generation at this time needs to know and apply Pancasila values ??in daily life so that national integration can still be maintained.
