Digitalization has been bringing about various changes and innovations not only in our daily life but also in our business environment. In the manufacturing industry, robots have been used for automation for a long time, resulting in innovation in terms of the faster operation process and higher product quality. Robotics Process Automation (RPA) can be said to have brought this innovation in the productivity improvement of many industries into the business office. The purpose of this study is to improve business productivity by applying RPA named CoPA. It is based on Domain-Specific Languages (DSLs) and Model-Driven Engineering (MDE) coupled with MS Office. CoPA has been replaced to perform the repetitive patterned tasks (especially document work) done by many people in an office. For the applications of business productivity, CoPA has been implemented to revise five government project proposals requiring quite strict writing standards. The improvement of business productivity obtained by CoPA has been compared to the performance of 10 employees who are familiar with MS Office. The paper explains the method of CoPA coupled with MS Office as well as the agile method of human collaboration. It is clearly shown that CoPA as a business RPA can improve business productivity in terms of time consumption and document quality.

In the conditions of growing demands of society to the government, project activities cover not only traditional industries, but also the sphere of public administration. Critically important for the success of organization is the team (rather than individual) level of knowledge, skills of staff, and a certain maturity of the organization as a whole in the field of project management. However, the project activities of local self-governments cannot be considered effective or fully compliant with the modern requirements. The level of project competence of management teams of many territorial communities is still not sufficient for the implementation of tasks and functions, the production of relevant project ideas and their successful implementation. The aim of the research is to describe of project management maturity model for its implementation into the activities of the local self-governments from the positions of effectiveness of project management. The entry of the local self-government to a high level of project management maturity will reduce the negative impact of the human factor, systematically focus activities on meeting the needs of the community on a project basis, improve the quality of project management processes, and reduce unproductive costs. Methods used – analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, logical generalization and comparison.

Cybersecurity is emerging as a critical factor for consideration within the resultant paradigm as information systems become significantly integrated. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of cybersecurity within the context of information systems. The paper examines some of the most consequential aspects of cybersecurity from the perspective of an e-government project in Saudi Arabia. A holistic system is proposed within the research framework to incorporate various scientific guidelines. The general orientation of this research is predicated on the aspiration to design and implement a complex and robust framework within which an e-government system can thrive within the Saudi Arabian context. A consideration of the physical environment within which the project will operate is also made, focusing on security.
