Indonesia has a lot of diversity, namely ethnic, cultural, racial, and others. With so much diversity, there’s a need for national integration or an effort to unite all the different elements that exist so that a country is not divided. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the importance of integration for a nation and what are the possibilities that can arise as a threat of disintegration, especially for millennial generation in digitalization era. This research was conducted using a literature review research method with a theoretical basis obtained from collecting articles and journals published from 2019-2021. The results obtained from this research are that technological developments in this digitalization era can fade or shift the noble values ??of Pancasila and easy access the internet can lead to the spread of hoaxes that can be an opportunity to divide Indonesia. This result also have limitations because they only take theories obtained from articles that have been collected and do not conduct direct surveys to the subjects studied. The millennial generation at this time needs to know and apply Pancasila values ??in daily life so that national integration can still be maintained.

Background: Currently, Indonesia is entering an era that is all digital and uses technology in all fields of activity. The internet has a lot to do with their behavior or character. Millennials are the nation's next generation. The emergence of the digital era caused by globalization has made the millennial generation less appreciative and practicing the values ​​of Pancasila. In this case, character education is something that must be applied to the millennial generation. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the millennial generation, the role of character education in realizing the values ​​of Pancasila in the daily life of the millennial generation, how to cultivate an attitude of patriotism and nationalism towards the nation by practicing Pancasila, and provide motivation for the millennial generation to realize these values. Pancasila values. Methods: This study uses a literature review method. The search for journals was carried out using the google scholar database with the keywords “Character Education”, “millenial generation”, and “Pancasila”. The journals selected are journals from 2019 to 2020. Results: By applying character education to the millennial generation, it will make it easier for them to practice the values ​​of Pancasila. Pancasila should be the way of life of the millennial generation. Recommendation and limitation: As millennials, we must protect the country from values ​​that are contrary to Pancasila. Character education must be applied following the nature of the millennial generation itself. Of course, the applied character education must prioritize and be based on the values ​​of Pancasila as well.

It is essential for businesses to keep up with the technological advances. Today nearly all the businesses depend on computer technologies and the Internet to operate as technological developments have introduced many practical methods for businesses. Yet, transformation of businesses technologically also presents new means for the criminals, which has led to new types of fraud. It is crucial for businesses to take measures to prevent fraud. Traditional methods to prevent or to detect fraud seems to be ineffective for new types of fraud in the digital era. Therefore, new methods have been used to prevent and detect fraud. This chapter reviews fraud as a form of cybercrime in the digital era and aims to introduce the methods that have been used to detect and prevent it.

ABSTRAK Revolusi Industri 4.0 memberikan dampak besar bagi kehidupan generasi milenal dan juga mempengaruhi keberfungsian sosialnya di kehidupan nyata, banyak generasi milenial berjuang untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya di media sosial maka artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Potret  kehidupan generasi milenial pada era revolusi industry 4.0. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif beradasar kepada analisis study literatur yang terkait Generasi Milenial  dan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Hasil penelitian menejlaskan bahwa generasi milenial secara keberfungsian sosial  memiliki kekuatan di bidang teknologi penelitian ini menyebutnya C3  Creative, Confident, Connected. Akan tetapi dalam prosesnya tidak semua generasi milenial mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi, krisis kepercayaan diri dan depresi menjadi masalah-masalah psikososial nya.  ABSTRACTThe Industrial Revolution 4.0 had a major impact on the life of the millennia generation and also affected its social functioning in real life, many millennial generations struggled to maintain their existence on social media so this article aims to analyze the portrait of millennial generations in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The research method uses a qualitative approach based on an analysis of literature studies related to Millennial Generation and Industrial Revolution 4.0. The explanatory results of the study show that the millennial generation in social function has strength in the technological field of this research, calling it C3 Creative, Confident, Connected. But in the process not all millennials are able to adapt to technological developments, crises of self-confidence and depression become psychosocial problems.

ABSTRAKSekarang ini, diramaikan dengan isu Corona Virus Disease-2019 atau yang biasa disingkat dengan Covid-19. Kasus asal coronavirus pertama kali ditemukan di Kota Wuhan, China. Termasuk salah satunya di Indonesia awal kasus kesehatan ini ditemukan di Depok, Jakarta pada 02 Maret 2020. Begitu juga Kabupaten Karawang yang saat ini merupakan zona hitam (kasus Covid-19 kian menambah setiap harinya). Tujuan dalam penilitian ini yaitu pembuatan drone untuk penyemprotan disinfektan. Di karenakan disinfektan sendiri merupakan bahan senyawa aktif yang dapat meminimalisir terpaparnya Covid-19. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan dengan cara pendekatan kualitatif. Hal ini dilakukan untuk kajian literatur yang menjadi parameter dalam penggunaan drone. Hasil yang ditawarkan dalam pengabdian ini guna mencegah bertambahnya kasus positif Covid-19, khususnya di Kabupaten Karawang. Di harapkan penyebaran Covid-19 dapat diminimalisir dengan cara penyemprotan disinfektan melalui drone. Selain itu drone yang digunakan dapat terintegrasi oleh sistem internet of things (IoT). Dengan tujuan agar dalam penggunaannya dapat dengan mudah diarahkan sesuai kebutuhan. Kata kunci:covid-19; drone; disinfektan; internet of things. ABSTRACTCurrently, it is enlivened by the issue of Corona Virus Disease-2019 or commonly abbreviated as Covid-19. The case of the origin of the coronavirus was first found in Wuhan City, China. Including one of them in Indonesia, the initial health case was found in Depok, Jakarta on March 02, 2020. Likewise, Karawang Regency is currently a black zone (Covid-19 cases are increasing every day). The purpose of this research is to make drones for spraying disinfectants. This is because disinfectants are active compounds that can minimize exposure to Covid-19. The research method used is a qualitative approach. This is done for a literature review which is a parameter in using drones. The results offered in this study are to prevent an increase in positive cases of Covid-19, especially in Karawang Regency. It is hoped that the spread of Covid-19 can be minimized by spraying disinfectants through drones. In addition, the drones used can be integrated by the internet of things (IoT) system. Self-actualization is a person's desire to use all of his abilities to achieve whatever they want and can be done by developing the potential that exists within an individual. Self-actualization of an individual can be formed from the surrounding environment and various kinds of increasingly advanced technological developments. In this digital era, it is encouraging millennials to use social media as a platform to actualize themselves and one of them is Tiktok. Tiktok Tiktok is a social media that accompanies videos or images with various types of music. The research method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the use of one's social media in building the expected self-image in social media uses the Dramaturgy theory of American sociologist Erving Goffman.Aktualisasi diri adalah keinginan seseorang untuk menggunakan semua kemampuan dirinya untuk mencapai apapun yang mereka mau dan bisa dilakukan dengan mengembangkan potensi yang ada di dalam diri seorang individu. Aktualisasi diri seorang individu dapat terbentuk dari lingkungan sekitar dan berbagai macam perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju. Di jaman yang sudah serba digital ini mendorong generasi millenial dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai platform untuk mengaktualisasi diri mereka dan salah satunya adalah Tiktok. Tiktok Tiktok merupakan media sosial yang mengiringi video atau gambar dengan berbagai jenis music. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sosial media seseorang dalam membangun citra diri (image) yang di harapkan dalam sosial media dengan menggunakan teori Dramaturgi dari sosiolog Amerika Erving Goffman.

One of China’s great projects in the current digital era, namely the Digital Silk Road (DSR) project, merits an examination from a Gramscian lens. While liberals are talking about how this project can beneficially the partner’s country, Gramsci’s thought can provide the other perspective in understanding how this project can give unexpected costs for the partner country. As the biggest market in Southeast Asia’s country, Indonesia is worth the attention related to this issue as this country has become one of the strategic partners of China’s DSR. However, DSR is offering both economic benefits and multi-faceted costs simultaneously for Indonesia. Hence, this study argues that the DSR project, in Gramsci lens, is giving a push for China to spread its hegemony and take over the domination in the Indonesian economy. This study is supported by the qualitative research method with the data is collected through secondary data and literature review.

This article is a literature review on smart contract applications in various domains. The aim is to investigate technological developments and implementation of smart contracts in various domains. For this purpose, the theoretical basis of various papers that have been published in recent years is used as a source of theoretical and implementation studies. Smart contracts are the latest technology that is developing in line with the development of blockchain technology. The literature review that we have carried out explains that smart contracts work automatically, control, or document legally relevant events and actions in accordance with the agreements set forth in the contract agreement. This technology is one of the newest technologies that is expected to provide solutions for trust, security, and transparency in various domains. This literature review was conducted using an exploratory approach. Character education is essential for the current millennial generation and must be applied in everyday life in the surrounding community. The character of the millennial generation is different from the previous generation, which requires us to pay more attention to character education which is starting to erode along with the times. The Millennial generation is a generation that in everyday life can never be separated from science and technology. In this digital era, the millennial generation has a social function of strength in technology. In this study, there are research questions that will be discussed in this article, namely the first regarding what problems occur in the millennial generation who occupy the digital era?. Second, what is the important role and influence of the digital era on character education for the millennial generation in Indonesia?. Writing this article uses a qualitative research method, namely a literature review study, where researchers use or look for references from journals or books. Samples of respondents were taken randomly from each region, and there were ten respondents. From this research, it is found that the millennial generation in the digital era chooses to use social media to access the latest news and information rather than reading print media that contains education. This article aims to find out the importance of character education for the millennial generation, which is starting to erode with the times in the digital era. Many people underestimate character education, especially for the current millennial generation. Therefore, we must implement educational programs at any level, especially in Indonesia, because the character shows the national identity. This article will discuss the vital role and influence of character education for millennials who live in the digital era to be aware of the importance of character education in citizenship.

Aim.: Τo investigate the Mobbing phenomenon in the workplace, Material And Methods: We investigated the Mobbing by reviewing previous international research over mobbing. The research material was accumulated after thoroughly examining former studies and reviewing the existing literature, as it was found in the bibliography, data bases, academic libraries, academic journals and the internet. Results: Through the research we tried to define this phenomenon and at the same time to study it in the workplace. Finally, we conducted a literature review from previous research in order to investigate this phenomenon and its factors. Conclusions: The current study has concluded that mobbing sadly negatively affects the recipient by creating both direct and indirect effects on various aspects of his daily life, one of which is the workplace.

AbstrakPenelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka yang mengungkap tentang bagaimana cara mendidik dan mempersiapkan anak di era tekhnologi digital. Era digital merupakan tantangan tersendiri bagi orang tua dalam mendidik putra putrinya, sehingga harus pandai dalam memanfaatkan perkembangan tekhnologi untuk pendidikan putra-putrinya. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa salah satu alternatif pendekatan untuk mendidik anak di era tekhnologi digital ini adalah smart techno parenting. Pendekatan pendidikan ini menegaskan pentingnya untuk: 1) Mengkolaborasikan kemajuan teknologi dengan pendidikan anak, 2) Melek literasi informasi teknologi, 3) Membatasi waktu pemakaian produk tekhnologi digital, 4) Optimalisasi aktivitas positif, 5) Selektif memilih media untuk anak, 6) Monitoring lingkungan, baik  di dunia maya maupun di sekitarnya. Abstrak This research is a literature review that reveals how to educate and prepare children in the era of digital technology. The digital age is a challenge for parents in educating their sons and daughters, so they must be clever in utilizing technological developments for the education of their children. The results of this study confirm that one alternative approach to educating children in the era of digital technology is smart techno parenting. This educational approach emphasizes the importance of: 1) Collaborating on technological progress with children's education, 2) Literacy literacy of information technology, 3) Limiting the time to use digital technology products, 4) Optimizing positive activities, 5) Selectively in choosing media for children, 6) Environmental monitoring, and both in cyberspace and around them.
