Abstract The purpose of the paper is to design an extruder to ensure continuous flow of material and retraction of the melted material into the extruder of the printers operating with pellets ABS, PLA or other materials used. The way in which 3D printers work differs from that of plastic injection machines by the fact that for the execution of a piece it is necessary for the extruder to position itself at different points of the surface without depositing the material. If it does not stop the flow of material during the repositioning move, then the executed piece will be compromised. Designed pieces were designed with the help of the Inventor Software and it was determined experimentally whether the extruder is working. It was found that the original design did not fully meet the requirements of the coat-coat process, which is why rethinking of the extruder’s operation and modifications to ensure retraction of the material is necessary.

As a result of R&D, a measuring system for controlling the thickness of the HDPE/LDPE (high-density polyethylene/low-density polyethylene) polymer geomembrane was developed using automation equipment. The relevance of this work consists of the development of a domestic, relatively inexpensive system for controlling the thickness of the HDPE/LDPE polymer geomembrane in production conditions based on modern equipment for enterprise automation. The scientific novelty consists of the use of original design solutions in the development of hardware and software complex mechanisms that allow controlling the thickness of the HDPE/LDPE polymer geomembrane layers along the entire width of the shaft, excluding deformation of the film as a result of foreign bodies entering during extrusion, cuts, monitoring the quality of the film in real time, as well as the possibility of analyzing the measured parameters in the database of the automated system.

Novum Drone

This is why the Novum Drone could be improved, with relative resistance and very little autonomy. Speaking of the battery, it is this which ensures a greater or lesser autonomy. It has now been two good years that Novum Droneare among the most sold electronic objects in the USA but also throughout the world. They meet this need to be able to take the place of the bird and to be able to discover new places. Using this device it really feels like you are in the air and entering a new world. It is also an object that attracts the curiosity of people who see it flying. You will thus be able to fly over houses, explore places inaccessible on foot, in short have new sensations. So how does it work? Well, you have to know several things. First of all, it's an object that flies through four propellers. This is why the drone is also called a quadcopter which literally means four propellers. Note that some models may have more propellers. To make these propellers work, you need a motor and it needs to be powerful enough to allow the whole drone to fly. This motor is powered by a battery which provides energy to the assembly. Consideration should also be given to the materials used to build the drone. Solid materials must be used so that the machine can withstand wind, rain and shocks. However, the drone must not be too heavy at the risk of not being able to fly. Elevation is actually the same setting as range, because it is cumulative with horizontal distance. So, when you choose a drone, you need to know if you plan to fly it high up or especially horizontally, that is to say over a length. Note that some Novum Droneare dedicated to drone racing, which are more and more popular. More and more professionals are using drones. And this is particularly the case in the audiovisual world. Whether it is for capturing film shots, making reports and more, a drone is very practical. If you try to go too high, you may lose your drone's signal and have some issues. The speed of the drone is expressed in km / h as for a car or any other vehicle. Welcome to Novum Drone this website will allow you to know everything about the drone. There you will find a buying guide, reviews and tests. But also advice on how to use your drone properly. SPACILITY LIGHTWEIGHT, FREE FLYING PACK: At less than 249g, it weighs as much as an apple and fits in the palm of your hand. Compact and practical, Novum Drone is your perfect travel companion, transforming the way you capture your favorite memories. The nuclear industry generates large volumes of liquid wastes during decommissioning and decontamination activities which require extensive clean-up for recycle and/or disposal. The disposal of spent ion exchange materials used to clean these decontamination liquors is challenging and costly for the nuclear industry due to problematic end-of-life handling and low capacities of these materials for most radionuclides. Certain mixed-metal phosphates could be advantageous in this role due to their inherent vitrification properties and potentially high capacities for cationic and/or anionic radionuclides. Similar ammonium-based ion exchangers like the caesium-selective ammonium phosphomolybdate (AMP) are well known in the nuclear industry, but outside of this, such materials remain largely unexplored for this purpose. In this publication, we assess several metal ammonium phosphates (MAPs) and related compounds prepared using a continuous flow technique for their ability to act as ion exchangers for the remediation of surrogate radionuclides from a model decontamination solution, and discuss their possible implementation for the cleanup of low-level nuclear wastes.

This article relies on a workshop called “materials of ambiances” that is taking place at the Graduate School of Architecture of Nantes. It aims for the students to question the qualities of ambiances within spaces with an approach through the concept of material, making them aware of invisible materials (ambiances) from the manipulation of visible materials (building materials). The experimentation with materials holds a significant place: the students are asked to build an ambiance device to create a sensory experience in order to highlight every sensory quality of a material capable of producing an ambiance. The materials used for this experiment are mostly from fields beyond architecture as to think of potential misappropriations. It is about making sure that the student tests by himself the materials and recreates the connection between data from the experiment, and the physical characteristics given by the manufacturers and industrialists. The pedagogical experience that we present aims at creating within students an interest for the built material, to develop ambiance intentions to qualify projected spaces, which are not always measurable but always noticeable. This article proposes to turn back to the way the qualities of ambiances are felt, the misappropriations of materials are perceived, as well as the perspectives on the evolution of the architectural design process. This contribution is illustrated by an ambiance device whose the name is “Cosmic dream” built in 2018/2019 by Marilou Bach, Hugo Falaise, Carole Lyssandre and Charlotte Say.

Helen Frankenthaler was an American painter known for her large, abstract stain paintings. Associated with the second generation of Abstract Expressionists, Frankenthaler is thought to have shown the way out of a quickly ossifying New York School "style" by developing a technique that emphasized large areas of color over gestural and expressionistic brushwork. As an alternative to Expressionism, Frankenthaler soaked thinned-out paint into raw duck canvas, a technique she first applied in her 1952 painting Mountains and Sea. In staining paint directly onto the canvas, Frankenthaler demonstrated that modernist painting need not be beholden to Clement Greenberg’s anti-illusionistic concept of "flatness," which Greenberg developed in theorizing medium specificity (the idea that the materials used to create an artwork determine its appropriate form). Frankenthaler re-introduced an illusive quality into her paintings not through representational devices, but through the atmospheric effects that result when applying large fields of color to unprimed canvas. Medium specificity is maintained, however, in that canvas and paint are still "laid bare," but a reductive emphasis on flatness is replaced with what Greenberg would come to call "opticality." As one of the few female painters during the postwar period to gain commercial and critical recognition, Frankenthaler was an inspiration for several generations of female artists that followed.

Clay body can be defined as a mixture of clay or other minerals to achieve a specific purpose in the production of ceramics. Among the types of clay that can produce white translucent ceramic products is porcelain. 'Porcelain' is derived from Italian word porselino which means 'piglet'. It is said that the name was given based on a cowry shell which is small and plump like a piglet or porselino and the shell also has shiny transparent finish like porcelain. Porcelain was produced in the 10th century during the reign of Emperor Hou Zhou Shi Zong, China. In 1748 a modification was carried out to the porcelain body by a British ceramic manufacturer Thomas Frye in Bow porcelain factory, London. The new body was known as 'fine porcelain'. He has formulated 45 % cattle bone ash in his porcelain mix to produce finer porcelain body, stronger, lower level of maturity during firing and its translucent effect was even greater. The term 'Bone China' was introduced by Josiah Spode in 1789 from Stoke after he successfully improved the formulation created by Frye. The beauty of bone china product in various forms is interesting enough for people to collect this exclusive product. However, bone china product has becoming an issue for Muslims who questions the materials used such as the permissible status of the bone used in its production. To solve this problem, a research has been carried out to identify the raw materials, the production methods and the way of detecting what type of bone used in the production of bone china.
