AbstractThe analysis of legislative and regulatory framework regarding educational process in higher educational establishments of Kazakhstan allows to state that training of academic staff in physical culture and coaching personnel is done within “Physical culture and sport” specialty. There is no division into “Secondary education. Physical culture” and “Physical culture and sport”. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, fundamental academic education in “Physical culture and sport” is obtained at graduate course. Curricula of the second level in “Physical culture and sport” are implemented by 9 higher educational establishments of various forms of ownership. Training at graduate course is done on the basis of higher educational curricula in two areas: academic and pedagogical (at least two years) and profile (at least one year), full-time only. Graduate-course program by academic and pedagogical area in “Physical culture and sport” in the Republic of Kazakhstan corresponds to graduate-course program in “Secondary education. Physical culture” in Ukraine. Second-level educational program in “Physical culture and sport” includes cycles of basic and profile subjects that are further divided into components of a higher educational establishment and optional subjects. Overall volume of credits in this program is 120 ECTS. Upon completion of studies, students are awarded the degree of a master in pedagogical sciences in “Physical culture and sport”. Completion of this curriculum provides formation of highly qualified, competitive academic and pedagogical staff needed at labor market, able to act professionally in any social and economic situations at a higher academic and pedagogical level.

The article is devoted to defining the essence of the concept ‘educational analytics’ as an automated process of collecting, measuring, analyzing and visualizing data about the subjects of educational process in order to improve the educational environment. The algorithms of using educational analytics to control and evaluate the level of professional training of future physical culture teachers in conditions of blended learning as a tool of improvement the education quality are characterised. It has been found that blended learning, based on the use of information and communication technologies, contains a significant amount of digital data of online learning systems and a wide range of intellectual analysis to improve the academic success of both the individual student and the educational process as a whole. The study characterizes the types of combining full-time and e-learning education according to the level of process technologies.  Basic effective strategies of using educational analytics in blended courses for students’ profiling and their academic achievements tracking (timely detection of difficulties in mastering certain content; regulation and control of academic activity; development of an empirical framework for educational programme planning and individual academic and professional development strategies) are identified.  The key objects of educational analytics in blended learning are characterized (student activity in the form of number of course (Web site)visits; time, spent on tasks’ fulfilment; student productivity in forums and chats (number of reactions, argumentation); electronic testing data (number of attempts,  the number of points scored, typical mistakes); the quality of practical tasks’ fulfilment). The author’s algorithm of using tools and strategies for organizing of blended learning and monitoring the level of educational achievements of future physical culture teachers while the course ‘Adaptive Physical Education’ is presented.  The results of empirical research show that blended educational environment provides new approaches and ways to aggregate a wide range of information about students, their academic activity and success, the effectiveness of educational activities in a particular course, the level of mastering the material.  It is emphasized that the use of educational analytics provides an opportunity to predict students’ success and determine the effectiveness of educational courses, and thus allows timely to choose strategies of students’ support and to correct the quality of educational content.

The relevance of modernization process of professional training of future academic staff of higher educational institutions consists of a comprehensive update of the system of professional training of teachers and academic staff. These processes are focused on a scientifically and practically oriented improvement of the educational process. As well as professional and pedagogical interaction of its participants in the educational and professional environment. Theoretical and methodological foundations of increasing the professional training of teachers of higher schools in the conditions of master programmes are grounded; the author’s concept of improving the professional training of teachers of higher schools in the conditions of these programmes is formulated and tested; substantiated the content of the modernization of professional training of teachers of higher education; affordable author's model of modernized professional training of higher education teaching staff in the conditions of a master programmes. Experimentally verified effectiveness of the proposed scientific and methodological support for the professional training of teachers of higher educational institutions.

AbstractThe article concerns the description of the system of professional training of border guards at the higher educational establishments in the Republic of India and distinguishing its structural components. To achieve the purpose of the research we used two groups of methods: quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative methods include analysis of statistical data, structural method, method of additional analysis of data, study of specific object, and juxtaposition. Qualitative methods concern analysis of normative documents, literature review, observation, method of scientific description of information, and comparative method. According to theoretical findings system approach enables to consider professional training as an integrated system with regard to its subsystems. Also, it is regarded as a specific strategy or set of techniques used to solve the particular problem – training of future expert. In our case, the pedagogical objective is to train highly-qualified border guard. The author described the system of professional training of border guards at the higher military educational establishments in the Republic of India in details. We have found that the system of professional training of border guards at the higher military educational establishments in the Republic of India consists of nine structural components. They are the following: legislative, management, institutional, methodological, targeted, organizational, content, technological, and result. Each component has its own peculiarities and coverage. The combination of all the structural components enables the system of professional training be effective and achieve the objectives. The uniqueness of the study of the system of professional training of border guards at the higher military educational establishments in the Republic of India concerns the fact that its structural components were not described before in one work. And the explanation of interrelation of structural components is very important for professional training itself and contributes to enhancing the efficiency of the educational process.

In the article, the author discusses the concept of professional development and staff training in the sphere of tourism, the basic form of professional development of staff and such forms of advanced training of employees of tourism enterprises as a short-term training, self-study, internship. The staff of enterprises of the tourism industry has a role in the conduct of competition, ensuring the existence and success of the enterprise. Therefore, they should pay so much attention to the level of professional training that is one of the most important factors in ensuring the competitiveness of the tourism enterprises in the market. Especially in the current context of rapid aging of theoretical knowledge, abilities and skills, they require the need for lifelong learning and continuous staff development. In addition, the article analyzes the practice and training of tourism in higher educational institutions of Tajikistan. The author examines the levels, models, some of the problems of the new program standards in various areas of tourist-excursion activity in the Republic of Tajikistan. The author substantiates the necessity of priority tourism development of education system in various areas of tourist and excursion activities, the increase of its role in the modernization of the tourism industry, the introduction of new areas of training “Tourism”, which requires the development of state standards of tourism education, theoretical justification approaches to the selection and structuring of its content and software and methodological support of educational process in higher educational institutions of different levels of accreditation. The purpose of the article is to identify and disclose the content of the professional development of personnel of the enterprises of the tourism industry and to study the requests of tourism practices and problems of training specialists in various areas of tourist-excursion activity in the Republic of Tajikistan.

Currently, special attention should be paid to the issue of humanities masters training, in particular, future physical culture teachers and lecturers, who take an active part in the formation of a healthy lifestyle of student youth. The article grounds contemporary approaches to the professional training of future masters of secondary education in physical culture in the higher education institutions of Ukraine. The normative arrangement of master's status in the system of positions and activities, related to the effective establishment of the interaction of educational services sphere and labour market, remains the most problematic issue today. In the situation of absence of an educational standard for speciality 014 Secondary Education (Physical Culture) by the second (master's) level of higher education, currently, in the domestic educational space, there is a wide range of approaches to understanding the status and specifics of the organization of professional training of physical culture secondary education future masters. The analysis of the informational content of the state educational electronic resource of Unified State Electronic Database on Education (USEDE) allowed determining that 30 Ukrainian higher education institutions including national universities, pedagogical and specialized higher educational establishments carry out the training of such specialists. The process of defining the specifics and status of a master's degree in the training of secondary education physical culture specialists developed by various teams of authors differs by diverse approaches concerning the understanding of its peculiarities. The variety of educational and professional programs of their training is manifested in the content, structure, variable part ensuring, and different approaches to practical training and organization of state certification. The increase of training efficiency of physical culture secondary education masters for pedagogical activity consists in constant updating of the content, the establishment of an expedient ratio of semantic and practical activity components, and use of the newest pedagogical, informational and computer technologies. The realization of scientific support of the educational process will contribute to the formation of future specialists’ pedagogical orientation and interest to the professional and pedagogical knowledge.

For effective forming of creative competence in future social work experts, we suggested using the creative approach to organization of educational process in a higher educational establishment, using the potential of different disciplines in the process of professional training. We clarified the main aspects of shaping of creative competence in future social workers in classroom and outside classroom, as well as main forms of the methodology of such training. The use of the mentioned approaches will give an opportunity to shape creative competence in future social workers for work with gifted children.

Purpose: generalization of experience of higher educational establishments’ future specialists’ professional training, oriented on formation of students’ personalities’ physical culture. Material: we questioned students (n=50) and institute teachers (n=30). Results: it was found that for increase of future specialists’ professional fitness effectiveness it was important to consider orientation of educational process on formation of student personality’s physical culture. Besides, it was noticed that professional fitness of future specialists is greatly influenced by implementation of modern technologies of formation of students’ physical culture in educational-learning process. Physical education means, oriented on aesthetic are of great health related and recreation significance. Conclusions: educational process shall be oriented on support of active motor functioning, motivation for physical exercises’ and healthy life style practicing.
