This study aims to identify the effect of financial ratios, in the form of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), and solvability (DER) on firm value. The value of the company was measured using Tobin’s Q. The population of this study were all of the plantation companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018. Next, the sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that of all the variables studied, only ROA and CR have a significant effect on firm value. This shows that profitability and liquidity are the main focus of investors so that investors will pay more attention to these two variables. When a company is profitable and liquid, investors will be interested in investing so that the value of the company will increase.

The purpose of the research is to analyze whether there is an influence between capital structure, profitability, and firm size on firm value. The population used in this study is the LQ 45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A sampling of research using a purposive sampling method of determining the certain criteria with a total samples of 31 LQ 45 companies during 2014-2018. The research uses multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The results show that capital structure and profitability evaluate the value of the company. While the size of the company does not oppose the value of the company. The results of this research are expected to provide benefits for the parties, investors, and further researchers.Keywords: Firm Value; Capital Structure; Profitability Firm Size

This research qamines the effect of agenqt problem and inside shareholder on company's diversification poliqt. It is also intent to etcamine the effect of diversification on firm value and the ffict of inside shareholder on agency problern. The inside shareholder will be divided into two categories which are:managerial owhership and stock held by the company subsidiaries. The Herfindahl Index will be used to measure the lertel of diuersiJication, whilst the agency problem will be measured using the ratio of selling and general administrative cost. Moreover, the existence of compalry eJccess value derivefro* the company's diversification will be used to identify the firm value. Using the purposive random sampling method, the total sample drawn fro*.The Jakarta Stock Exchange fro* 2002 to 2005 are 160 companies with the accdption for companies within the financial sectors. Using multiple linear regression, the result shows positive and significant effect of agency problem on company's diversification policy. On the contrary, the result fail to demonstrate the ffict of diversification on firm value as well as the effect of inside shareholders on both agenq) problem and diversification. The effect of profitability, capital structure, managerial ownership and independent board of commissioners on the company's value both simultaneously and partially. The technique used in sampling uses a purposive sampling method because in sampling it uses certain criteria. The research was conducted in the period 2016-2018. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS 22 program. The results of the study show that there is simultaneously an influence between profitability, capital structure, managerial ownership and independent board of commissioners on company value and partial profitability which has no influence on firm value, while capital structure, managerial ownership and independent board of commissioner have a significant effect on the value of the company.

This study is aimed at examining the effect of capital structure on firm value and firm performance. The population in this research is banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for three years (2021-2014). Using purposive sampling method, a sample of 54 companies is obtained. The analytical method used in this research is the analysis of linear regression. The results of this research shows that capital structure have a negative effect on firm value and firm performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of EVA, MVA, and Tobin’s Q on share price of listed companies in IDX. The type of research used on this study is assosiative research with quantitative approach. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. Multiple Linear Regression used to analyze the data. The results showed that EVA had no effect to companies’ stock prices and MVA had positive and significant effect to companies’ stock prices, and Tobin’s q had positive and significant effect to companies’ stock prices.

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of profitability, size, leverage, and capital intensity either partially or simultaneously on tax avoidance in food and beverage companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2014-2016 period. Methodology: The sampling method used purposive sampling with 195 data processed. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression by using the SPSS program. Main Findings: The results proved that, partially, profitability did not influence tax avoidance, size has influenced tax avoidance, leverage gave no influence on tax avoidance, and capital intensity provided no effect on tax avoidance. Applications of this study: The population of this study was food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The total population taken was 19 companies. The sampling employed purposive sampling. Novelty/Originality of this study: The results proved that, partially, profitability did not influence tax avoidance, size has influenced tax avoidance, leverage gave no influence on tax avoidance, and capital intensity provided no effect on tax avoidance. While simultaneously, profitability, size, leverage, and capital intensity affected the tax avoidance in food and beverage companies listed on BEI.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the stickiness cost, and how adjustment cost gave impact on stickiness cost. Asset intensity was proxy of adjustment cost in this research. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. There are 124 companies obtained by using purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that stickiness cost occurred on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Furthermore, the results indicate the level of asset intensity in accordance with the level of stickiness cost changes. So it can be concluded that adjustment cost affects stickiness cost.Keywords: Adjustment cost, stickiness cost, asset intensity.

A company aimed and tried to maximize shareholder prosperity. Shareholder prosperity was reflected by company value. This study aimed to review the effect of firm size, Dividend Payout Ratio, Return on Equity, and Price Earning Ratio on firm value among ILQ45 companies registered in The Indonesia Stock Exchange. Populations of this study were firms registered in The Indonesia Stock Exchange of the year 2010 – 2014. The research used purposive sampling method based on determined criteria. There were 22 firms with totally 110 data. After the outliers process, there were 18 with totally 90 data samples. Based on these data, this study carried a classic assumption analysis using multiple regression data with SPSS16. The regression test resulted: (1) Firm size positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (2) Dividend Payout Ratio positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (3) Return on Equity positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (4) Price Earning Ratio positively influenced and not significant to corporate value.

The objectives of this research were to know and analyze the effect of leverage and liquidity simultaneously and partially on profitability at go public real estate and property company in Indonesian stock exchange within the period of 2005 until 2010. In detail, this research aims were: 1) to know the effect of liquidity and leverage on profitability of property and real estate company in Indonesian stock exchange, 2) to know the effect of liquidity on profitability of property and real estate company in Indonesian stock exchange, and 3) to know the effect of leverage on profitability of property and real estate company in Indonesian stock exchange. Based on purposive sampling technique, this research determined 43 companies as research population, since 16 companies provide a comprehensive and complete financial report within the period of research. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 16 with multiple linear regression test. The result showed that: 1) leverage and liquidity simultaneously have significant effect on profitability, 2) liquidity have an effect partially on profitability, but the effect was not significant, 3) leverage have a significant effect on profitability partially.Int. Untuk semakin meningkatkan layanan kepada nasabah, Bank Syariah Mandiri memanfaatkan teknologi internet yang mempermudah pihak bank melayani nasabah mereka selama 24 jam non stop dengan mengusung BSMnet sebagai internet banking. Kehadiran internet memfasilitasi pihak bank untuk melakukan pemasaran dan pelayanan secara elektronik. BSMnet diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan layanan perbankan Bank Syariah Mandiri kepada nasabahmereka di Pontianak khususnya. Maka tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-Marketing dan e-CRM pada BSMnet terhadap e-Loyalty nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Pontianak, sehingga dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga variabel, yaitu eMarketing (X1), e-CRM (X2) dan Perilaku Pembelian e-Loyalty (Y). Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian dilakukan analisa secara eksplanasi-asosiatif dengan uji regresi linier berganda. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 75 responden nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri, dimana penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil analisis uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel e-Marketing (X1), e-CRM (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap eLoyalty nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Pontianak baik secara parsial (sendiri-sendiri) maupun simultan (bersama sama) meskipun perannya belum menunjukkan pengaruh yang tinggi. Kata Kunci — e-Marketing, e-CRM, e-LoyaltyTo further improve the services to customers, Syariah Mandiri Bank make uses of the internet technology to simplify the bank services to their customers within 24 hours non-stop with BSMnet supported as internet banking. The present of internet facilitates the bank to do marketing and electronic service. BSMnet is expected to maximize the banking services of Syariah Mandiri Bank to their customers especially in Pontianak. Then the purpose of this study is to figure out the influence of e-marketing and e-CRM in BSMnet to Syariah Mandiri Bank e-loyalty customers branch of Pontianak, then there are 3 variables, namely e-marketing (X1), e-CRM (X2), and behaviour of purchasing e-loyalty (Y). To answer the goals of this study then associative explanatory analysis is conducted with multiple linear regression test. 79 Syariah Mandiri Bank customers become the respondents in this study, where the sampling is done by purposive sampling method. The result of associatve explanatory analysis with multiple linear regression test indicates that e-marketing (X1) and e-CRM (X2) varibles influence positively to e-loyalty of Syariah Mandiri Bank branch of Pontianak both partially or simultaneously although the role has not indicated the high influence.Keywords — e-Marketing, e-CRM, e-Loyalty
