This study aims to determine the factors that affect the profitability of LPDs by using variable cash turnover, capital adequacy and credit risk. This study hypothesizes cash turnover, capital adequacy, and credit risk and LPD profitability. This research took place in the LPD of the Regency of Gianyar. The sampling method uses probability sampling with proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research data were sourced from LPD financial report data recorded in the Gianyar Regency LPLPD. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that cash turnover and capital adequacy has a positive effect on LPD profitability in Gianyar Regency. But, credit risk has a negative effect on the profitability of LPDs in Gianyar Regency. Based on the results of the study it is expected that the LPD is able to maintain the level of cash turnover, capital adequacy, and the level of credit risk. This research was conducted at banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017, which were 42 companies. The sampling technique in this study was taken based on non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique so as to produce a sample of 32 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study was moderated regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that capital adequacy has a positive effect on profitability, credit distribution has a positive effect on profitability and firm size has a positive effect on profitability. The results of this study also show that credit risk is not able to weaken the influence of capital adequacy and lending to profitability and credit risk is able to weaken the influence of company size on profitability. This study aims to measure the effect of compensation, career development, and workload on turnover intention of PT. Successfully Manage Persada or Trade Mall Mangga Dua Square. This research is quantitative in nature. The population is all employees of PT. Success Manage Persada. The sampling technique was random sampling with a sample of 114 employees. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25 test tool. The results of the t-test for compensation and career development variables partially had a significant negative effect, and workload partially had a significant positive effect on turnover intention. The results of the F-test show that the Sig. ie 0.000 and less than 0.05. This indicates that the variables of Compensation, Career Development, and Workload together have a significant effect on Turnover Intention (H4 accepted). The results of the normality test showed that 0.96, which means greater than 0.05. This means that the residual data is normally distributed. Suggestions for further research are to include other factors that have a strong influence with Turnover Intention.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, capital adequacy, and leverage on firm value with Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) as a moderating variable. The population of this research data is BUS in Indonesia for the period 2014-2019. The sampling method is purposive sampling, which uses several criteria so that there are 11 BUS as the research sample. The data were processed using multiple linear regression with the help of Eviews 10. The results showed that ROA had a significant positive effect on firm value, while ROE had a significant negative effect on firm value. CAR and leverage have no significant effect on firm value. ISR is not able to moderate CAR and leverage to firm value, while ROA and ROE are able to moderate ISR to firm value.  Keywords: Profitability; ROA; ROE; CAR; Leverage; ISR.

This study to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, credit growth, efficiency, and capital adequacy on the Bank’s profitability listed on the IDX partially and simultaneously. The research data are annual data for the 5-year observation period (2009-2013). This research was conducted at 33 banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Banks Analyzed that met the population criteria were 23 banks. The analytical method used in multiple linier regression. The results showed that liquidity, credit growth, efficiency, and capital adequacy together (simultaneously) significantly influence profitability. Partially,  liquidity has a significant positive effect on profitability, while efficiency has a significant negative effect. Credit growth and capital adequacy have no significant effect on profitability. Liquidity is the variable that has the biggest effect on the Bank’s profitability.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, and Non-Performing Loans on Profitability. This research was conducted at Village Credit Institutions in Denpasar City for the period 2015 to 2017. The number of samples used was 35 LPDs. with saturated sampling method. The data collection method used is the non-participant observation method, namely through observations made on the publication documents of LPD financial report data. Type of data is Quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This study proves that Capital Adequacy and Liquidity have a positive and significant effect on Profitability. This shows that Capital Adequacy and Liquidity affect the increase or increase in profitability, while Non Performing Loans have a negative and significant effect on profitability, this indicates that if there is an increase in Non Performing Loans then Profitability has decreased. This study aims to determine the Effect of Technology Readiness, Human Resources, Complexity, Security and Confidentiality on Individual Taxpayers in using e-filing (Case Study of Individual Taxpayers in South Badung KPP). This research was conducted at the KPP Pratama Selatan Badung. The population number that will be examined in this research in 2017 is 115,324 taxpayers, while the number of samples taken is 100 taxpayers, with the nonprobability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that the readiness of technology, human resources, security and confidentiality has a positive effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing, while the complexity has a negative effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing. Aims: To analyze the level of health of sharia general banks in Indonesia and their effects on profitability. Study Design: The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. Place and Duration of Study: The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The study was conducted a Sharia General Bank registered in the Indonesian Financial Services Authority with a research period of 2015-2018. Methodology: The analytical method used is the inferential statistical analysis test using SmartPLS Professional 3.0 analysis tools, namely with a descriptive test, and inferential statistical analysis. Results: Sharia Commercial Banks in the 2015-2018 period based on Non-Performing Finance (NPF) have a healthy predicate and have a negative significant effect on profitability. Based on the Fair to Healthy Ratio (FDR) predicate as Healthy, and no significant positive effect on profitability. Based on Good Corporate Governance (GCG) with a healthy predicate, and no significant positive effect on profitability. Based on Operating Efficiency Ratio (OER) with a healthy predicate, and a significant negative effect on profitability. Based on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) which is categorized as Very Healthy, and no significant positive effect on profitability. Conclusion: Generally, Islamic commercial banks are in good health. However, the achievement of this soundness level is carried out by always striving to comply with the provisions given by Bank Indonesia, not optimizing the available resources so that the bank remains in a healthy condition while meeting the criteria of Bank Indonesia.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh variabel stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja pada turnover intention karyawan tetap bagian produksi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 86 responden, menggunakan metode Slovin dengan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis proportionate random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan pada turnover intention. Kemudian, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada turnover intention karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Implikasi manajerial yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan pengurangan tingkat stres karyawan dan membuat program untuk tujuan menekan turnover intention, seperti kesempatan promosi dan meningkatkan reward karyawan.</p><p> </p><p>The purpose of this study conducted to examine the effect of work stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employee in production department. The sample was 86 respondent, using Slovin method with proportionate random sampling technique. The result showed that job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention while job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention. This study conclude that job stress has positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention and job satisfaction significantly and negatively related to turnover intention of employees. Therefore, it is recommended to managerial level people to reduce stress levels in employees and to create a program for pressing turnover intention, such as promotional opportunities and improve employee rewards.</p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 employees of PT Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS ver. 25. The results of the analysis concluded that work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance while the workload and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jocelyn Anugrah JayaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 karyawan PT Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Purpose- The study was conducted to examine the effect of capital structure on profitability. Variables of the capital structure are Long-term Debt to total assets (LTD), Short-term Debt to total assets (STD) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) while profitability is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA. Research is conducted on all Non-Financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014-2016. Methods- Use the Purposive Random Sampling technique to take samples. Samples taken from Bloomberg. The sample used amounted to 175 companies using multiple regression analysis SPSS program assistance. Finding- The results of the study note that LTD and STD have a significant negative effect on ROA. DER has not a significant positive effect on ROA.
