Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linear dengan populasi penelitian karyawan tetap yang ada di Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Kawan Malang dengan jumlah 60 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian koefisien regresi linear diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan pada indikator PK (Pengambilan Keputusan) sebesar 1.982, PrK (Perilaku Kepemimpinan) sebesar 0.682 dan OK (Orientasi Kepemimpinan) sebesar 0.554 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan salah satu bank perkreditan rakyat sudah mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan rasio keuangan dalam memprediksi kondisi financial distress pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan menggunakan rasio CAR, NPL, BOPO, ROA, ROE, dan LDR. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan kreteria perusahaan yang berpotensi mengalami financial distress ditandai dengan perusahaan yang mengalami laba bersih negatif minimal selama dua tahun berturut-turut dan yang tidak.  Metode analisis dengan regresi logistik dengan pooling data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPL dapat memprediksi kondisi financial distress perusahaan perbankan, sedangkan CAR, BOPO, ROA, ROE, LDR tidak dapat memprediksi kondisi financial distress perusahaan perbankan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara kreativitas iklan dan negara asal terhadap niat beli dan keputusan pembelian. Model diuji melalui penggunaan metodologi persamaan struktural, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)-Parsial Least Squares (PLS). Data empiris diambil dari 85 responden pemilik mobil Mitsubishi Xpander. Metode kuesioner dan teknik convenience sampling digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data. Analisis data dengan statistik deskriptif dan analisis model persamaan struktural digunakan untuk menguji model hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas iklan dan negara asal memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap niat beli dan keputusan pembelian dengan tingkat signifikan statistik 0,05.

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AS A COMPETITIVE STRATEGY IN PT INDOSAT OOREDOO This study discusses Knowledge Management which is carried out in business organizations with the aim to find out the strategy in implementing knowledge management in PT Indosat Ooredoo. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach at PT Indosat Ooredoo. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, archival notes, interviews. From the results of the research that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn: Knowledge management is carried out by creating a process based on information technology and virtual competence. Media technology supports information and communication that is intended to enhance the transfer of information and the overall sharing of organizational knowledge through cooperation and communication between individuals. Knowledge Management is very important as one form of organizational competitive strategy. The form of virtual communication in KM must also explore tacit knowledge. Abstrak Tujuan riset ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa yang mempengaruhi keinginan konsumen untuk membeli mobil yang ramah lingkungan dalam ruang lingkup kota Batam. Variabel independen dalam riset merupakan product knowledge, price perception, environmental attitude, social influence dan perceived risk. Dependennya merupakan buying intention. Sampel yang digunakan didalam riset merupakan calon pembeli yang memiliki niat untuk membeli mobil ramah lingkungan yaitu Honda Mobilio, Toyota Avanza, Suzuki Ertiga, Nissan Livina, dan Toyota Sienta. Kuisioner disebarkan sebanyak 300 tapi yang bisa dipakai hanya 280 dan setelah tes outlier ada 15 data yang tidak bisa dipakai. Sampel di ambil dengan metode judgemental sampling.  Hasil yang ditemukan dalam riset menyatakan ada efek signifikan positif antara product knowledge, price perception, perceived risk pada buying intention. Sementara environmental attitude dan social influence tidak ada efek signifikan pada buying intention.

Madinah Malang in the future using the IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, SWOT Matrix, I-E Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QSPM Matrix. Quantitative method. Research settings at the Madinah Malang Restaurant. The results showed that the ability of Malang Medina Restaurant Shops with IFAS and EFAS were able to exploit their weaknesses. At the decision making stage with QSPM, the alternative strategy chosen was the Market Development Strategy at the Madinah Malang Restaurant Shop. This strategy has a TAS score of 6,595. Limitations / Implications for research need to increase Promotion by utilizing existing technology through mass media such as: Instagram, Facebook, Google.

This study to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, credit growth, efficiency, and capital adequacy on the Bank’s profitability listed on the IDX partially and simultaneously. The research data are annual data for the 5-year observation period (2009-2013). This research was conducted at 33 banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Banks Analyzed that met the population criteria were 23 banks. The analytical method used in multiple linier regression. The results showed that liquidity, credit growth, efficiency, and capital adequacy together (simultaneously) significantly influence profitability. Partially,  liquidity has a significant positive effect on profitability, while efficiency has a significant negative effect. Credit growth and capital adequacy have no significant effect on profitability. Liquidity is the variable that has the biggest effect on the Bank’s profitability.

This study discusses the influence of variable bank characteristics on bank stock prices included on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2009-2013). Regarding what is used is a data collection that is a merger between cross section data and time series from 25 banks. The results showed that bad credit as a proxy for credit risk increased significantly to stock prices. Credit risk increases. It is proven that efficiency shows a negative and significant relationship to stock prices. Limitations / Implications in this study are the adequacy of bank capital, profitability and income diversification ratio non-interest income (NIIR) does not affect the bank's stock price.

This research explains 320D2 GC Hydraulic Excavators. This study uses a qualitativemethod with a literature approach. Data collection was obtained from several sourcesfrom scientific books, research reports, scientific essays, theses and dissertations,regulations, provisions, yearbooks, encyclopedias, and sources which cannot bediscussed accurately electronically.The results showed that the product features possessed by Hydraulic Excavators type320D2 GC are technology, perceived usability, and convenience of use. As for productquality, brand utility, accessories, and guarantees. In the promotion of 320D2 HydraulicExcavators heavy equipment there are special offers, support, joint ventures, andcampaigns.Limitations / Implications for research are limited to product introduction andpromotion so further research needs to follow up on this research using differentresearch methods.

This study describes the historical phenomenon of Malang Brawijaya Museum.This study uses a qualitative literature method. The research setting is in MalangBrawijaya Museum. Data collection was obtained from written and electronicdocumentation and written sources.The result show what is meant by educational which is important for thecommunity of young generation or millennial generation so that they can have victoryvalues for the nation.Limitation / Implications for research are the need to develop promotion on socialmedia so that it is widely known by the public, both nationally and internationally.
