Total Quality Management (TQM) is a modern management concept that seeks to provide an appropriate response to existing changes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of aspects on TQM, namely focus on customers, obsession with quality, continuous improvement and employee involvement and empowerment on the managerial performance of tourism OC. Respondents in this study were all employees of 8 tourism otobus companies in Denpasar that were determined by the non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling. Data collection is done by questionnaire with data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis shows aspects of TQM namely customer focus, obsession with quality, continuous improvement and employee involvement and empowerment have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance on tourism OCs in Denpasar. Character learning based on Total Quality Management is the process, transfer, habituation, and formation of character values by educators to students, which are carried out based on the total quality management concept, namely: quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and overall in all organizational components. This research is qualitative descriptive field research which is background by the high level of juvenile delinquency or moral deviation as a result of the lack of cultivation of character values in students. Therefore, in this study, the author took the location of research at Muhammadiyah 3 Middle School in Yogyakarta, who apply total quality management based character learning. From the research carried out found things, as follows: (1) Muhammadiyah 3 Middle School Yogyakarta has instilled and applied character values (religious, nationalist, independent, and mutual cooperation) through school activities (2) Muhammadiyah 3 Middle School Yogyakarta has implemented the concept of Total Quality Management in character learning (3) Muhammadiyah Middle School 3 Yogyakarta has implemented the 2013 curriculum in the character learning process based on Total Quality Management, which is adjusted to the learning steps, although basically there are still many who need continuous improvement efforts.

This study aims to analyze the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) to improve managerial performance at the Perum Bulog Sub-Directorate of Makassar. This research is qualitative research conducted at the Office of the Bulog Subdivre Makassar. Data was sourced from interviews with informants and the results of observations and collected documentation. The informants in this study were the head of the warehousing section and the head of other sections, which consisted of 4 informants. Furthermore, qualitative data analysis was carried out in three stages: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that Total Quality Management is a structured system that is used to improve managerial performance. In Total Quality Management, there are improvements to the company's vision, mission, and strategy to be even better, teamwork and focus on customer satisfaction make all employees work together and try to do better in carrying out their duties so that performance management can also improve.

This paper aims at examining students` perspectives and perceptions towards implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the context of students pursuing Master’s Degree at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. The rationale behind the inquire lies in the emergent need of the application of TQM in higher education of India for qualitative education that can compete with global education in the 21st century. The study is based on a sample survey of 326 respondents out of a population of 5898 by employing sample size determinants like: confidence level, confidence interval and population size. The convenience sampling technique is used. A survey questionnaire was administered to students pursuing Master’s Degree in different Programmes of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in person. The questionnaire covers factors like management commitment, student satisfaction, employee involvement and continuous improvement. 326 respondents are considered as valid respondents for further investigation. The study is qualitative research in nature and the collected data has been analyzed by scale reliability for questionnaire scaling validity, descriptive statistics, measurement of items, correlation, including other applicable statistical tests with a view to know whether management commitment has positive relationship with student satisfaction, employee involvement and continuous improvement. IBM SPSS.25 is employed for data analysis as a statistical tool. The collected data reveals a positive relationship among management commitment, student satisfaction, employee involvement and continuous improvement with reference to the students of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. This study indicates the significance of TQM in higher education in India which can improve quality of education and can also compete at global level. Further research can be undertaken with more samples by extending the area of research.

As health services face increasing pressure to meet the expectations of different stakeholders,they must continuously improve and learn from their experience. Many fail in attempts at continuous improvement programs because managers have not understood the complexity of making changes in organisations with multiple subcultures and interests. This article examines the related concepts of organisational culture, organisational learning and total quality management and shows how a synthesis of this knowledge can assist in develop ingcontinuous organisational learning and improvement.

<p><em>This qualitative research </em><em>study </em><em>is intended to determine the steps in Planning Moral Education Program (P</em><em>MEP</em><em>) based </em><em>on </em><em>Total Quality Management (TQM) </em><em>at</em><em> SD Islam Al-</em><em>I</em><em>rs</em><em>y</em><em>ad 02 Purwokerto. Hopefully, the results of this study can be used as a guideline by Islamic elementary school in implementing TQM-based P</em><em>MEP</em><em> as preventive measures to address the moral crisis today.</em><em> </em><em>The data in this study were collected by using interview techniques and documentation. The data has been collected and analyzed using inductive data analysis techniques.</em><em> Based</em><em> </em><em>on </em><em>the research results</em><em>, it was</em><em> obtained findings that there are four steps involved in planning TQM-based P</em><em>MEP</em><em>.</em><em> </em><em>First, </em><em>developing</em><em> a vision and mission of the school in favor of the P</em><em>MEP</em><em>. Second, preparing</em><em> the</em><em> quality assurance character and accomplishments with P</em><em>MEP</em><em>.</em><em> </em><em>Third, developing standards of competence homeroom </em><em>teachers </em><em>to support the implementation of P</em><em>MEP</em><em>. Fourth, </em><em>preparing</em><em> Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)</em><em> of</em><em> learners</em><em>’ </em><em>morals</em><em> value</em><em> to support the implementation of the P</em><em>MEP</em><em>.</em></p>
