This study aims to analyze the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) to improve managerial performance at the Perum Bulog Sub-Directorate of Makassar. This research is qualitative research conducted at the Office of the Bulog Subdivre Makassar. Data was sourced from interviews with informants and the results of observations and collected documentation. The informants in this study were the head of the warehousing section and the head of other sections, which consisted of 4 informants. Furthermore, qualitative data analysis was carried out in three stages: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that Total Quality Management is a structured system that is used to improve managerial performance. In Total Quality Management, there are improvements to the company's vision, mission, and strategy to be even better, teamwork and focus on customer satisfaction make all employees work together and try to do better in carrying out their duties so that performance management can also improve.

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a modern management concept that seeks to provide an appropriate response to existing changes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of aspects on TQM, namely focus on customers, obsession with quality, continuous improvement and employee involvement and empowerment on the managerial performance of tourism OC. Respondents in this study were all employees of 8 tourism otobus companies in Denpasar that were determined by the non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling. Data collection is done by questionnaire with data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis shows aspects of TQM namely customer focus, obsession with quality, continuous improvement and employee involvement and empowerment have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance on tourism OCs in Denpasar. Total Quality Management (TQM) is one technique that is often used by companies in order to improve  its performance.The aims of the research were to (1) determine  and  test whether total quality management (TQM)has positive effect on managerial performance at Fajar Group, (2) determine and test whether TQM measurement  has  effect  on  managerial  performance  at  Fajar  Group,  (3)  determine  and  test  whether measurement  system  of  TQM  has  a  role  as  moderating  variable  between  TQM  and  managerial performance at Fajar Group. The research was a quantitative study conducted in companies belonging to Fajar Group. The population consisted of  58 respondents  taken from 24 companies by considering the number of managers at mid-level of each company .  The measurement wasdone using quantitative data with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA)  analysis.  The results  of the research indicate that  (1) TQM  has positive  effect on managerial performance,  (2)  performance measurement system has positive effect on managerial performance at Fajar Group, (3) TQM interaction  with performance management system has effect on managerial performance at Fajar Group.Keyword: total quality management, managerial performance.

  The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at SDI Sabilina, Cibur, Bekasi. In this study, the author uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely research methods that utilize qualitative data and are described descriptively. Data was collected using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation methods. The research was conducted on Wednesday, June 09, 2021, at SDI Sabilina from 13.00-16.00. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through member checks, namely the process of checking data carried out by researchers to research subjects or resource persons, and discussions with colleagues.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the research of Total Quality Management (TQM), Budget Participation, Reward System and Organizational Culture of Managerial Performance. The population in this study is the General Manager and Department Managers in 5 hotels sheltered by Grandmas Hotels Group, with a sample of 60 people. Data collection method used is a survey method with a questionnaire technique. The regression model in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that TQM has a positive effect on managerial performance at Grandmas Hotels Group. Budget participation is positive for managerial performance at the Grandmas Hotels Group. The Rewards System has a positive effect on managerial performance at Grandmas Hotels Group. Grandmas Hotels Group provides positive support for managerial performance towards managerial performance. This causative research is aimed to present the influence of any system of performance measurement and rewards system towards the implementation of total quality measurement and managerial performance on the mics of transformers in Surabaya. The population of the research was all 56 employees of the MIC transformers, and the technique used total sampling. The technique of collecting data is done by the spread of questionairre. The technique of analysis was linear regression by using f test and t test to test the hypothesis. The results indicated that system of performance measurement and rewards system has an influence toward the implementation of TQM and managerial performance. It showed that the better system of measurement on the performance of employees and the rewards system applied by a company would increase TQM and managerial performance produced by the company. The greater attention to the needs of company employees, the more productivity the company will get.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of total quality management to defects product in the PT. Sinar Pure Foods International in Bitung. Type of research used in this thesis research is descriptive research type. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data. The results of the study found that quality is an important factor in a company especially in the production. Total quality management has been applied effectively on PT. Sinar Pure Foods International in Bitung.

The researce is to analyse TQM and budget participation that impact to managerial performance. The research aimed to analyse the effect of: the total quality management (focusing on the customer, sustainable system improvement, education and training, employees’ involvement and empowerment) and the budget participation on the managerial performance in the manufacturing corporate in Makassar Industrial Area. The research was carried out in the manufacturing corporate in Makassar Industrial Area by taking the company’s General Managers as the respondents. Data were collected through an observation, interview and questionnaire. The data were analysed by using the descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, validity test, reability test, hypothesis testing. The research result indicates that the total quality management based on the focus on the customer, sustainable system improvement, education and training, employees’ involvement and empowerment, and budget setting participation have the positive effect on the managerial performance. Focus on the customer represents the most dominant variable influencing the managerial performance.
