The purpose of this study is to analyze the research of Total Quality Management (TQM), Budget Participation, Reward System and Organizational Culture of Managerial Performance. The population in this study is the General Manager and Department Managers in 5 hotels sheltered by Grandmas Hotels Group, with a sample of 60 people. Data collection method used is a survey method with a questionnaire technique. The regression model in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that TQM has a positive effect on managerial performance at Grandmas Hotels Group. Budget participation is positive for managerial performance at the Grandmas Hotels Group. The Rewards System has a positive effect on managerial performance at Grandmas Hotels Group. Grandmas Hotels Group provides positive support for managerial performance towards managerial performance. Purpose: To find out how much influence the managerial performance has in managing MSMEs and how capable it is in implementing Total Quality Management, technology and organizational culture in increasing MSMEs income. Research methodology: This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The data survey method used was research using probability sampling, Partial Least Square (PLS), Average Variance Extracted (AVE, Coefficient of Determination and Path Coefficient Test and Banana Chips MSME on Street Pagar Alam Bandar Lampung. Results: Total Quality Management, technology, and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant influence on managerial performance. Limitations: Time and number of research samples. Total Quality Management (TQM) starts from the quality that has been applied  by  companies to get good quality in the early decades of  2000 in Indonesia. In this study explained TQM Education with the Company's TQM perspective in general which consisted of customer focus, quality obsession, teamwork and school performance. This study aims to determine the implementation of TQM education on the performance of State Vocational High Schools in Pekanbaru City. The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative. The population of this study was 474  and the sample used a sampling quota of 82 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the TQM Education research namely Customer Focus, Quality Obsession and Team Cooperation did not have a significant effect simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on the performance of the State Vocational High School in Pekanbaru.

Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or group in the company in accordance with the authority and responsibility in an effort to achieve company goals. Badung Regency has the most number of star-rated hotels in Bali. Many factors can affect performance including Good Corporate governance (GCG) and organizational culture. The research objective is to determine the effect of GCG principles and organizational culture on managerial performance. The study was conducted in 61 star hotels in Badung Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study shows the results that the variable Independence and Organizational Culture has a positive effect on managerial performance, while the variables Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility and Fairness do not affect managerial performance. The aim of this study is to analyzed the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on managerial performance and the reward system as the moderating variable that may affect the relationship of Total Quality Management (TQM) on managerial performance. The type of this research is associative. Respondents consisting of managers and staff with the lowest level of supervisor in the entire supermarket in Mataram, as many as 66 respondents. Sampling technique is census. Using simple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) as analysis. The results showed that TQM significantly influence the performance of managerial and the reward system doesn’t influence the relationship of TQM on managerial performance

Total Quality Management (TQM) is one technique that is often used by companies in order to improve  its performance.The aims of the research were to (1) determine  and  test whether total quality management (TQM)has positive effect on managerial performance at Fajar Group, (2) determine and test whether TQM measurement  has  effect  on  managerial  performance  at  Fajar  Group,  (3)  determine  and  test  whether measurement  system  of  TQM  has  a  role  as  moderating  variable  between  TQM  and  managerial performance at Fajar Group. The research was a quantitative study conducted in companies belonging to Fajar Group. The population consisted of  58 respondents  taken from 24 companies by considering the number of managers at mid-level of each company .  The measurement wasdone using quantitative data with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA)  analysis.  The results  of the research indicate that  (1) TQM  has positive  effect on managerial performance,  (2)  performance measurement system has positive effect on managerial performance at Fajar Group, (3) TQM interaction  with performance management system has effect on managerial performance at Fajar Group.Keyword: total quality management, managerial performance.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor–faktor berkaitan Pengurusan Kualiti Menyeluruh (PKM) di sekolah–sekolah menengah zon Bukit Mertajam. Faktor–faktor yang dikaji ialah budaya organisasi dan komitmen guru. Kajian yang berbentuk tinjauan korelasi ini merangkumi sejumlah 300 orang guru dari 19 buah sekolah menengah zon Bukit Mertajam yang telah dipilih dengan menggunakan kaedah persampelan rawak mudah. Satu set instrumen kajian yang terdiri daripada tiga bahagian iaitu PKM, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen guru dengan nilai alfa Cronbach masing–masing 0.881, 0.921, dan 0.852 telah digunakan dalam kajian ini. Secara deskriptifnya, dapatan kajian ini menunjukkan: (i) Kebanyakan responden iaitu 65.6 peratus mempunyai persepsi bahawa amalan PKM di sekolah mereka adalah pada tahap yang sederhana manakala persepsi 30.4 peratus responden berada pada tahap tinggi; (ii) Sebanyak 67.3 peratus responden mempunyai persepsi bahawa budaya organisasi mereka berada pada tahap yang sederhana positif; (iii) Kesemua responden berkomitmen sederhana dan tinggi. Di samping itu, penganalisisan data menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi (r = 0.725) dan komitmen guru (r = 0.901) dengan tahap PKM pada aras signifikan 0.01. Hasil kajian daripada analisis regresi pelbagai kaedah ‘Forward’ pula menunjukkan budaya organisasi dan komitmen guru merupakan peramal yang telah berjaya menyumbang sebanyak 81.7 peratus dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini. Kata kunci: Pengurusan kualiti menyeluruh, budaya organisasi, komitmen guru The aim of this research was to study factors associated with Total Quality Management (TQM) in secondary schools Bukit Mertajam zone. Factors that were studied are organizational culture and teachers’ commitment. This descriptive correlational survey research involved a total of 300 teachers from 19 secondary schools in Bukit Mertajam zone that were selected using the simple random sampling method. A set of research instrument comprising of the three section, namely TQM, organizational culture and teachers’ commitment with Cronbach Alpha value 0.881, 0.921 and 0.852 respectively has been used in this research. In descriptive terms, the research findings showed that: (i) Most of the respondents, 65.6 percent perceived the practice of TQM in their schools was at the moderate level while 30.4 percent respondents perceived the practice of TQM was at the high level; (ii) A total of 67.3 percent respondents perceived their organizational culture as moderate positive level; (iii) All respondents were at the moderate and high commitment. In addition, the data analysis showed that there were positive and significant relationships between the organizational culture (r = 0.725) and teachers’ commitment (r = 0.901) with the level of TQM at significent level = 0.01. Findings of the “Forward” method of multiple regression showed that organizational culture and teachers’ commitment were the predictors in which have successfully contributed 81.7 percent to the practice of TQM. Zakat becomes part of the obligations of Muslims who must be paid and given to those who are entitled to receive zakat. The distribution of zakat which is intended for the recipient and the amount of zakat is often not recorded accurately. There is a discrepancy between the amount of zakat and the number of recipients of zakat. Then a new breakthrough is needed through the implementation of toral quality management and the application of good governance so that it is expected that all incoming zakat and the number of recipients of zakat can be recorded. This study aims to examine the effect of the implementation of total quality management and the role of good governance on muzakki trust (a study at the Amil Zakat Institute in Batam City). The population in this study is the number of residents of the city of Batam in 2017 amounted to 1,062,250 inhabitants. Determination of the sample using the formula Hair, et al (2010) so that the total sample is 100 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of total quality management has a significant positive effect on muzakki trust, the application of good governance has a significant negative effect on muzakki trust and the implementation of total quality management and the application of good governance simultaneously has a significant positive effect on muzakki trust.

This research aims to examine the effect of owner education, business scale, company age and accounting training on the use of accounting information. This research use survey method by using sample of Small Medium Enterprises (UKM) which is in Rembang Regency, sampling in this research is using cluster sampling with obtained research sample counted 120 UKM. 60 UKM from district around Rembang city, and 60 UKM others from district far from Rembang city. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis show that owner education have positive effect to accounting information, business scale have no significant effect to accounting information, firm age have positive effect to accounting information, accountancy training have positive effect to accounting information.

Total quality management is a management perception which has to increase quality and productivity in managements of all opportunities mobilised systematically to provide client satisfaction. To reach success in total quality management (TQM) perception depends on various reasons so satisfying the employees' request and expectations is quite essential for this success.  For this reason, providing increase of the employees' economic income in management gain parallel, increasing their motivation, presenting career opportunities to prove themselves, taking performance increase precautions and using awarding systems are necessary factors for TQM success.  The effect of total quality management which is practised in the sectors such as textile sector especially which requires employees' personal skills was researched on the basic factors which affects employees' performance.  The research was done by face to face technique with 275 staff working in textile managements in Bursa province.  In the conclusion of correlation and regression analysis, it was determined that total quality management has a positive effect on the employees' economic gain and motivation.
