Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or group in the company in accordance with the authority and responsibility in an effort to achieve company goals. Badung Regency has the most number of star-rated hotels in Bali. Many factors can affect performance including Good Corporate governance (GCG) and organizational culture. The research objective is to determine the effect of GCG principles and organizational culture on managerial performance. The study was conducted in 61 star hotels in Badung Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study shows the results that the variable Independence and Organizational Culture has a positive effect on managerial performance, while the variables Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility and Fairness do not affect managerial performance. The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The purpose of this study is to empirically test the deviations in the implementation of crediting procedures and the implementation of government policies affect the bad debts. The population in this research is credit customers of PT. BPR Prima Mulia Anugrah Padang Branch with Samples of 63 people using Slovin formula. Required data is obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of the research shows that the irregularities in the implementation of crediting procedures has a significant positive effect on bad debts, the implementation of government policy has a significant positive effect on bad debts, the irregularities in the implementation of lending procedures and the implementation of government policies have a significant positive effect simultaneously on bad debts.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions and the application of transaction recording devices (tapping boxes) to taxpayer compliance in paying restaurant taxes. This research was conducted on companies that have been registered with the Denpasar City Revenue Agency since 2017. The sample in this study is a restaurant that has been installed with a taping box. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula to obtain 31 companies as samples. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the variable of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions, and the application of tapping boxes has a positive effect on the compliance of natural taxpayers paying restaurant taxes at the Denpasar City Revenue Agency. This study aimed to determine the influence of the implementation Good Corporate Governance and the existence of awig - awig on the financial performance of LPD with Tri Hita Karana culture as a moderated variable in the LPD in Mengwi sub-district. This study used a saturated sampling method and the data analysis technique used was Moderated Regression Analysis. T test results show that:1) Good Corporate Governance had a positive effect on Financial Performance; 2) The existence of Awig-awig had a positive effect on financial performance; 3) Tri Hita Karana Culture strengthens the influence of Good Corporate Governance on Financial Performance; 4) Tri Hita Karana's culture strengthens the influence of Awig-awig's Existence on Financial Performance.

Human resources are the most important assets of an organization because they are one of the assets that have a vital role in moving the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people, sampling using the census method, namely all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Sangeh Village. Suggestions that can be given are to improve organizational culture and work environment conditions so that employee performance increases.

specific and detailed objectives of this study are another way to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational culture and Good Corporate Governance on employee performance at K.H. Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal Jambi Hospital. The method used is quantitative research with the design of the research used is survey research for descriptive and expansive purposes. The population of 342 employees and the technique of withdrawal of samples on a non probability. The sample in this study was taken 10% of the population, resulting in a sample of 34 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) partially obtained calculations and discussions that the cultural variables of the organization (X1) had a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) where the calculation results showed a t count of 3,349 > t table of 1,697 to H0 rejected and H1 accepted and for good corporate governance variables (X2) shows there is a significant influence on employee performance (Y), obtained calculation t count of 2,067 > t table 1,697 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted , and 2) simultaneously organizational culture (X1) and good corporate governance (X2), a significant impact on employee performance (Y), obtained a calculation of F count of 7,643 > F table 3.30 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the principles of good corporate governance and the tri hita karana culture on financial performance. The study was conducted in all savings and loan cooperatives in Tabanan district. The respondents in this study were the chairman, secretary, and treasurer of the cooperative. The population in this study amounted to 86 cooperatives. The samples in this study were 71 cooperatives obtained by the proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and the analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the principles of good corporate governance and tri hita karana culture had a positive effect on financial performance. This means that the better the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance and the culture of tri hita karana in Savings and Loan Cooperatives in Tabanan Regency, it will tend to improve the financial performance of these cooperatives. Application of the reporting system using e-SPT, e-Invoice, and e-Filing can facilitate taxpayers to report their tax returns 24 hours for 7 days. This means that taxpayers can report their tax returns even on holidays. The purpose of this study was to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the application of e-SPT, the application of e-Invoicing, and the application of e-Filing to taxpayer compliance at the East Denpasar Pratama Tax Office in 2018. The samples used in this study were 100 obtained based on sampling technique incidental, which is a technique of determining samples based on chance, i.e. anyone who accidentally met with the researcher can be used as a sample if it is deemed that the person met by chance is suitable as a source of data. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of e-SPT, application of e-Invoicing, and application of e-Filing positive effect on taxpayer compliance, at the East Denpasar Pratama Tax Office.
