Total quality management is a management perception which has to increase quality and productivity in managements of all opportunities mobilised systematically to provide client satisfaction. To reach success in total quality management (TQM) perception depends on various reasons so satisfying the employees' request and expectations is quite essential for this success.  For this reason, providing increase of the employees' economic income in management gain parallel, increasing their motivation, presenting career opportunities to prove themselves, taking performance increase precautions and using awarding systems are necessary factors for TQM success.  The effect of total quality management which is practised in the sectors such as textile sector especially which requires employees' personal skills was researched on the basic factors which affects employees' performance.  The research was done by face to face technique with 275 staff working in textile managements in Bursa province.  In the conclusion of correlation and regression analysis, it was determined that total quality management has a positive effect on the employees' economic gain and motivation.

Zakat becomes part of the obligations of Muslims who must be paid and given to those who are entitled to receive zakat. The distribution of zakat which is intended for the recipient and the amount of zakat is often not recorded accurately. There is a discrepancy between the amount of zakat and the number of recipients of zakat. Then a new breakthrough is needed through the implementation of toral quality management and the application of good governance so that it is expected that all incoming zakat and the number of recipients of zakat can be recorded. This study aims to examine the effect of the implementation of total quality management and the role of good governance on muzakki trust (a study at the Amil Zakat Institute in Batam City). The population in this study is the number of residents of the city of Batam in 2017 amounted to 1,062,250 inhabitants. Determination of the sample using the formula Hair, et al (2010) so that the total sample is 100 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of total quality management has a significant positive effect on muzakki trust, the application of good governance has a significant negative effect on muzakki trust and the implementation of total quality management and the application of good governance simultaneously has a significant positive effect on muzakki trust.

The main objective of this study was to examine the effect of total quality management system (TQM) on organisation performance along with the mediating effect of organisation learning in Nepali Service sector. The relationship between the TQM system, organisation learning and organisation performance was examined using Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis was conducted to test the hypotheses. Data was collected from 240 respondents (i.e., 118 from the ISO certified and 122 from non-ISO certified organisations). The findings of this study suggested that total quality management system had a significant positive effect on organisation performance and organisation learning mediated the relationship between total quality management system and organisation performance. Out of the seven dimensions of the TQM system only top management support, workforce management, customer relations, supplier quality management and process flow management had a significant positive effect on organisation performance. The results of the independent sample t-test further confirmed the high level of organisation performance in ISO certified organisations.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the research of Total Quality Management (TQM), Budget Participation, Reward System and Organizational Culture of Managerial Performance. The population in this study is the General Manager and Department Managers in 5 hotels sheltered by Grandmas Hotels Group, with a sample of 60 people. Data collection method used is a survey method with a questionnaire technique. The regression model in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that TQM has a positive effect on managerial performance at Grandmas Hotels Group. Budget participation is positive for managerial performance at the Grandmas Hotels Group. The Rewards System has a positive effect on managerial performance at Grandmas Hotels Group. Grandmas Hotels Group provides positive support for managerial performance towards managerial performance. This research was conducted at Kober Mie Setan. The number of samples taken as many as 150 people Kober Mie customer. Data collection done through questionnaires. Based on the results of the analysis it wasfound that the variable focus on customers, obsession with quality, teamwork and continuous improvement simultaneously had significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of testing the partial test hypothesis revealed that each variable focused on the customer, obsession with quality, teamwork and continuous improvement had a significant positive effect  customer satisfaction. From the results of the partial test it is known that the focus variable on the customer is the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction. The coefficient determination of 0.731 shows that 73.1 percent variations in customer satisfaction can be explained by four independent variables used  the regression equation, while the sisas are 26.9 percent explained other variables outside the four variables used  this study. <p>This study aims to investigate the  effects implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) on employee performance of PT Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju. The data is collected using interview and questionnairre. Total Quality Management and Descriptive analysis are used to analysis employee’s Performance. Using a sampel of 286 respondents, and all respondents are employees of Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju. The result showed that the implementation of TQM have a positive effect on employee’s Performance.</p>

The purpose of the research is to examine the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM)  implementation on  Service Quality, the effect of Service Quality on Customer Engagement and Customer Loyalty in banking industry. The other objective of the research also to examine the effect of Customer Engagement on Customer Loyalty. This research was conducted in East Java Province which involved 209 State Owned Enterprises (SOE) bank customer’s as respondents. All variables are measured by Likert scale from bank customer perspectives. By Partial Least Square SEM analysis, the research found that TQM practices has positive  effect on Service Quality, Service Quality has positive effect on Customer Engagement and Customer Loyalty and Customer engagement has positive effect on Customer Loyalty. The implication of this research is that SOE banks should implement TQM well so that it has a positive impact on service quality.

The aim of this study was to test the impact of application of TQM on performance of construction projects carried out by the Association of Investors in Housing Sector in Jordan where the descriptive analytical approach and questionnaire methodology were used to gather information. The sample of this study was composed of (3600) investors in housing sector. The random sample method was used to determine sample size which was (346). Questionnaire was distributed and retrieved from investors , the valid ones for analysis was (297) which represent 88% of sample size, which were analyzed by using a set of statistical methods such as linear and multiple regression, and other methods contained in the Social Science Statistical Package. The study showed positive effect of the independent variable (total quality management) on the dependent variable (performance of the construction projects) dimensions represented by (cost, quality, and time) and this effect could be ranked in descending order as follows: time, cost, quality. The study showed also that the dimensions of the independent variable (TQM) in its positive effect on the dependent variable (performance of construction projects) could be ranked in descending order as follows: staff empowerment, continuous improvement, customer focus, leadership, operations management and supplier management. The study recommended the Association of investors in the housing sector in Jordan to clear the positive effect of TQM on project efficiency by indicating its positive impact on time, cost and quality of projects and to urge them to improve level of application of TQM in their projects.It recommended also conducting similar studies on other sectors, such as industrial and services sectors, to show their effects on them and compare results between different sectors to reach common points between them.

An indicator of clinical quality is a valid and reliable quantitative process related to one or more performance dimensions. The achievement of clinical quality indicators is strongly influenced by the performance performed by a nurse and is supported by a quality program known as Total Quality Management (TQM). The poor achievement of clinical quality indicators in the inpatient unit at the Tangerang District Hospital is a strong reason to find out what factors can influence it and find a solution. This study aims to analyze the effect of TQM on the achievement of clinical quality indicators in the inpatient unit of Tangerang District Hospital mediated by the performance of nurses on 217 implementing nurses through a causal descriptive quantitative approach and using SEM analysis. Data collection techniques use primary and secondary data. The results obtained: (1) TQM has a positive effect on the achievement of clinical quality indicators mediated by the performance of the nurses; (2) TQM has a positive effect on the achievement of clinical quality indicators; (3) the performance of nurses has a positive effect on the achievement of clinical quality indicators; (4) TQM has a positive effect on nurse performance.

The application of Total Quality Management (TQM) is closely related to the quality of existing resources in the company. TQM provides a foundation for quality management and is an alternative in ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as Just In Time (JIT) which is a comprehensive and comprehensive production system. inventory management system where raw materials are purchased and produced as much as needed and used at the right time in every production process. In this study, the authors will examine the effect of TQM and JIT in efficiency of production costs at the manufacturing company PT Semen Padang in period 2016-2019. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to each unit manager at PT Semen Padang which included managers of the accounting unit, human resource unit and production unit. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and there were 67 samples. The analytical method used is to use the classical assumption test. Data analysis was also performed using the multiple regresion method with the SPSS Ver.16 application Based on the results of the hypothesis testing, it shows that Total Quality Management (TQM) has a positive effect on cost efficiency and Just In Time (JIT) has a positive effect on cost efficiency.
