This study aims to determine the effect of village apparatus competence, organizational commitment, clarity of budget targets on the accountability of village fund management. The sample of this research was 30 villages in Buleleng Regency with the number of respondents as many as 120 people. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling method and data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results of this study indicate that the competence of village officials, organizational commitment, and clarity of budget targets have a positive influence on the accountability of village fund management. The results of this study prove empirically that the stewardship theory and compliance theory have been confirmed and are able to explain the effect of village apparatus competence, organizational commitment, and clarity of budget targets on accountability of village fund management. This research examine to analyze and find out whether the auditor's ethics strengthen the influence of auditor's integrity, independence, and professionalism on the quality of the auditor's work. The population in this research is the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). The sample in this research is the auditor who has registered and worked at the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, have a minimum educational background in Bachelor Accounting. The sampling method uses nonprobability with purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires was thirty one questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS version twenty five. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. For moderating analysis were using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). T test results show that integrity, independence, and professionalism have a positive effect on the quality of the work of auditors. Auditor ethics have a positive effect and moderate the relationship between the influence of integrity, independence, and professionalism of auditors.

The Village

Accountability is the responsibility of the village government regarding the management of village funds to the community in a transparent, honest, orderly and disciplined manner. The purpose of providing village funds is in line with Law no. 6 of 2014 which is to improve the welfare of the community. This study aims to determine the effect of village head leadership, village apparatus competence and community participation on fund management accountability in 8 villages in North Denpasar District with 178 respondents. Data collection by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the leadership of the village head and the competence of the village apparatus had a positive influence on the accountability of village fund management in North Denpasar District, while community participation had no significant effect on the accountability of village fund management in North Denpasar District. The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of audit experience, knowledge of detecting errors, independence and audit tenure on audit judgment. This research was conducted at Public Accountant Office in Bali area and registered in IAPI year 2017 with primary data collection method that is questioner. The number of samples analyzed by 44 respondents, and using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result of the research states that the higher the audit experience the more accurate audit judgment. Increasing the knowledge detecting errors an auditer so audit judgment is more accurate. The higher the independence of an auditor the audit judgment is more accurate. The more audit tenure an auditer the audit judgment more accurate.

<p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Islamic advertising (Islamic advertising messages, Islamic story illustrations and Muslim advertising stars) Mahatahari Dept. Store against the buying interest of prospective Mahatahari Dept. Store in Central Java. This research was conducted in Central Java Province with a sample size taken as many as 120 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure 13 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Islamic advertising messages, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars had a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be explained that the simultaneous influence of Islamic advertising message variables, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars on consumer buying interest. While the partial results of the illustrative variable of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, but Islamic advertising message variables have no effect on buying interest.</p>

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) &lt;(1,984) and not significant (0,348)&gt; (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,017) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120&gt; 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)&gt; t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competencies and village financial systems on the accountability of village fund management in Badung Regency. This research was conducted in villages in Badung Regency using a sample of 126 respondents consisting of Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Treasurers and Section Heads, with probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence has a positive effect on village fund management accountability. The village financial system has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Keywords: Competence; Village Financial System; Accountability.

This study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix and the variables that have a dominant influence on the income of The Capital Hotel and Resort restaurant for the period 2019. The sample of this study uses income from restaurants in The Capital Hotel and Resort and promotional costs for the period 2019. The data analysis technique used is  multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the results of the coefficient determination were 0.990, it could be said that the five independent variables contributed 99% to the income value, the F test results showed F count> F table (113.135> 3.97), which means that the five independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect and significant to the dependent variable. The t test results show t count (17,779)> t table (2,447) and its effect on the dependent variable (0,000 <0.005), stating that advertising (X1) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on income.

This research was aims to determine the influence of tax audit, tax penalties, financial condition and risk preference on tax compliance in paying taxes hotels at BAPPEDA (Revenue Service), Bogor. The population in this study are all registered taxpayer hotels in BAPPEDA (Revenue Service), Bogor .The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling with criteria are accounting staff and tax professional of tax compliance in taxpayers hotels, who can’t reach tax revenue targets during 2014-2015. The datas in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 52 respondents on tax compliance in taxpayer hotels in Bogor City. This study was tested by using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.00 for windows. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that tax audit, tax penalties and financial condition had positive influence on tax compliance in taxpayer hotels at BAPPENDA (Revenue Service), Bogor. This study aims to determine: (1). The influence of leadership on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (2). The influence of work discipline on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (3). The influence of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch. The research method is quantitative causality or causal with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The population is all 37 employees with 37 samples using full sampling (census). Hypothesis test using t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The result of t test (partial) shows that leadership has positive and significant effect to employee's performance, work discipline has positive and significant impact to employee's performance; and F test results (simultaneous) indicate that leadership And Work Discipline Together Effect On Employee performance.
