Human resources are the most important assets of an organization because they are one of the assets that have a vital role in moving the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people, sampling using the census method, namely all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Sangeh Village. Suggestions that can be given are to improve organizational culture and work environment conditions so that employee performance increases.

ABSTRACT PT. Wings Surya pays attention to the work environment and compensation to improve employee performance. This study examines the influence of the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) in the laboratory division of PT. Wings Surya. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and compensation on employee performance. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection methods used were distributing questionnaires and recording documents. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using a computer with the SPSS 20 for Windows program. Based on the results of research testing can be drawn two conclusions that Work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) affect simultaneously (simultaneously) on employee performance in the laboratory division of PT. Wings Surya (Y) because the Fcount value is 51,548> Ftable 3,172. Among the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) the more dominant variable significantly influences the employee's performance on the laboratory division of PT. Wings Surya is Compensation (X2) because the regression coefficient is biggest that is 0,481 .. Researcher suggest to Human Resources Department PT. Wings Surya pays attention to the work environment and compensation. In order for employees of laboratory division of PT. Wings Surya memperhatikan lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada divisi laboratorium PT. Wings Surya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner dan mencatat dokumen-dokumen. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan komputer dengan program SPSS 20 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian penelitian dapat ditarik dua kesimpulan yaitu Lingkungan kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi laboratorium PT. Wings Surya (Y) karena nilai Fhitung 51,548 > Ftabel 3,172. Diantara lingkungan kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) variabel yang lebih dominan secara signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi laboratorium PT. Wings Surya adalah Kompensasi (X2) karena koefisien regresinya paling besar yaitu 0,481.. Peneliti menyarankan kepada bagian Human Resources Departement PT. Wings Surya memperhatikan lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi. Agar karyawan divisi laboratorium PT. Quality human resources are needed in obtaining the success of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of training, promotion and mutation on employee performance in Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with a sample of 50 employees of PT. Transfashion Indonesia, which fills out the questionnaire, is all employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that training, promotion and mutation simultaneously influence the performance of employees in Surabaya. As well as training, job promotion and mutations have a partial effect on employee performance in Surabaya. The higher the training, promotion and transfer are, the higher the employee's performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 33 pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of motivation, competence and work environment on the performance of employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Kendari Management and Retribution Agency. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and was carried out on 33 employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The sampling technique used was the census method and data testing techniques used in this study include the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that simultaneous motivation, competence, and work environment influence employee performance and partially the dominant influence on employee performance is motivation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, pengembangan karier, beban kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Jeneponto. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumen,  penyebaran kuesioner, serta studi literatur dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai khususnya pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Jeneponto, pengembangan karier mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, beban kerja, mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja  mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai khususnya pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Jeneponto. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, career development, workload, work discipline on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Jeneponto Regency. Methods of data collection are through observation, documents, distributing questionnaires, and literature studies and data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, especially at BKPSDM Jeneponto Regency, career development has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, workload, has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, work discipline, and has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, especially at BKPSDM Jeneponto Regency.

The type of research used is quantitative research with a sample of 50 employees of the harvest harvest award who filled the questionnaire as all employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that teamwork and k3 (health, safety, work) simultaneously had an effect on employee performance in Surabaya. As well as teamwork and k3 (health, safety, work) have a partial effect on employee performance in Surabaya. The higher the teamwork and good health, safety, work, the higher the employee's performance.

This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities and communication on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang. This study uses quantitative study methods. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sampling (Census) in which all population members were sampled. So the sample in this study was 32 respondents. Data collection techniques using study instruments namely questionnaire. The instrument testing techniques are validity test and reliability test, data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang, 2) Communication has no significant effect on employee performance on CV. Zam – Zam Jombang, 3) Simultaneous work and communication facilities have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang.
