The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of customer delight in moderating esteem needs to consumer purchase intentions (study on Guess products). This research was conducted in Bali Province with data analysis technique of Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA). Sample size obtained by using purposive sampling method as much as 100 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis can be stated that the esteem needs and customer delight directly affect the consumer's buying intentions on Guess products. Customer delight proved to moderate the relationship of esteem needs to consumers' buying intentions on Guess products. Recommendations that can be recommended for manufacturers Guess should pay attention to the position and views of consumers will use a Guess product to be an inspiration and improve the esteem needs among the community. Guess must be correct in providing information about the advantages over Guess products so that consumers feel comfortable, confident interested and really Guess as a product that is sought and needed.

To find out whether the preference must be able to moderate the relationship between understanding of tax regulations on individual taxpayer regulations in the North Badung region. The minimum number of samples used in the study were 100 (one hundred) individual taxpayers at North Badung KPP Pratama. This study uses the accidential sampling method. The method of data collection uses the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results obtained related to understanding tax regulations, positive and significant to taxpayer obligations, as well as risk preferences can moderate the relationship of understanding tax regulations with taxpayer assistance. This study aims to determine the effect of applying e-filing and knowledge of taxation on taxpayer compliance. Compliance costs as moderating variable that moderate relations between application e-filing and knowledge taxation on the taxpayer compliance. The population in this study is taxpayers in Padang city. The number off samples used was 100 respondents with the sampling method using purposive sampling. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques are done by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression and moderated regression analysis. The results obtained are the application of e-filing has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, knowledge of taxation does not affect taxpayer compliance, compliance costs proved to moderate the relationship between the implementation of e-filing and taxpayer compliance, and the cost of compliance was not proven to moderate the knowledge relationship of taxation with taxpayer compliance

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect between profitability, size  and liquidity on firm value in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2014 to 2018. This research was conducted because there are still differences in research results and  there is fluctuation in the value of the company in the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The population used in this study were companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the IDX in the 2014 - 2018 period. While the sample used in this study were 37 companies in the consumer goods industry sector which were selected using the purposive sampling method.  The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis in order to determine the relationship between variables.  The results of this study indicate that profitability, size and liquidity simultaneously have an influence on firm value.  Partially profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, size has no effect on firm value and liquidity has a negative and significant effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer delight on customer loyalty with service quality as a moderating variable (Study at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali). This research was conducted at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali with data analysis techniques Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA). The sample size obtained by using purposive sampling method as many as 120 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis it can be stated that customer delight has a positive and significant effect on consumer customer loyalty at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Service quality moderated the influence of customer delight on consumer customer loyalty at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Suggestions that can be recommended for Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak should pay more attention to fair service regarding products, prices and services from staff of Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Kedisiplinan adalah salah satu metode yang diterapkan dalam lingkungan Kepolisian. Dedikasi dan kedisiplinan yang tinggi dari anggota POLRI untuk menjadi lebih profesional sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan dan peranan POLRI. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan adalah religiusitas yang dimiliki oleh seorang anggota POLRI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas dengan kedisiplinan pada anggota POLRI. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara religiusitas dengan kedisiplinan pada anggota POLRI, dengan populasinya anggota POLRI yang bertugas di Kepolisian Resort (Polres) Kendal. Metode pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sample 50 orang. Tehnik  analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis korelasi produck moment. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai korelasi rxy  = 0,747 dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). Hal ini menunjukkan hubungan positif yang sangat signifikas antara religiusitas dengan kedisiplinan pada anggota POLRI, artinya makin tinggi religiusitas anggota POLRI, maka makin tinggi kedisiplinan anggota POLRI, sebaliknya makin rendah religiusitas anggota POLRI makin rendah pula kedisiplinan anggota POLRI. Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Kata kunci: kedisiplinan, religiusitas  RELIGIOSITY AND DISCIPLINE AMONG POLICE OFFICERS  Abstract Discipline is one of the manners applied in the police environment. Dedication and high discipline of members of the police in order to improve professionalism is required to achieve the purpose and role of police. One that affects the discipline is religiosity of the police member. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between religiosity and discipline among police officers. The hypothesis proposed was that there is a positive relationship between religiosity and discipline on police officer at the Police Resort (Police) Kendal. Sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 50 people. Data analysis technique used was product moment correlation analysis. The results of analysis of data obtained correlation values rxy = 0.747 with p = 0.000 (p <0.01). This showed a very significant positive relationship between religiosity and discipline on police officer. It means that the higher the religiosity of Police, the higher discipline on police officer. Thus the hypothesis in this study was accepted. Keywords : discipline, religiosity

<p>Parents, schools and government should pay great attention to early childhood education and knowledge. Early childhood is nurtured and stimulated according to the wishes and abilities of each child with the hope that they can grow accordingly and develop as they should. Play is every child's right. Playing is a land for children to express all forms of behavior that are fun and without coercion. Play has a role to support children's growth and development, especially in the development of cognitive aspects. This study identifies the role of play activities on knowledge of children aged 1-2 years. Quantitative research and using a simple paradigm of the relationship of two variables. The data analysis technique used in this study was the parametric correlation analysis perarson product moment. The results of the study The value of sig (0.003) &lt;a  then H0 is rejected. So that there is a correlation between the role of play activities and the cognitive development of children 1-2 years. The correlation coefficient value shows the effect of the role of playing activities on cognitive development of children 1-2 years of 0.598 or 59.8%. So that the correlation is 40.2%, maybe there is a relationship with other elements.</p>

Every company in carrying out its operations has clear objectives as a guideline in carrying out its duties by each of its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and personal character in moderating the relationship between budgetary participation on budgetary slack. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach in the form of associative causality. The object of research in this study is budgetary slack. The method of determining the sample of respondents in this study using a purposive sampling method. The number of respondents used as the study sample is 80 people. Data collection methods used are by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study are that budgetary participation has a negative and significant effect on budgetary slack. Leadership style and personal character strengthen the influence of budgetary participation on budgetary slack. Keyword : Budgeting, leadership, personal character.

This article aims to empirically examine the mediating impact of consumer’s parasocial interaction on the relationship between celebrity images on the consumer’s purchase intentions. It aims to empirically investigate the moderating role of celebrity liking in the formation of consumer’s parasocial interaction. Four different versions of self-administered questionnaire using different celebrities as a stimulus were developed. Data were collected from 484 respondents. Quota cum judgemental sampling method was used for the study. The findings show that parasocial interaction mediates the relationship between celebrity images and purchase intentions. It also reveals positive moderating effect of celebrity liking. It has significant implications for marketers and academicians.

Samples were taken using purposive sampling sample size of 50 people . Data analysis technique used is multiple regression . The results showed that : 1 ) . Product attributes significantly influence purchase intention on PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto. 2 ) . Consumer knowledge significantly influence purchase intention on PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of simultaneous and partial marketing mix on the purchase decision of prospective consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing.This research uses quantitative methods, and is a survey research from the types of explanatory research whose focus is placed on relational research: studying the relationship of variables. The object of research is the residents of Pasuruan City and the sample in this study is the Prospective Consumer of Grand Cempaka Housing. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis methods.The results of the analysis show that Products, Prices, Places and Promotions simultaneously have a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Prospective Consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing. This shows that the marketing mix is one of the marketing strategies that should be considered so that the implementation of the marketing strategy can run successfully because the elements in the marketing mix influence each other. Variables in the marketing mix which include Products, Prices, Places and Promotions partially have a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Prospective Consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing.
