Jambur is a public meeting building in the Karo Batak tribe, or just called Karo, which has a robust kinship system and can see it from the architecture of the traditional building. Even in realizing the building by using the community's approach, it becomes an empowering process for all procedures. We see that deliberation for consensus is not something impossible which is not just lip service. The principles of genuine and open democracy took place, but that only happened in the past, maybe. Because it turns out that we build no longer with the heart and character but with an approach that is often consumptive and hedonistic, this has become a very extreme and blind problem. We see it in terms of personal character development and Karo community both in Jakarta, Medan, including cities in Tanah Karo such as Kaban-Jahe and Berastagi, and others. Is there any concern or equity for vulnerable or marginalized communities in the design and planning process? Let us build it together. Nothing is impossible. Can the regional action plan be developed regarding the accessibility of physical buildings such as jambur or public meeting buildings? Can it be implemented? Furthermore, is it compatible with the National Action Plan for Persons with Disabilities? So that everything can be well coordinated.

Abstract Background To create an effective community-based integrated care system, interprofessional collaboration based on healthcare professionals’ mutual understanding of their respective roles must be promoted. This study aimed to identify the role conception and role expectation that other healthcare professionals have towards physicians in the context of a community-based integrated care system. Methods We organized focus groups and adopted ‘Role Theory’ as a theoretical framework. We collected data from healthcare professionals attending a conference on community-based integrated care systems in Japan. Fifty-four non-physician healthcare professionals consented to participate in 7 focus groups. Theme analysis based on the verbatim recorded transcripts was conducted in accordance with the framework of “Role Theory”. Results The role conception of physicians is as a figure of intellectual authority positioned at the top of a traditional hierarchy, with a personal character of criticism/autonomy/closedness, not accommodative of interference from others, and upholding the Biomedical Model as an absolute standard. In response to this, the role expectation of physicians in the community is that they undertake actions that only physicians can undertake to ensure that a flat organization functions properly in providing medical explanations during patient transitions, and to offer healthcare support for patients who are difficult to access. This role expectation also includes the perception of patients as human beings, with physicians adapting to the Bio-Psycho-Social Model, explaining to patients about their disease as an authoritative voice based on an understanding of psychosocial circumstances, and sharing the prognosis of disease or disability. The expected personal character is a person with an open mind who allows others to seek advice, as well as a sense of approachableness which facilitates such seeking of advice. Conclusion In the context of a community-based integrated care system, physicians should consider the understanding of their role conception and role expectation that other professionals have of them, and endeavor to create an open relationship with all healthcare professionals while giving careful consideration to their own role.

That the current moral collapse is due to the values of honesty, truth, justice, please help, and compassion have been replaced by misuse, oppression, tackle each other, deception, and mutual harm. So much slander and fighting sheep, licking, corruption, and many other disobedience. The description of social violations occurring in this nation opens space to reflect on the extent to which formal education efforts, which are nationally organized institutions, educate, direct and guide students in a normative way. Because in his view that education is a means of educating personal character. As an Islamic Figure, Hamka's views on Islamic education are very deep. According to Hamka, education is the parents' religious guidance for children by: helping humans to obtain a decent living, but more than that, with human knowledge, they will be able to know their God, refine their morals, and always try to seek the pleasure of God. Therefore, the purpose of education is to serve and worship Him. Therefore, in educational material must include the following three things, namely: science, charity, morals and justice. So we should appreciate Buya Hamka's efforts to participate in developing the intellectual life of the nation by applying its views on education. He founded the Al-Azhar Foundation, which has spread its branches throughout Indonesia.

The main aim of the article is to consider impartially the formation of O. Bismarck’s worldview and the stages of his development as a political figure. A lot of biographers are often biased and sometimes reach panegyric or censure in their attitude to this person. The article examines objectively the factors that influenced the formation of O. Bismarck’s personality, limiting itself only to the main features of his personal character and family environment, without dwelling in detail on his political activities. Bismarck’s mother was excellently educated, combined the sentimental-religious mood of her century and the liberal beliefs inherited from her father, she aimed to awaken ambition and the desire to achieve her goals in her children from childhood. His father, unlike emotionless and refined mother, was a former military man who preferred rural life to urban life and he spoiled children in every possible way and was the soul of the family. She was shrewd and ambitious, personified intelligence and she loved to have conversations with intelligent people and to play chess, he was full of humor and fun and he preferred living on the estate and hunting. Perhaps due to this inconsistency, Bismarck was not brought up in class prejudices in his native home, but later his basic beliefs were formed under the influence of the environment.

Character building must follow the example of the Prophet Muhammad. Because he is the incarnation of the Al-Qur'an, a human being who is successful in his life in the world with the various problems he faces and the several professions he does. Allah gave him success in this world and the hereafter. We can see this in Surah al-Mukminun verses 1-11. There, the tips for becoming a successful person are explained by implementing the characters implied in these verses. The first character that must be possessed is a religious personality. The second personal character is focused on concentration, praying seriously '. This prayer is like the head of all deeds. If the prayer is good, other deeds will be good, but if the prayer is not good, it will also affect the unworthiness of the other deeds. After prayer there is a character of discipline by keeping away from useless things that are not useful, be it deeds or words. then the character of obedience in paying zakat, shows a sense of social or caring. Then the personal character who is responsible by maintaining self-respect by using the available facilities in a halal way. Furthermore, a personal character that is trustworthy, the importance of maintaining trust and promise is a form of character of a person who can be trusted. And lastly is a consistent character, maintaining prayers regularly and working hard, istiqamah which shows that the person is able to be consistent in maintaining goodness. According to Al-Mâwardiy, carrying out these characters results in success in any field, be it education, economy, profession and so on. Even lasting success will be found in the afterlife.

Abstract Through a detailed analysis of de德 as used in the Four Books (Sishu 四書), this article is intended to examine the unity between two kinds of virtue manifested respectively through cultivating an admirable character in one’s self (moral agent) and enabling aretaic activities in the public sphere (political agent). By investigating how early Confucian masters integrate internal goodness and virtuous governance as the moral reasons for the common good and the flourishing of human community, we seek to reconstruct the ethics in the Four Books that is focused on de as the gravity center. This leads in turn to an account of a particular kind of “virtue ethics” or better, de ethics, which has underpinned all Confucian discourses on personal character and political practices.
