The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of simultaneous and partial marketing mix on the purchase decision of prospective consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing.This research uses quantitative methods, and is a survey research from the types of explanatory research whose focus is placed on relational research: studying the relationship of variables. The object of research is the residents of Pasuruan City and the sample in this study is the Prospective Consumer of Grand Cempaka Housing. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis methods.The results of the analysis show that Products, Prices, Places and Promotions simultaneously have a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Prospective Consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing. This shows that the marketing mix is one of the marketing strategies that should be considered so that the implementation of the marketing strategy can run successfully because the elements in the marketing mix influence each other. Variables in the marketing mix which include Products, Prices, Places and Promotions partially have a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Prospective Consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing. Influence of Marketing Mix Buying Decision Against Perfume at Perfume Azzwars Lubeg Padang". Research was conducted on Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang. The purpose of this study were: 1) to analyze the influence of the effect of variable products, the purchase decision perfume in Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang, 2) to analyze the influence of variables influence the price, the purchase decision perfume in Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang, 3) to analyze the influence of variables influence the place, Decision to purchase perfume at Azzwars perfume Lubeg Padang, 4) to analyze the influence of variables sale, the purchase decision perfume fragrances Azzwars Lubeg Padang. This type of research is qualitative research. The object of this study is Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results obtained the following conclusions: 1) The product does not significantly influence the purchase decision of consumers Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang. 2) The price does not significantly influence the purchase decision of consumers Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang, 3) place significant effect on the purchase decision of consumers Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang, 4) Promotion does not significantly influence the purchase decision of consumers Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang, 5) Marketing Mix effect positive and significant impact on consumer purchase decision Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang.

: This research to analyze the effect of service speed and service friendliness on the satisfaction of Lamongan coffee house customers. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection method in this study is questionnaire and documentation study. The method of data analysis uses descriptive quantitative methods, namely with multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests.Based on the F test results obtained F-count is greater than F-count 204.254> F table value = 3.09, service speed and service friendliness together have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the T Test Service speed (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Service friendliness (X2) has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Service speed is the most influential variable on customer satisfaction. Through testing the Determination Coefficient by adjusted R Square (R2) 80.4%, customer satisfaction can be explained by variable service speed and service friendliness, while 19.6% performance can be explained by other variables not examined by this study.

This study investigated the financing needs and the financial management practices of banana farmers in Inopacan, Leyte, the relationship between financial management practices to profitability and the relationship of the various socio-demographic variables to the relevant financial management practices. The relevant financial management practices considered in this study were those found to be significantly related to profitability. Results showed that limited capital for labor and the occurrence of pests and diseases particularly bugtok, which is caused by a bacterium called Ralstonia solanacearum, were among the major problems expressed by the banana farmers that need financing. Financial management practices such as monitoring the status of loan and financial planning and budgeting were widely practiced by the farmers. Out of the 25 farmer-respondents who availed of loan, 21 of them monitored the status of their loans. More than half of them also practiced financial planning and budgeting of their income and loan. The multiple linear regression analysis revealed that monitoring financial budgets and comparing farm profitability with that of other farms or benchmarking are significantly and positively related to profitability. The logistic regression analysis showed significant relationships of household size and being able to avail credit with the relevant financial management practices. The results imply that farmers who have more household members and who have availed of credit are more likely to monitor financial budgets and/or compare profitability with other farms.

Human resources as labor or employees play an important role in improving productivity and achievement of predetermined objectives. Efforts to mobilize labor are an important task for agencies. In this case the agency should be able to do coaching on employees so that they want to perform work activities effectively and efficiently. By conducting coaching on employees, will be obtained by qualified, competent, reliable, have high morale to achieve a goal that leads to work performance. The result of data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis method Y = 5.567 + 0,105X1 + 0,967X2 + 0,450X3 + 1,078X4 + 0,164X5 + e, it means that every improvement of motivation variable consist of X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 for one unit then it will also increase the productivity at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Kab. Asahan of 0.105, 0.967, 0.450, 1.078, and 0.164 units.

The purpose of this. study was to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of the reference group, lifestyle and event marketing on the decision to purchase virtual goods on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The populationt is all consumers who purchase virtual goods at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta with an unknown amount. The sampling technique in this study was purposive proportional sampling. The sample is 100 studentstfrom the Islamic Batik University Surakarta. Data obtained from questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. F test prove that the reference group, lifestyle and marketing events simultaneously influence the decision to purchase virtual goods on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta, where Fcount is 37,527 > Ftable is 2,70 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. t test show that the reference group, lifestyle and event marketing have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase virtual goods on players of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta. <p><em>The study was conducted to find out that the decision to purchase ornamental plants during the Covid-19 pandemic was influenced by several factors such as Trend, Lifestyle, Price, and Uniqueness. The variables used in this study are Trend (X1), Lifestyle (X2), Price (X3), Uniqueness (X4) and Purchase Decision (Y). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach, one of which is purposive sampling using the roscoe count so that 100 respondents can be taken who are ornamental plant hobbyists or ornamental plant consumers during the pandemic. The collection technique uses a Likert scale to make it easier for respondents to fill out the questionnaire. Data analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses the SPSS 21 tool to see the results of the data obtained. The results of this study Trend, Lifestyle and Uniqueness have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions of ornamental plants during the pandemic. Then the price does not have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions during the pandemic.</em></p><p><em></em><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Trend, Lifestyle, Price, Uniqueness, Purchase Decision</em></p>

This study aimed to determine the effect of Television Advertisement Version “Semeja Bersaudara” And Instagram Advertisement Version “Serunya Jalan Terus” On Teh Botol Sosro Brand Image. The study method used is quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used in the questionnaire form and literature. The population of this study from STIAMI Institute student. The sampling technique in this research is nonprobability sampling with the accidental sampling method. A sample of 100 samples has been obtained. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistic version 22. The results showed that the Television Advertisement Version “Semeja Bersaudara” has an influence on Brand Image Teh Botol Sosro of 44,3%. Instagram Advertisement Version “Serunya Jalan Terus” has an influence on Brand Image Teh Botol Sosro of 40,1%. Television Advertisement Version “Semeja Bersaudara” and Instagram Advertisement Version “Serunya Jalan Terus” significantly influence on Teh Botol Sosro Brand Image. Television Advertisement Version “Semeja Bersaudara” and Instagram Advertisement Version “Serunya Jalan Terus” affect the variants of Teh Botol Sosro Brand Image simultaneously with value 0f 0,471 or 47,1% and there are 52,9% other unexplained factors not included in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sinjai. Dimana rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana pengauh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas dukcapil Kabupaten Sinjai. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh gay kepemimpinan motivasi dan disiplin kerja pada kinerja pegawai dias Dukcapil Kabupaten Sinjai. Metode dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dari 30 responden yang dijadikan populasi dan sample (full sampling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Ditemukan bahwa disiplin kerja paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sinjai. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on employees’ performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sinjai Regency. The research question is how the leadership style, motivation and work discipline influence employees’ performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sinjai Regency. The aim is to determine the relationship and the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sinjai Regency. Data analysis methods and techniques used are quantitative methods with data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression analysis where 30 respondents used as population and sample (full sampling). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially leadership style, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. It was found that work discipline mostly dominantly affected the performance of employees at the Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil in Sinjai Regency.

This study aims to analyze the Factors that Influence the Value of Furniture Industry Production in the Sub-district of Jeumpa District Bireuen in 2017. The data used in this study is secondary data. The method use to analyze the relationship of the dependent variable independently is the method of multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the research are partially Labor and Investment Value have a positive and significant effect on the Value of Furniture Industry Production in the Sub-district of Jeumpa District Bireuen. Raw Material costs do not affect the Value of Furniture Industry Production in the Sub-district of Jeumpa District Bireuen. Simultaneously Labor, Investment Value and Raw Material Cost have a positive and significant effect on the Production Value of the Bireuen district of Jeumpa Sub-district Funiture Industry. The amount of influence is equal to 0,6080 or 60,80% . While the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model at 39,20 %.

Happiness is the condition and ability of a person to feel positive emotions from the past, in the present, and for the future. Factors that influence happiness are money, marriage, social life, negative emotions, age, health, education, climate, race, gender, and religiosity. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a relationship between religiosity and perceptions of health and happiness in men who married in early adulthood. The data analysis used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis showing an F value of 4.58> 3.18 (Table F). The results of this study indicate the relationship between religiosity and perceptions of health and happiness in men who married in early adulthood. The finding of 0.15 in the Summary R Square Model table means that religiosity and perceptions of health have an effect of 15% on happiness, while 85% are influenced by other factors.[Kebahagiaan adalah kondisi dan kemampuan seseorang untuk merasakan emosi positif di masa lalu, masa depan dan masa sekarang. Faktor-fsaktor yang mempengaruhi kebahagiaan adalah uang, perkawinan, kehidupan soisal, emosi negatif, usia, kesehatan, pendidikan, iklim, ras, dan jenis kelamin, religiusitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara religiusitas dan persepsi terhadap kesehatan dengan kebahagiaan pada pria yang menikah di usia dewasa awal. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier ganda menunjukkan nilai F sebesar 4,58>3,18 (F Tabel), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terhadap hubungan antara religiusitas dan persepsi terhadap kesehatan dengan kebahagiaan pada pria yang menikah di usia dewasa awal. Dalam tabel Model Summary R Square sebesar 0,15, artinya religiusitas dan persepsi terhadap kesehatan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 15% terhadap kebahagiaan, sedangkan 85% dipengaruhi dari faktor lain.]
