Schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder characterized by major disorders in the mind and emotions. People with schizophrenia (ODS) can experience recurrence if they do not receive proper care. The latent variable used in this study was ODS reccurence. One method that can determine the relationship between latent variables and latent variables with the indicator is the partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM). This study was conducted to see how the structural model of ODS recurrence data and to know the factors that most influence ODS recurrence. The results of this study concluded that the resulting model was good enough with a large R-square value of 0.8577, but not all variables used in this study had a significant effect on ODS recurrence. ODS recurrence is significantly influenced by family support and community social support variables. While medication compliance and physician control regularity will not have a significant effect without family support. The worse treatment of families and communities around ODS recurrence will occur more often.

Variability of Sea Surface Temperature (SST) is one of the climatic features that influence global and regional climate dynamics. Missing data (gaps) in the SST dataset are worth investigating since they may statistically alter the value of the SST change. The partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach is used in this work to estimate the causality relationships between exogenous and endogenous latent variables. The findings of this study, which are significant indicators that have a loading factor value > 0.7 are as follows: i) sea surface temperature (oC) as a measure of the latent variable changes in SST, ii) wind speed (m/s) and relative humidity (%) as a measure of the latent variable of weather, and iii) air temperature (oC), long-wave solar radiation (w/m2) as a measure of climate latent variables. The size of the Rsquare value is influenced by the number of gaps. The results of the boostrapping show that the latent variables of weather and climate have a significant effect on changes in SST which are indicated by the value of tstatistics > ttabel. The structural model obtained Changes in SST (η) = -0.330 weather + 0.793 climate + ζ. The model shows that the weather has a negative coefficient, which means that the better the weather conditions, the lower the SST changes. Climate has a positive coefficient, which means that the better the climate, the SST changes will also increase. Rising sea surface temperatures caused by an increase in climate can lead to global warming, impacting El-Nino and La-Nina events.

In order to face the competition of the free trade market era, this research tries to assess the condition of self-capacity from the aspect of knowledge, skills and attitude of the fisherman in accordance with the criteria of Indonesian National Work Competence Standards (SKKNI). With the analysis approach of relationship structure model using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), it is examined the aspect that significantly affect the competence of traditional fishermen. Result of structural model analysis used, the skill is the aspect thathas real effect to the competence of the fisherman compared the aspect of knowledge and the self-attitude. This indicates if traditional fishermen are more formed from direct work experience, than the formal and informal education aspects. Berdasarkan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI), ada tiga faktor utama untuk kompetensi tenaga kerja yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap diri.  Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji struktur hubungan ketiga faktor tersebut yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap kompetensi nelayan tradisional dan kecil di Teluk Banten dengan menggunakan analisa Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Keterampilan merupakan faktor berpengaruh nyata terhadap kompetensi dibandingkan pengetahuan dan sikap diri nelayan.  Sementara aspek pengetahuan sangat berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dan sikap diri. Application development must be done by considering the usability factor of the application. Three aspects of usability measurement, namely usefulness, satisfaction, and ease of use, are latent variables that cannot be measured directly, so the appropriate analysis is the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). PLS is a SEM analysis approach that does not require assumptions of data distribution and a minimum number of observations. The measurement of the usability of the Thymun application is described in two SEM-PLS models. This study aims to determine the best model and determine the effect of usefulness, satisfaction, and ease of use on the usability of the Thymun application. The data used is survey data to 44 Thymun application users. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results showed that the best model has a good measure with an R-square value of 0.730 and Q2 0.453 with a Goodness of Fit 0.736. The variables of usefulness and ease of use have a significant effect on the 5% real level with path coefficient values ​​of 0.255 and 0.636. While the satisfaction variable does not have a significant effect on the 5% real level with a path coefficient of 0.058. Thymun application usability score is 76.47.

This study aims is to test and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Smailing Tour Denpasar with population and research sample of all permanent employees that is 90 people. All data obtained from the kuisoner distribution is feasible to be used, then analyzed using a variance based structural equation model known as Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the employee's performance, (2) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction, (3) the job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to the employee's performance; (4) the motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that motivation can be improved by taking into account the need for workplace environment to improve employee performance, job satisfaction can be improved by paying attention to the work itself in order to increase employee performance. Employee performance can be improved by taking into account the effectiveness of employees.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor kontekstual dalam pengaruhnya pada intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi S1 Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo yang telah mengikuti kegiatan BOSS, Business Orientation at Super Suro, yakni kegiatan kompetisi berwirausaha yang diadakan untuk mengasah mental entrepreneurship mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa peserta BOSS, sehingga diperoleh informasi yang berguna bagi evaluasi dan penentuan strategi pelaksanaan BOSS selanjutnya. Faktor kontekstual dipilih dalam penelitian ini, sebagai salah satu faktor yang dianggap penting dalam mempengaruhi intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah mahasiswa peserta BOSS pada tahun 2019. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi program Structural Equation Model (SEM)  Partial Least Square (Smart PLS). Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa faktor kontekstual berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa BOSS.Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, faktor kontekstual, intensi

High company performance can be achieved if all elements in the company are well integrated, and are able to carry out their roles according to the needs of employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine (1) competence, (2) work motivation, (3) employee performance, and (4) the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive and verification using explanatory survey research methods, and to test the hypotheses of this research will be analyzed using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Model, SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) alternative method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of testing the first hypothesis show that there is a significant correlation between competence and work motivation at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The results of the second hypothesis show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The third hypothesis shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The fourth hypothesis shows that competence and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. So it is clear that competence, work motivation and employee performance are interrelated. This must be considered because there is a mutually influencing relationship between the three. So that the development of competence and good work motivation will be able to improve the performance of these employees.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of role conflict on employee job satisfaction with job stress as a mediation variable at PT. Jombang Intermedia Press (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). The research used explanatory research with a quantitative approach to explain relationship variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses questionnaires which is distributed to 30 respondents of PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) with saturated sampling method. The analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with PLS (Partial Least Square) 3 . The result of data analysis known has significant positive influence between role conflict on work stress. But, role conflict has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress positively influence to job satisfaction, while work stress is not able to mediate between role conflict to job satisfaction. Keyword—Role Conflict, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan yang dimediasi stres kerja pada PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 karyawan PT.Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) dengan metode sampling jenuh. Metode analisis dibantu oleh SEM (Structural equation Model) dengan alat analisis Pls versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara konflik peran terhadap stres kerja. Namun, justru konflik peran berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja juga berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. The purpose of this research is to investigate factors that influence the intent of behavior using technology in online learning. The study uses structural equation modeling using a partial least square approach to test the hypotheses. Respondents selected using purposive sampling, and the questionnaires were distributed through online surveys and received a response of 96 respondents. Results show that latent variables, performance expectations, business expectations, and facility conditions have a positive and significant relationship with the intent of individual behaviour in the use of technology in online learning. The latent variable "condition facility" is the most influential factor. This research provides an important overview and understanding for policymakers in designing frameworks to pay attention to facility conditions. Further research is suggested in the future covering samples from various provinces in Indonesia. This study adds to the literature primarily on factors affecting behavioral intent to use technology in online learning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat perilaku guru menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural dengan menggunakan pendekatan partial least square untuk menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan purposive sampling, kuesioner disebarkan melalui survei online dan mendapat tanggapan dari 96 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel laten, ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, dan kondisi fasilitas memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan niat perilaku individu dalam penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran online. Variabel laten “fasilitas kondisi” merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran dan pemahaman penting bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang kerangka kerja untuk memperhatikan kondisi fasilitas. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan di masa depan mencakup sampel dari berbagai provinsi di Indonesia. Studi ini menambah literatur terutama pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat perilaku untuk menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran online.
