Evaluasi Faktor yang Memengaruhi Usability Aplikasi Thymun Menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square

Application development must be done by considering the usability factor of the application. Three aspects of usability measurement, namely usefulness, satisfaction, and ease of use, are latent variables that cannot be measured directly, so the appropriate analysis is the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). PLS is a SEM analysis approach that does not require assumptions of data distribution and a minimum number of observations. The measurement of the usability of the Thymun application is described in two SEM-PLS models. This study aims to determine the best model and determine the effect of usefulness, satisfaction, and ease of use on the usability of the Thymun application. The data used is survey data to 44 Thymun application users. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results showed that the best model has a good measure with an R-square value of 0.730 and Q2 0.453 with a Goodness of Fit 0.736. The variables of usefulness and ease of use have a significant effect on the 5% real level with path coefficient values ​​of 0.255 and 0.636. While the satisfaction variable does not have a significant effect on the 5% real level with a path coefficient of 0.058. Thymun application usability score is 76.47.

<p>The increasing Muslim population in recent years has resulted in an increased demand for halal food. This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity, awareness of halal food, and attitude towards halal food on purchase intention by millennial generations. This research is quantitative research with survey analysis method. The data used in this study is primary data using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The researchers surveyed 230 Muslim respondents of millennial age at President University. The sampling technique used in this study is judgment sampling method. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) software, namely SmartPLS version 3.2.8. The hypotheses were tested through path coefficient, t-Significance, p-Value, and determination coefficient (R²). Based on the results of this study, it is found that: 1) halal awareness has a significant effect on attitude towards halal food, 2) religiosity, halal awareness and attitude towards halal food each has a significant effect on purchase intention of halal food and finally, 3) halal awareness as mediated by attitude towards halal food has an effect on purchase intention of halal food. Whereas the relationship between religiosity and attitude towards halal food and the relationship between religiosity and purchase intention of halal food as mediated by attitude towards halal food cannot be supported. The result of this research is useful to predict the future of the halal industry in Muslim-majority countries. It is recommended that food marketers should consider these elements when producing and preparing marketing campaigns for halal foods.</p><p><em><strong>Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak</strong>: Meningkatnya populasi Muslim akhir-akhir ini berakibat pada meningkatnya permintaan terhadap makanan halal. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiositas, kesadaran terhadap makanan halal, dan sikap terhadap makanan halal, terhadap intensi membeli makanan halal di kalangan generasi milenial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survai. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Sampel penelitian adalah 230 orang Muslim dari generasi milenial di President University. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah judgment sampling method. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) software, yaitu SmartPLS version 3.2.8. Hipotesa penelitian diuji dengan melihat nilai koefisien jalur, nilai t, nilai p, dan koefisien determinsasi (R²). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa: 1) kesadaran halal mempengaruhi sikap terhadap makanan halal secara signifikan, 2) religiositas, kesadaran halal, dan sikap terhadap makanan halal, masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap intensi membeli makanan halal, 3) sikap terhadap makanan halal memediasi pengaruh kesadaran halal terhadap intensi membeli makanan halal. Hasil penelitian juga memperlihatkan bahwa pengaruh religiositas atas sikap terhadap makanan halal tidak didukung data, demikian pula sikap terhadap makanan halal tidak memediasi pengaruh religiositas terhadap intensi membeli makanan halal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat untuk memperkirakan masa depan industri Halal di negara yang berpenduduk mayoritas Muslim. Para pemasar makanan perlu </em><em>mempertimbangkan variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ketika menghasilkan dan mempersiapkan kampanye pemasaran untuk makanan halal.</em></p>

Schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder characterized by major disorders in the mind and emotions. People with schizophrenia (ODS) can experience recurrence if they do not receive proper care. The latent variable used in this study was ODS reccurence. One method that can determine the relationship between latent variables and latent variables with the indicator is the partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM). This study was conducted to see how the structural model of ODS recurrence data and to know the factors that most influence ODS recurrence. The results of this study concluded that the resulting model was good enough with a large R-square value of 0.8577, but not all variables used in this study had a significant effect on ODS recurrence. ODS recurrence is significantly influenced by family support and community social support variables. While medication compliance and physician control regularity will not have a significant effect without family support. The worse treatment of families and communities around ODS recurrence will occur more often.

Abstract. Hedonic motivation, which is often called as intrinsic motivation, plays a role in encouraging a person to use a system to meet their needs. Currently, the popular systems used in the fulfilment of one's needs are games and social media. It has been recorded that the users of Instagram, which has been ranked as the second most popular social media in America, has increased as many as 100 thousand people since the middle of 2016, with the total registered users of 600 million. This development raises a question of what drives a person to use social media. This study aims to identify factors that affect a person to use Instagram based on Hedonic Motivation System Adoption Model (HMSAM). The data were then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). After the research was conducted on 245 respondents, the results prove that the motivating factors of a person to use Instagram are perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and control.Keywords: hedonic motivation system adoption system (hmsam), structural equation model (sem), partial least square (pls), social media, instagram. Abstrak. Motivasi hedonis atau sering kali juga disebut dengan motivasi intrinsik berperan dalam mendorong seseorang untuk menggunakan suatu sistem demi memenuhi kebutuhannya. Saat ini sistem yang populer digunakan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan seseorang tersebut adalah game dan social media. Instagram yang menduduki peringkat ke dua sebagai social media terpopuler di Amerika, tercatat mengalami pertumbuhan sebanyak 100 ribu orang sejak pertengahan 2016 dengan total pengguna yang tercatat sebanyak 600 juta orang. Melihat perkembangan tersebut memunculkan pertanyaan apa yang mendorong seseorang untuk menggunakan sosial media. Penelitian ini akan melihat faktor yang mempengaruhi seseorang menggunakan Instagram berdasarkan Hedonic Motivation System Adoption Model (HMSAM) yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasilnya setelah dilakukan penelitian pada 245 responden terbukti bahwa yang menjadi faktor pendorong seseorang menggunakan Instagram adalah percieve ease of use, percieved enjoyment, dan control.Kata Kunci: hedonic motivation system adoption system (hmsam), structural equation model (sem), partial least square (pls), social media, instagram.

This study aims is to test and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Smailing Tour Denpasar with population and research sample of all permanent employees that is 90 people. All data obtained from the kuisoner distribution is feasible to be used, then analyzed using a variance based structural equation model known as Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the employee's performance, (2) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction, (3) the job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to the employee's performance; (4) the motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that motivation can be improved by taking into account the need for workplace environment to improve employee performance, job satisfaction can be improved by paying attention to the work itself in order to increase employee performance. Employee performance can be improved by taking into account the effectiveness of employees.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor kontekstual dalam pengaruhnya pada intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi S1 Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo yang telah mengikuti kegiatan BOSS, Business Orientation at Super Suro, yakni kegiatan kompetisi berwirausaha yang diadakan untuk mengasah mental entrepreneurship mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa peserta BOSS, sehingga diperoleh informasi yang berguna bagi evaluasi dan penentuan strategi pelaksanaan BOSS selanjutnya. Faktor kontekstual dipilih dalam penelitian ini, sebagai salah satu faktor yang dianggap penting dalam mempengaruhi intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah mahasiswa peserta BOSS pada tahun 2019. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi program Structural Equation Model (SEM)  Partial Least Square (Smart PLS). Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa faktor kontekstual berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa BOSS.Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, faktor kontekstual, intensi

Google classroom can work in unidirectional process as it can serve the teachers’ strategies and styles on one hand and students’ perception, understanding, and effective participation in different classroom skills on the other hand. The ac-ceptance of Google classroom is affected by different factors. Some of them are still not clearly specified and discussed in previous research; therefore, they need further investigation. Based on the previous assumption, this study is an attempt to examine the factors that affect the students’ acceptance of Google classroom at Al Buraimi University College (BUC) in Oman. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was adopted to formulate the hypotheses of the current study. The data was collected through an online questionnaire with 337 respondents. The Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach was used to assess both the measurement and structural models. The results of the study prove that both the perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) positively influence the behavioral intention, which in turn influence the actual usage of Google classrooms. This study helps the decision makers of the higher educational institutions to have a better understanding of the effectiveness of us-ing Google classroom by their students. It is assumed that it helps in measuring the level of students’ acceptance to the previously mentioned technology.

High company performance can be achieved if all elements in the company are well integrated, and are able to carry out their roles according to the needs of employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine (1) competence, (2) work motivation, (3) employee performance, and (4) the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive and verification using explanatory survey research methods, and to test the hypotheses of this research will be analyzed using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Model, SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) alternative method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of testing the first hypothesis show that there is a significant correlation between competence and work motivation at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The results of the second hypothesis show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The third hypothesis shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The fourth hypothesis shows that competence and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. So it is clear that competence, work motivation and employee performance are interrelated. This must be considered because there is a mutually influencing relationship between the three. So that the development of competence and good work motivation will be able to improve the performance of these employees.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of role conflict on employee job satisfaction with job stress as a mediation variable at PT. Jombang Intermedia Press (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). The research used explanatory research with a quantitative approach to explain relationship variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses questionnaires which is distributed to 30 respondents of PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) with saturated sampling method. The analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with PLS (Partial Least Square) 3 . The result of data analysis known has significant positive influence between role conflict on work stress. But, role conflict has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress positively influence to job satisfaction, while work stress is not able to mediate between role conflict to job satisfaction. Keyword—Role Conflict, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan yang dimediasi stres kerja pada PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 karyawan PT.Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) dengan metode sampling jenuh. Metode analisis dibantu oleh SEM (Structural equation Model) dengan alat analisis Pls versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara konflik peran terhadap stres kerja. Namun, justru konflik peran berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja juga berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Adapun stres kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci—Konflik Peran, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari intellectual capital terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan perhitungan VAIC. Metode analisis yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel yang diambil melalui purposive sample sebanyak 30 perusahaan dari industri perbankan. Alat analisis yang digunakan menggunakan Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa indikator dari variabel laten intellectual dan kinerja perusahaan yang mempengaruhi secara absolut adalah Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) dan Return on Asset(ROA) yaitu sebesar 0,713 dan 1. Hipotesis yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara intelectual capital terhadap kinerja perusahaan sebesar 0,470 namun tidak signifikan dikarenakan nilai t lebih rendah dari t tabel yaitu 1,592 < 1,96 Kata Kunci: Intellectual Capital, Kinerja Perusahaan, ROA, VACA,VAHU,STVA
