Subject. The article studies economic growth rates by quantifying structural shifts in the economy, and analyzes the relationship of their intensity. Objectives. The study quantifies the dynamics of structural shifts in the region's economy and identifies the correlation of economic development and convergent technologies in Russia nationally and regionally. The study is to conclude on the efficiency of economic processes from geographical perspectives. Methods. We conduct the structural-dynamic analysis of economic systems. To quantify structural shifts, we apply the Ryabtsev index and Gatev index to identify the structural shifts by their intensity and efficiency. The empirical framework includes statistical data on gross value added broken down by sector, types of ICT costs for 2005–2019. Gross value added spreads across 15 types of business activities. ICT costs comprise six types. Results. We assessed the dynamics of the Ryabtsev index and Gatev index by sector and their gross value added in Russia and some regions. The article analyzed the comparability of structural shifts in the economy and ICT costs. Conclusions and Relevance. We quantified the structural shifts in sectors of gross value added and discovered that the structural shifts are inconsistent nationally and regionally. We also assess the correlation of the structural dynamics in the economy and ICT.

What is the relationship of economic history to the study of comparative economic systems? Perhaps the major contribution to thought on this subject has been made by Walter Eucken, whose ideas may be taken as the starting point for our discussion.

Abstract. The aim of this work is to investigate the relationship between indicators of cicatricial digestion and linearity of cows. Methods. The research was carried out in the breeding enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region on the livestock of Ural-type cows. Cicatricial fluid was collected with an oropharyngeal rubber probe, and a wooden yaw was also used. Cicatricial content was assessed at the Chelyabinsk Interregional Veterinary Laboratory. The pH value was determined by the electrometric method, VFA – in the Markgam apparatus, ammonia – by the microdiffusion method. Ciliates – in Goryaev’s chamber and under a microscope, bacteria – under a microscope with the addition of sodium chloride solution. Statistical data processing was carried out in the Microsoft Office Excel 2010 program. Results. In terms of the number of ciliates and bacteria in the rumen fluid, the Montwick Chieftain cows, characterized by high productive qualities, had an advantage. In terms of pH and VFA, the Vis Back Ideal line was the best. There were no significant differences between the groups in terms of the amount of ammonia in the rumen. The best animals from the point of view of influence on cicatricial metabolism were the animals of the Vis Back Ideal and Montwick Chieftain lineage. Scientific novelty. Studies have shown that linearity is associated with cicatricial digestion in cows. The relationship of bull lines with indicators of cicatricial metabolism of cows has been determined for the first time. The food in the rumen is digested due to the action of bacteria, ciliates, and fungi. An environment has been created in the rumen for the active development of microflora. Bacteria are able to synthesize amino acids and vitamins. The proventriculus can contain up to 50 species of ciliates.

Micropolitan statistical areas (micropolitans) are important elements in understanding the small-town economic forces operating in the United States. This study focuses on the tourism enterprise dynamics of micropolitans. These dynamics are an oft-neglected element in tourism analyses and reports. Power law (log-log) regression analyses are central to the examination of complex socio-economic systems, and have been used here. Micropolitan tourism enterprises are ubiquitous and there is much non-linear orderliness in the interplay between their demographic and entrepreneurial characteristics. The dynamics of the orderliness result in important differences. For instance, total micropolitan employment increases sub-linearly (more slowly) than increases in tourism enterprise numbers, while tourism employment increases super-linearly (more rapidly). This difference could be important in considerations of micropolitan employment. The relationship of tourism and poverty has often been debated. Here, a statistically significant negative correlation was observed between the number of tourism enterprises and a measure of community prosperity/wealth of the micropolitans. Expansion of the tourism sector apparently reduces community poverty in micropolitans. However, community poverty is also lower in larger micropolitans. Therefore, further analyses are needed to examine the potentially spurious correlation. Overall, future decision-making could be supported by the quantified information about the tourism dynamics of micropolitans.

<p class="Style1">This Thesis investigated the influence of financial performance toward corporate value by exposing Corporate Sosial Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as Moderating Variables. Corporate Financial performance as independent variable is represented by the Financial Value Added (FVA) and Corporate Value as Dependent Variable is represented by Tobin `s Q value. CSR value is indexed based on the 78 items of exposure themes and GCG value is indexed using the 18 items of exposure themes which the researcher called Corporate Governance Perception Index. After selecting 149 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, the researcher found 39 manufacture companies.  qualified as the research objects based on the defined criteria, with observation timeframe from the year of2005 to 2008. The result of the research concludes that: Financial Performance (FVA) significantly influences the corporate value (Tobins 'Q); Corporate Sosial Responsibility also influences the relationship of corporate financial performance and the corporate value; and Good Corporate Governance influences the relationship of corporate financial performance and the corporate value as well.</p><p class="Style1">Keywords: Financial value Added, Tobin 's Q, CSR, GCG</p>

The reasons for the unemployment include the change in the economic structure and economy and the slump in job creation resulting from the shift of the industrial structure to high value-added industries. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the overall satisfaction of the NCS-based job matching  system.

The vocational placement of blind persons who are 65 years of age or older presents the counselor with an unusual challenge. The statistical data on the desirability of hiring older workers is reviewed, along with pointers on responding to employers’ objections. Older blind persons who desire remunerative employment fall into four groups, each requiring a different level of placement services: minimal, average, sheltered, and special. The relationship of past work experience to new job possibilities is also explored.

Companies that can survive are companies that need to quickly change its strategy from a business based on labor towards knowledge-based business, so that the main characteristics of the company are changed towards a science-based company. This study examines the relationship of value added capital employed, value-added human capital, structural capital value added and financial performance. The method of this research is purposive sampling with a total of 34 samples analyzed by using Eviews version 9. The result stated that value added capital employed has no effect on return on asset, value added human capital has an effect on return on asset, structural capital value added has an effect on return on asset.
