This study aims to analyze the effect of the Work Environment, Motivation and Organizational Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction at Pt Citra Crocotama International in Jakarta. This research was conducted using probability sampling method with a type of simple random sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 77 employees of Pt Citra Crocotama International. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that the work environment, motivation and organizational commitment had a significant effect on job satisfaction Pt Citra Crocotama International in Jakarta.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Citra Crocotama International di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 77 karyawan PT Citra Crocotama International. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Citra Crocotama International di Jakarta.

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership, and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at PT Superpoly Industry in Jakarta. This research was conducted by probability sampling method with a type of simple random sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 88 employees of PT Superpoly Industry. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Citra Harapan Anugrah in Jakarta. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 52 employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that work motivation and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Citra Harapan Anugrah di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 52 karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 employees of PT Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS ver. 25. The results of the analysis concluded that work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance while the workload and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jocelyn Anugrah JayaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. This research aims to uncovered and evaluated those issues which related to the influences that appeared from transformational leadership and organizational commitment towards turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediator at Operational Directorate employees of PT XYZ. The design which currently used in this research was causality analysis to revealed the connection between each variables. The population in this research was all the employees from Operational Directorate of PT. XYZ which amounted to 1084 employees. The sampling method was performed by simple random sampling with a total of 233 respondents. The data analysis method used SEM-PLS with the results showed that transformational leadership and organizational commitment had a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership has no affect towards turnover intention, but the organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on turnover intention. The transformational leadership and organizational commitment had a simultaneous impact towards job satisfaction. And the Transformational leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction had simultaneous impact towards turnover intention. Job satisfaction has fully mediates the affect which appears from transformational leadership and organizational commitment towards turnover intention.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention at PT Permata Prima Canindo. This research was conducted by the Non Probability Sampling method with the type of purposive sampling. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 95 employees of PT Permata Prima Canindo. Data analysis uses SEM PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment influence employee turnover intention at PT Permata Prima Canindo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT Permata Prima Canindo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Non Probability Sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 95 karyawan PT Permata Prima Canindo. Analsisi data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT Permata Prima Canindo.

This study aims to determine the existence of a significant influence between communication and the environment on employee job satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City, the type of research used is Associative, this research was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City, the population used is the number staff in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bim City, consisting of employees (PNS = 34 and Honorary K-II = 20 people) with a population of 54 people, the sample in this study were 37 people. With a sampling technique (simple random sampling). The communication variable has a tcount of 1.162 <ttable 2.035 and a significance value of 0.254> 0.05 while the work environment variable has a tcount of 6,019> ttable 2,035 and a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. The conclusion of this research is that the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Population and Civil Registry Office while the communication variable has no positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Population and Civil Registry Office. This research is conducted with the aim of examining the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Aston Hotel in Pontianak. The respondents used in this study are 100 samples of active hotel employees. The primary data in this study are collected from questionnaires distributed online via GoogleForm, then processed using the SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Aston di Pontianak. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 sampel karyawan hotel yang aktif. Data primer pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui GoogleForm, kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of kaizen culture on the performance of employees of PT. Smelting. The population in this study were employees of PT Smelting. The sampling method uses probability sampling, namely by simple random sampling technique. Samples taken were 60 respondents. While the analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the research and discussion of the results of the study, it has been concluded and it can be concluded that the kaizen culture has a positive effect  on  the  performance  of  employees  of  PT.  Smelting  either  partially  or simultaneously with the most dominant variable is seiketsu.

This study aims to  determine the effect of (1) organizational communication, (2) job satisfaction, (3) organizational commitment of primary school sint. Francis ln Lampung. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative-causal approach using path analyses. 88 responders were involved by sending their feedback within the questioner. Those responders were decided using simple random sampling among all teachers that working at the predetermined location. The results showed that: first, there are positif influence between the organizational communication and organizational commitment of teachers in schools. Secondly, there is positif influence between job satisfation and organizational commitment of teachers in schools. Third, there is positif influence between organizational communication and  job satisfaction of teachers in schools.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Strategic Entrepreneurship and its impact on Financial Performance and Non-Financial Performance culinary business in South Jakarta. Sample Collection was done using a questionnaire in the form of paper with Probability Sampling method, Simple Random Sampling with a total 94 respondents of culinary business field. Processing data using the SmartPLS 3.0 method. The Result of this study indicate that there is a considerable influence if the Entrepreneurial Orientation with Strategic Entrepreneurship runs well it will affect Financial Performance and Non-Financial Performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Entrepreneurial Orientation terhadap Strategic Entrepreneurship serta dampaknya pada Financial Performance dan Non-Financial Performance pada UMKM kuliner di Jakarta Selatan. Pengumpulan sample dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk Kertas dengan metode probability Sampling berjenis Simple Random Sampling dengan total 94 responden UMKM di bidang Kuliner. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang cukup besar apabila Entrepreneurial Orientation dengan Strategic Entrepreneurship berjalan dengan baik maka akan mempengaruhi Financial Performance dan Non-Financil Performance.
