Although in its development, agribusiness products can also be marketed through e-marketing. Tani Niaga is one of the e-marketing in the agribusiness sector, which managed by the Agriculture Service of Grobogan Regency (Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Grobogan). The purpose of research are to identify factors that influence farmer to use Tani Niaga. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) to identify factors that influenced farmer to use Tani Niaga. The results of research showed that the individual characteristics of farmers and the characteristics of the Tani Niaga had significant effect on using Tani Niaga. The formal education was a dominant factor in individual characteristics of food farmers whose a significant effect on the level of using of the Tani Niaga, but a dominant factor in the horticulture farmers group was the courage to take risks. Moreover, the suitability of need was a dominant factor for the characteristic of Tani Niaga whose a significant effect on the level of using the Tani Niaga in the group of food farmers, but ease-of-use the Tani Niaga was a dominant factor for the group of horticultural farmers.

In addition to the rapid development of global information and communications technology (ICT) and the Internet, recent rapid growth in cloud computing technology represents another important trend. Individual continuance intention towards information technology is a critical area in which information systems research can be performed. This study aims to develop an integrated model designed to explain and predict an individual’s continuance intention towards personal cloud services based on the concepts of technology readiness (TR) and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT2), moderated by gender, age, and experience of personal cloud services. The key results of the partial least square test largely support the proposed model’s validity and the significant impact of effort expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, and technology readiness on continuance intention towards personal cloud services. In addition to providing symmetric theoretical support with the proposed model and transforming the individual characteristics of TR into UTAUT2, this study could be used to enhance and analyze users’ adoption of personal cloud services and also increase the symmetry of the model’s explanation and prediction. The findings from this research contribute to providing practical implications and academic resources as well as improving our understanding of personal cloud service applications.

Ecotourism is the combination of ecosystem and tourism. Ecosystem tourism includes travel to destinations where flora, fauna, and cultural heritage are the primary attractions. Present study wants to establish the link between knowledge sharing, information and communication technology (ICT) and ecotourism performance with mediation of tourist attraction and digital management system among employees of ecotourism provider companies in Ranong province of Thailand. Data is collected through questionnaire survey method and via dropdown technique. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used in this study for data analysis. Results indicate that knowledge sharing related to ecotourism and ICT has positive significant impact on ecotourism performance and on tourist attraction and digital management system respectively. Tourist attraction has positive significant impact on ecotourism performance but not mediate the relation. Digital management system mediates the relation and also has the positive significant impact on ecotourism performance. Practitioners should focus on knowledge sharing variable, ICT and digital management system for increasing the ecotourism performance among ecotourism provider companies in Ranong province of Thailand.

Hungarian Information and Communication Technology (ICT) companies have an essential role to play in a disruptive era. ICT firms should collaborate and innovate to obtain profit. The elusive correlation between trust in business partners and financial performance inspired this study, which proposed innovation as a mediating variable. The research had two objectives: to investigate the effect of inter-organizational trust on financial performance and innovation and to observe the role of innovation in improving financial performance within different categories of ICT companies. The population included active Hungarian ICT firms. The analysis used 100 samples, comprising micro-, small-, and medium-sized ICT corporations. Those samples were selected by random cluster sampling. This research used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling. This study supported the idea that inter-organizational trust improved innovation, and that innovation enhanced financial performance. As an expected finding, innovation could mediate a positive direction between inter-organizational trust and financial performance.

The research method related to the unit of analysis of this research is the consumers of UMKM Seruni and Sri Rejeki. The sample is 60 consumers, the sampling technique uses accidental, data collection uses a questionnaire (google form), conducts validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique uses the model of Structural Equation Modeling with PLS (Partial Least Square). Data analysis is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results showed that there was no significant and significant effect of Instagram social media on purchase intentions on the Marketplace. The influence of Instagram social media on purchase intention is mediated by the ease of communication.

Retaining employees in the organization has become very crucial especially in tough times. Losing skilled and experienced employees affect the overall productivity, profitability and product quality. While numerous studies have been carried out on this subject and the majority centre on turnover due to organizational approach, only a few studies have been done on intention to stay. Thus, the main purpose of this article is to examine the relationship among fit organization, organizational commitment and employee’s intention to stay in information and communication technology (ICT) industry in Malaysia. Quantitative method with self-administered questionnaire approach is followed targeting information technology (IT) managers of ICT with stratified random sampling of 105 IT professionals of ICT companies in Malaysia, based on the analysis using partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) (PLS 3.0) to establish both measurement and structural model. From the empirical findings, it was revealed that there is a strong relationship between organizational commitment and intention to stay. The result also found that religiousness in the employees makes them to stay in the organization. This shows that while remunerations are crucial for the intention of employees, employee’s commitment is much higher than the intention initiatives.
