Having skin that is free from problems is a dream for most women, especially in Indonesia. However, the problem is not all women are aware that in carrying out treatment or using a product, it must match the needs of each skin type. The rise of beauty salons that operate but are not under the auspices of specialist doctors and also cheap beauty products that are claimed to solve skin problems in an instant makes women easily tempted. This of course can have a big negative impact when the maintenance procedures performed are not up to standard, and there are dangerous ingredients in the products used. For this reason, consulting with a specialist or the expert is indispensable. Researchers used the forward chaining method and certainty factors in building this system which is expected to be used in determining facial skin problems and their solutions based on case studies at the XYZ beauty clinic. The Forward Chaining method is used to draw conclusions based on the facts entered. While certainty factor is used to calculate the trust value from the existing conclusions. This method requires 2 main values ​​in performing calculations, namely MB (measurement of belief) and MD (measurement of disbelief). Based on the research that has been done, the system was successfully built and gave an accuracy value of 97.35%.

Using skincare and facial skin care must be in accordance with the type of facial skin, because if it is not suitable, it can cause problems such as facial skin breakouts, dry skin, irritated skin, and acne prone skin. To find out the type of facial skin, you have to do an examination with a skin and genital specialist, but the high cost of consultation and the long queue process is an obstacle for everyone. Therefore, the authors created an expert system to identify facial skin types using a combination of certainty factor methods with forward chaining techniques. The diagnostic results from calculations using an expert system application and the results of manual calculations from one of the respondent data from 100 respondent data, namely producing the same level of confidence, each of which produces a percentage of 99.45% and the diagnostic results state that the user has a normal skin type.

Abstrak - Wajah adalah bagian tubuh terpenting yang harus selalu dijaga dan dirawat. Sehingga banyak cara merawat wajah yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan wajah putih, bersih, dan terbebas dari jerawat. Pengetahuan analisa kulit wajah sangat diperlukan untuk menentukan jenis kulit serta produk perawatan yang sesuai dengan jenis kulit. Sistem pakar merupakan sistem yang mengadopsi pengetahuan dari seorang pakar dan dapat berperan layaknya seorang pakar dalam menangani proses konsultasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu merancang sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat menentukan jenis kulit wajah berbasis android dengan menerapkan metode certainty factor dalam proses penghitungan derajat tingkat keyakinan. Dengan aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis android ini konsultan dapat melakukan pemeriksaan dengan mudah, dan pendiagnosaan sekaligus solusi dapat terselesaikan secara cepat dan tepat berdasarkan data yang diinputkan.Katakunci: Android, Certainty Factor, Perancangan Sistem PakarAbstract - Face is the most important body part that should always be kept and cared for. The knowledge of facial skin analysis is necessary to determine the skin type as well as care products that suit the skin type. The expert system is a system that adopts the knowledge of an expert and can play like an expert in handling the consultation process. The purpose of this research is to design an expert system that can determine the type of Android-based facial skin by applying the certainty factor method in the process of counting degrees of confidence. Sistem pakar adalah sebuah sistem yang berusaha mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer, agar komputer dapat menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan seperti yang biasanya dilakukan oleh para ahli. Kanker merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan sel yang tidak normal dan tidak terkendali serta menekan sel-sel yang normal. Sejumlah sel dalam payudara tumbuh dan berkembang dengan tidak terkendali inilah yang disebut dengan kanker payudara. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mencoba untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi agar dapat mengetahui gejala awal dari penyakit kanker payudara. Aplikasi ini berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang merupakan suatu metode dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan melalui 5 tahapan yaitu, requirement analysis and definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, dan operation and maintenance. Website ini diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Pengambilan hasil kesimpulan untuk hasil diagnosa didasarkan pada hasil penelusuran secara forward chaining dan perhitungan secara certainty factor. Pengujian sistem pakar dilakukan dengan menggunakan black-box testing dan usability testing. Pengujian dengan metode black-box terhadap fungsionalitas dari setiap bagian aplikasi sistem pakar, didapatkan hasil yang sudah sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan. Sedangkan pengujian dengan metode usability testing terhadap 50 responden yang menggunakan aplikasi sistem pakar, didapatkan hasil penerimaan yang baik memenuhi kelima aspek usability testing yaitu learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, dan satisfaction dengan nilai persentase sebesar 85%.

Kulit merupakan salah satu bagian tubuh yang memiliki sifat fleksibel untuk melindungi tubuh manusia dari dampak ekologis. Sebagian besar orang membutuhkan kulit wajah yang kencang dan terbebas dari penyakit kulit, terutama kulit berjerawat. Oleh karena itu, setiap orang harus melakukan perawatan wajah dan menggunakan beberapa bahan yang cocok untuk kulit wajah, ada lima jenis kulit normal, kulit berminyak, kulit kuring, kulit kombinasi dan kulit sensitif. Untuk mengkaji jenis kulit wajah dengan membandingkan teknik Forward Chaining dan Certainty Factor. Pemeriksaan ini menggunakan 30 data yang diperoleh dari wawancara dengan spesialis. Ada beberapa indikasi yang diperoleh dari berbagai masalah yang diidentifikasi pada kulit wajah yang digunakan sebagai informasi manifestasi untuk jenis kulit wajah yang dikendalikan oleh spesialis. Informasi tersebut digunakan untuk memeriksa jenis kulit wajah berdasarkan petunjuk dan informasi dari dokter spesialis. Langkah-langkah persiapan yang dilakukan adalah dengan membandingkan teknik Forward Chaining dan Certainty Factor. Hasil yang didapat setelah pengujian dan pemeriksaan teknik Forward Chaining dan Certainty Factor adalah 83,33% dan hasil temuan menyatakan bahwa klien memiliki jenis kulit yang khas. Hasil pengujian dapat dilihat dari dua teknik yang menguji jenis kulit wajah eksplisit, selanjutnya kerangka utama yang digunakan dapat ditentukan untuk membantu dokter kulit dalam membedah jenis kulit wajah.

SOCIALIZATION AND EDUCATION ON THE UTILIZATION OF BANANA SKIN WASTE AS ANTIOXIDANT-RICH NATURAL FACE MASKS IN MARPOYAN DAMAI DISTRICT, PEKANBARU. The fact at this time is the increasing level of consumer consumption of beauty products. It does not only occur among adult women but also teenager. But the consumptive level not accompanied by purchasing power of quality products. Based on interviews with residents of the village of East Sidomulyo, most of the citizens are among adult women and teenagers that they mostly use ready-made masks that are sold in the market because it is more practical and faster in the process of use without considering the possibility of its contents which are harmful to skin health. The problem of the partners is to encourage service in the form of socialization and education to the local community to be able to take advantage of the banana peel waste that is widely available in the environment because it is now became popular a variety of processed banana products, but in terms of waste has not been utilized at all. This education is based on several studies that banana peels contain high antioxidants so it is very good if it can be processed as a mask for a facial skin care. In addition, the utilization of waste will be able to reduce pollution that might occur in the environment due to banana peels that are not treated. The existence of this activity was very welcomed by residents, this can be seen from the enthusiasm of residents asking questions regarding the problems presented and the impression of some residents who want this activity to be carried out continuously, so that more people feel the benefits and they are very enthusiastic to directly apply the knowledge.

Gingivitis is a common inflammatory disease of the gums, which is a condition where bacteria develop in the mouth that causes damage to the connective tissue cells that are attached to the teeth. Lack of awareness in caring for teeth will have a negative impact not only on dental health but also on the health of the body. At present many people do not know how to accurately identify gingivitis in humans so that the condition is worsened and can even cause the paralysis of the existing connective tissue. This study aims to determine the level of accuracy in identifying gingivitis by using the Certainty Factor method precisely and accurately. The data processed in this study are fifty data sourced from expert interviews at Rahmatan Lil Alamin Clinic, Padang Indonesia. There are several types Symptoms refer to gingivitis in humans. The data is obtained from the results of medical records of patients who carry out examinations in the clinic. The data will be processed to identify the type of gingivitis based on the direction of the expert. The processing steps are solving rules, determining the weight value of each symptom and calculating the Certainty Factor value. The results of the processing were continued by calculating the level of accuracy. The results of the testing of this method were that 96% of them had gingivitis, the type most often suffered by marginal gingivitis patients. Based on the signs entered by the user. The results of this test have been able to specifically identify gingivitis, using the Certainty Factor method, the results of the accuracy level obtained are quite accurate and can be recommended to help dentists improve their accuracy in identifying gingivitis in humans.

Kulit adalah organ terbesar pada tubuh manusia yang sering bersentuhan dengan lingkungan sekitar. Minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang arti pentingnya kesehatan dan kebersihan kulit merupakan salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan banyaknya kasus penyakit kulit. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit kulit terhadap tiga jenis penyakit kulit yang sering menyerang masyarakat Manado. Metode penalaran yang digunakan adalah forward chaining, dan certainty factor untuk menghitung nilai kepercayaan dari hasil diagnosis sistem. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java. Berdasarkan 25 pengujian, sistem dapat memberikan performa sebesar 92%.
