<p><em>Hindu religious teacher who plays an important role in the development of character in students, even the attitude of teachers is often used as guidance by learners in everyday life. The magnitude of these influences requires the teacher to behave and act cautiously. The teacher is the person responsible for the teaching and learning process, has space to be conditioned and directed, ie the classroom where he and his students (learners) interact.</em><strong></strong></p><p><em>Theories used to analyze problems are: role theory, from Dayaksini and Hudaniah, the theory of convergence, from Gunawan, the theory of behavior change, from Allport. The subject of this research is the teacher of Hindu religion in SD Negeri 2 Semarapura Tengah. Methods of data collection are open observation, structured interview, documentation and literature. The collected data was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis method with reduction measures, data presentation, and conclusion.</em><strong></strong></p><p><em>The results showed (1) Teachers in education activities have three tasks, namely the task as planners, implementers, and assessors. Teachers as planners prepare a learning activity that will do with learners. The preparation includes objectives, materials, media, strategies or methods, and evaluations that all of these components have been summarized in the Lesson Plans (RPP). While in his duties as a teacher implementer has roles in carrying out its duties, namely as educators, teachers, mentors, directors, trainers, learning resources, facilitators, managers, demonstrators, motivators and assessors. In this role the teacher develops the character of the students through classroom lessons, practical activities, and other activities outside of the lesson that can support the development of character in students. (2) The factors that influence in the development of student character that is internal factor and ekstrn factor. Internal factors include teacher personality, teacher education level, teacher teaching ability, and teacher discipline. External factors include the state of students, facilities and infrastructure, and social relationships with the community. (3) Efforts made by teachers in character development in students at SD Negeri 2 Semarapura Tengah is through improving teacher education, improving teacher personality competencies, improving teaching skills, improving teacher discipline, understanding the students' condition, maintaining the completeness of facilities and infrastructure, Maintaining good social relationships with the community, and working with parents of students in instilling character in learners.</em><strong></strong></p>

This study aims to determine the atmosphere of the academic in the midst of covid-19 pandemic at SD Negeri 169 Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU). The formulation of the problem in this study: (1) what is the academic atmosphere of SD Negeri 169 OKU in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic?, (2) what are the inhibiting factors in creating an academic atmosphere at SD Negeri 169 OKU in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic?. The type of research used is qualitative research with using qualitative descriptive analysis data. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, documentation and triangulation. The results of the study were seen from the academic atmosphere and inhibiting factors in creating an academic atmosphere in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. In the academic atmosphere, the teaching and learning process at SD Negeri 169 OKU was running safely, orderly and conducive. The learning activity is distance and offline learning while adhering to health protocols in accordance with directions and instructions from the OKU District Education Office. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in creating an academic atmosphere in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic are (1) teachers find it difficult to evaluate student learning outcomes, (2) internet network constraints, (3) power lines that often go out, (4) not all students have smartphones and internet pulses, and (5) some students did not collect or send assignments given by the teacher.

Background: Learning Cycle Learning Model (LC-5E) is a flexible learning model and can improve the development of Concepts, namely how knowledge is constructed in the minds of students and students' skills in finding knowledge meaningfully. Method: This research is a descriptive research type. Population in this research is all student of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 10 Ambon which consist of 51 student and become sample of research in class XI IPA2 which amounted to 26 students. Data on biological learning results obtained through initial and final tests and observations to observe cognitive abilities were obtained through LKS results. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. Results: The results data obtained with the average score of achievement of the initial test 40 and are in the qualification failed, cognitive aspect 90 was in complete qualification. Based on the acquisition of the value of the evaluation results obtained that the learning by using the model of Learning Cycle LC-5e on Biology subjects can improve student learning outcomes of grade XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 10 Ambon. Conclusion: The improvement of learning by using Learning Cycle Learning Model (LC-5E), seen from the number of students who scored above KKM 75. Before doing the teaching and learning activities, the presentation of the number of students who scored KKM was 19%. After doing the teaching and learning activity that is the second meeting, the presentation of the number of students who get the value of KKM increased to reach the maximum number of 100%.

<p><em>The Barong Bauh-Bauhan Tradition in Banjar Pinda Saba Village Blahbatuh District Gianyar Regency is very unique, the uniqueness lies in the process, usually the barong chasing the children, but in the barong Bauh-bauhan tradition of chasing the barong.</em><em> </em><em>The problems that will be discussed are (1) what is the procession of Barong Bauh-bauhan tradition, (2) what is the function of Barong Bauhuhan tradition in Banjar Pinda and (3) what is the value of Hindu religion education contained in Barong Bauh-bauhan tradition. This study aims to determine (1) to know the procession of Barong Bauh-Bauhan tradition. (2) to know the function of Barong Bauh-Bauhan tradition. (3) to know the value of education of Barong Bauh-Bauhan tradition.</em></p><p><em>The theory used to analyze the problem is the theory: the theory of Religion from Otto, Structural Functional theory of Tallcot Parsons and Value theory, from Louis Kattsof. Research subjects are Banjar Pinda community, the object is Barong Bauh-Bauhan tradition, participant observation data collection method, structured interview and literature. The collected data was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis method with reduction measures, data presentation and conclusion.</em></p><p><em>The results showed that the first Barong Bauh-bauhan procession was performed based on three stages: (1) preparation stage consisting of: (a) ngayah, (b) nangiang, (c) ngelinggihan (d) ngias and (e) (2) the stage of execution of this stage is the Barong Bauh-Bauhan tradition in Bale Banjar Pinda, (3) the closing stage, the stage where the barong barong used in the Barong Bauh-bauhan tradition is saved back to the gedong penyimpenan. The two functions of Barong Bauh-bauhan tradition are: (a) religious function (b) Cultural preservation function (c) Religious social function (d) aesthetic function and the three values of education are: devotion value, harmony value, obedience value.</em></p>

<span lang="EN-US">The success of teaching and learning activities can be known from the results of teacher performance in preparing character-based lesson plans and implementing them in the teaching and learning process in class. This school action research aims to see whether there is an increase in the ability of teachers in developing character-based lesson plans and their implementation in teaching and learning process. This research uses 2 cycles. The research procedure has four stages of activities</span><span lang="IN"> are</span><span lang="EN-US">, planning, action, observation and evaluation</span><span lang="IN">,</span><span lang="EN-US"> and reflecting. The study was conducted at SDN 07 Situjuah Gadang. The subject of the research is the class teacher and subject teacher, which totals 7 </span><span lang="IN">teachers.</span><span lang="EN-US"> Data processing using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques.</span><span lang="EN-US">Based on the results of data analysis that has been stated, that the data obtained from observing the ability of teachers to prepare character-based lesson plans in cycle I and cycle II there is an increase in the ability of teachers in preparing character-based lesson plans.</span>

Verbal interactions will occur when both the teacher/lecturer and learners could completely understand what each other means. It happens verbally among the teacher and learners during the teaching learning activity (Mardiana et al., 2019). This study was mainly conducted to examine the University students’ perception on verbal interaction through WhatsApp chat group. This study used qualitative descriptive method was used to achieve the objective of this study. Observation and a questionnaire were adopted as tools for data collection. A total number of samples was 14 English as a Foreign Language learners in university students. The analysis of the data revealed that university students’ perception on verbal interaction gave the positive feedback towards WhatsApp chat group. This proves that ordinarily learners selected agree with utilizing WhatsApp chat group in doing verbal interaction. Hence, utilizing of WhatsApp chat group can be recommended as an efficient technique in verbal interaction for teaching and learning process.

The objectives of this research are to identify how the implementation of video in teaching writing recount text and to know the students’ response about the implementation of video in teaching writing recount text. The subject were tenth grade of X-IPA of SMA Al-Fattah, Buduran, Sidoarjo in the academic 2017/2018. This research used qualitative descriptive were obtained by observing the teaching and learning activity during the implementation of video in teaching writing recount text in the class. Besides, the researcher gave questionnaire, did interview and took pictures for documentation. In this study, the teacher taught about historical event in writing recount text. There are various kind of the student’s responses, but most of them like the implementation of video in teaching writing recount text. From the result of this research, students feel more enjoy with the application of video media in learning than not using any media.

<p><em>The daily life of Balinese people who are Hindus as if it can not be separated with elements of culture and art. The offerings with the form of offerings with great care in the selection of materials offerings, appear to present expressive symbols with aesthetic taste and artistic arrangement. Many religious ceremonies are performed every year in sacred temples, the atmosphere of art, especially the art of dance, is very prominent. In the art of dance, sacred dance or guardian is a dance performed in a series of ceremonies or yadnya or a series of specific rituals, and the dances are usually purified. In connection with that in the Village Pakraman Culik, District Abang, Karangasem regency has a uniqueness in the ceremony piodalan pura puseh there staging Lelegongan Dance. This dance performance is a manifestation of gratitude towards Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa.</em><em> </em><em>There are also problems that will be discussed, among others: (1) Why Leleged Dance staged at piodalan ceremony at pura puseh, (2) Structure of Lempegongan dance performance, (3) Hindu religion values that contained in Lelegongan dance performance, to (1) reveal the background of Lelegongan dance, (2) explain the structure of dance performance of Lelegongan, (3) analyze the values of Hindu religious education contained in Lelegongan dance performance.</em></p><p><em>The methods used to collect data are non participant observation and structured observation, structured interview, literature. The data collected were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis with reduction measures, data presentation and conclusion drawing.</em><em> </em><em>The results of this study shows Lelegongan dance is a guardian dance performed on each piodalan in pura puseh as an expression of gratitude before Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa in general and also the Bhatari Bhatari who berstana at pura puseh and Ida Bhatari Danuh who berstana at pura puseh, Performance Lelegongan Dance at the ceremony piodalan Pura Puseh Village Pakraman Culik Abang district Karangasem regency is a dance that is considered sacred. In the staging of the Lelegongan dance there are several ceremonies that must be passed before the dance is performed, the first melasti ceremony or the cleansing ceremony of God's symbol, the second peak of the guardian is the peak ceremony in the ceremony piodalan where in the ceremony of the peak of the guardian was held Lertegongan dance performance , after the stages of Lelegongan dance all villagers of Pakraman Kulik do pray together. Next nganyarin which will end the penyineban ceremony. Educational values contained in the Lelegongan Dance namely (1) The value of Tattwa education is as a form of community belief in Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa,(2) The value of education ethics Susila as a symbol of the behavior of the community during the ceremony piodalan, (3) The value of education ceremony that is as a form Bhakti Pakraman Culik Village community before Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa which in this case poured in rituals with facilities and infrastructure namely with Banten, (4) Aesthetic Value that is as a form of spiritual satisfaction</em></p>

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of life, one of which is education. The transformation and acceleration of education is a challenge that must be faced by the government and educational institutions. This article aims to find out how education policies during the COVID-19 pandemic are in accordance with Circular No. 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in the Emergency Period for the Spread of Coronavirus Disease (covid-19) and various teaching media that can be used to support online teaching and learning activities. /on line. This study uses relevant literature review research methods and surveys of students and teachers in one school using a google form which is processed and interpreted as a result. The data taken in this study came from various sources and research results related to the investigated case, then the data was processed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, which is a way of processing data that is formulated in the form of words or sentences and data collection techniques using observation techniques. , interviews and documentation. Based on research, various teaching media are used such as youtube, educational platforms such as whatsapp, google classroom, google meet, zoom cloud meeting, the teacherscorner. net and others. The results of this study indicate that the use of teaching media and educational platforms may be an alternative solution in learning, for the sake of continuity of learning in every educational unit during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

(2) What are the obstacles of Hindu Religion Education at Inclusive School of State Junior High School 3 Bangli in BangliSubdistrict? (3). What is the effort in overcoming the obstacles Hindu Religious Education In Inclusion School of State Junior High School 3 Bangli in District Bangli?The methods used to collect data are observation, interview, literature study, and documentation. Theories used to analyze the problem are: Functional Structured theory, Behaviorism theory, and Motivation theory The collected data has been analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis method with reduction step, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.</em></p><p><em>The result of the research shows (1) that in the implementation of Hindu religion education at inclusion school of SMP Negeri 3 Bangli basically refers to three important things namely planning, implementation and evaluation. (2) Constraints in the implementation of Hindu religion education at inclusion school of SMP Negeri 3 Bangli there are external and internal constraints (3). Efforts made in overcoming these obstacles is to optimize the existing human resources both teachers and education personnel by holding training or workshops related to services for children with special needs.</em></p>
