This research aimed to improve students' reading ability using the PAQRS strategy. This research applied a classroom action research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles consisting of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Each cycle consists of four meetings. The researcher conducted tests, interviews, and observations in collecting the data. The data is presented quantitatively as the primary and supporting data. The study's findings showed that 18.91% of students achieved the minimum completeness criteria, and the average score was 67.35 in the first cycle test. While 81.08% of students achieved the minimum completeness criteria, the average score was 76.72 in the second cycle test. The result of the research indicated that students' achievement is an increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2. This study concludes that the PAQRS strategy can successfully improve students' reading skills.

  This research is a classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) which aims to improve the learning outcomes of history subjects through the jigsaw cooperative learning model in class X students of SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng. The research was carried out in the odd semester of 2021/2022 with 17 students as research subjects consisting of 9 men and 8 women. The research procedure was carried out in 4 stages, namely planning, action, observing and reflecting. The number of cycles is 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 4 meetings. Data were collected through tests and non-tests (observation and recording) for the activities that occurred during the learning of history subjects. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative analysis. While the data validation technique was done by saturation and triangulation. The results showed that the average score of student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 70.00 and in the second cycle there was an increase of 78.53.The percentage of students' completeness in the first cycle was 64.71% and the second cycle was 94,12 %. The results of observational research indicate that there is an increase in the quality of learning activities to cycle II both in terms of attendance, activeness in learning and active involvement in working individually and in groups with home groups and expert groups. The conclusion of the research results supports the research hypothesis that through the jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of history subjects for class X students of SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng, Soppeng Regency for the 2021/2022 academic year. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas ( Classroom Action Research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran sejarah melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw pada siswa kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng.Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun 2021/ 2022 dengan subyek penelitian 17 siswa yang terdiri dari 9 orang laki-laki dan 8 orang perempuan. Prosedur penelitian di lakukan dengan 4 tahap yaitu planning, action, observing dan reflecting. Jumlah siklus adalah 2 siklus yang tiap siklusnya terdiri atas 4 kali pertemuan. Data di kumpul melalui tes dan non tes (observasi dan perekaman) di maksud untuk aktivitas yang terjadi selama pembelajaran mata pelajaran sejarah berlangsung. Data dianalisis dengan mengunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Sedangkan teknik validasi data dilakukan saturasi dan triannggulasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 70,00 dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 78,53. Persentase ketuntasan siswa pada siklus I sebesar 64,71% dan siklus II sebesar 94,12% . Hasil penelitian observasi menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan kualitas aktivitas pembelajaran ke siklus II baik dari segi kehadiran,keaktifan dalam pembelajaran serta keterlibatan aktif dalam bekerja individu maupun berkelompok dengan kelompok asal maupun kelompok ahli. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian mendukung hipotesis penelitian yaitu melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran sejarah siswa kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah Watansoppeng Kabupaten Soppeng tahun pelajaran 2021/2022.

This study aims to increase students' motivation to learn mathematics on the subject of circles through the application of a team games tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model. This research is a classroom action research which consists of two cycles and each of them consists of four main activities, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection in an interrelated spiral. The subjects of this study were students of class X Accounting at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah, totaling 32 people. Data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires and observations as well. While the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that students' learning motivation on the subject of the circle has increased from cycle I to cycle II. The attention aspect of the first cycle at the first meeting was 18.75%, the second meeting was 56.25%, in the second cycle 81.25%. The tenacity aspect of the first cycle of the first meeting was 12.50%, the second meeting was 50%, the second cycle was 75%. Aspects of perseverance in the first cycle of the first meeting 25%, at the second meeting 56.25%, the second cycle 87.5%. The interest aspect of the first cycle of the first meeting is 6.25%, the second meeting is 43.75%, the second cycle is 75%. The courage aspect of the first cycle of the first meeting was 18.75%, and the first cycle of the second meeting was 56.25%, the second cycle was 81.25%. The results of the motivation questionnaire in the first cycle of the first meeting were 50.42%, in the first cycle the second meeting was 80.42% and increased in the second cycle to 92.92%. So it can be concluded that cooperative learning of the type of teams games tournament (TGT) can increase students' learning motivation on the subject of circles in class X Accounting at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah.

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitin ini adalah (1) Mendekripsikan peningkatan minat belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V-C SD Negeri Beroanging Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar setelah penerapan pembelajaran terpadu model integrated; dan (2) mendeskripsikan peningkatan prestasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V-C SD Negeri Beroanging Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar setelah penerapan. Pembelajaran terpadu model integrated. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan desain penelitian PTK, yang meliputi: perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) minat belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V-C SD Negeri Beroanging Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar mengalami peningkatan setelah menggunakan pembelajaran terpadu model integrated. Minat belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V-C SD Negeri Beroanging Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar mengalami peningkatan setelah menggunakan pembelajaran terpadu model integrated. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh cepatnya siswa datang ke sekolah; selalu mengerjakan PR; suka mngerjakan soal dan latihan, baik di sekolah maupun di rumah; tidak suka membolos; suka mengulangi pelajaran di rumah; selalu memperhatikan penjelasan guru; aktif bertanya; aktif menjawab; aktif berdiskusi, bersungguh-sungguh dalam belajar, aktif mengerjakan tugas di kelas; aktif bekerja sama dalam belajar; saling melengkapi jawaban dalam diskusi; menjaga sopan santun dan tata krama, serta disiplin dalam bekerja/mengerjakan tugas; dan (2) prestasi belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V.C - SD Negeri Beroanging Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar mengalami peningkatan setelah menggunakan pembelajaran terpadu model integrated, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai hasil belajar pada siklus I baru mencapai 34,78 % (8 orang) yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar berdasarkan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) dengan nilai 80, kemudian mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan pada siklus II menjadi 100 % (23 orang siswa). Dengan demikian, pada siklus II tidak ada siswa yang tidak tuntas berdasarkan KKM, sehingga prestasi helajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yang sangat tinggi. The objectives that will be achieved in this research are : (1) to describe the improvement of the students’ interest in learning Indonesian language at the grade V-C students of SD Negeri Beroanging, Tallo District, Makassar City using the application of the integrated learning model; and (2) describe the improvement of Indonesian language learning achievement of the grade V-C students of SD Negeri Beroanging, Tallo District, Makassar City using the application of the integrated learning model. This study is classroom action research (CAR), which includes: planning action, action implementation, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The results of this research concludes that: (1) the interest in learning Indonesian language of the grade V-C students of SD Negeri Beroanging, Tallo District, Makassar City, improved after the use of the integrated learning model. This can be seen from the improvement of students’ interest and the enthusiasm of students’ learning, students’ achievement, students’ interest in discussing and expressing opinions, students’ interest in deepening or expanding to understand the material presented by the teacher, students’ interest in reading other books as a support in indonesian language learning, and students' interest in doing assignments or homework; and (2) Indonesian language learning achievement of the grade V-C students of SD Negeri Beroanging, Tallo District, Makassar City, increased after the use of the integrated learning model. This can be seen from the learning outcomes in the first cycle only reaching 34.78% (8 people) who achieve mastery learning based on the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) with a value of 80, then this figure experienced a significant increase in the second cycle to 100% (23 students). Thus, in the second cycle there were no students who did not complete based on the KKM, so that the students' learning achievement experienced a dramatically high improvement.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru MGMP IPA Kabupaten Batola dalam hal pembuatan media pembelajaran melalui Articulate Storyline di lingkungan lahan basah. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara daring yang diikuti 24 orang peserta, yakni guru-guru anggota MGMP IPA Kabupaten Batola. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini  meliputi: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Pelaksanaan pelatihan secara luring dilaksanakan sebanyak dua pertemuan, yang terdiri dari konseptual dan praktik pembuatan media menggunakan Articulate Storyline. Angket digunakan untuk mengukur respon peserta terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan. Adapun hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: 1) dihasilkannya media pembelajaran melalui Articulate Storyline di  lingkungan lahan basah, dan 2) kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik pada bagian keahlian dan kesiapan 94,00%, pada kegunaan materi yang disampaikan mendapatkan respon sangat baik 91,33%, dan kesesuaian pelaksanaan pelatihan mendapatkan respon baik 89,50%,materi yang disampaikan 90,00%, dan fasilitas yang diberikan 92,00%mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik.This service activity aims to improve the pedagogic competence of the IPA MGMP teachers in Batola Regency to make learning media through Articulate Storyline in a wetland environment. The training was conducted online by 24 participants, namely teachers from the IPA MGMP in Batola Regency. The method of this service activity includes planning, action, observation, evaluation, and reflection. The offline training was carried out in two meetings, consisting of conceptual and practical media creation using Articulate Storyline. Questionnaires are used to measure participants' responses to the implementation of activities.The results of this service activity are: 1) the production of learning media through Articulate Storyline in a wetland environment, and 2) this activity gets a very good response in the expertise and readiness section of 94.00%, on the usefulness of the material presented gets a very good response 91 .33%, and the suitability of the training implementation got a good response 89.50%, the material delivered 90.00%, and the facilities provided 92.00% got a very good response.

This research is conducted to improve the student learning activity and learning outcomes by using role playing method at MAN 5 Sleman. The improvement of the student learning activity and learning outcomes has been done by using role playing method. This research is classroom action research which was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this research is the twelve science graders with the total number of students are 29. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and written test. Observation is used to determine the activeness of students, while test is used to determine learning outcomes. The results showed that by the implementation of the role playing method, the activeness of students from the former condition, cycle 1, and cycle 2 increased. This can be seen from the percentage of activity in the low category that continues to decline from 62,1% - 50,0% - 8,6%, the medium category increased from 34,5% - 43,1% - 53,4% and the high category increased from 3,4% - 6,9% - 38%. An increase also occurred in the score of student learning outcomes. From the former conditioncycle 1 to cycle 2 has increased. Students who completed in the former condition were 20,7% increased to 62,1% in cycle 1 and in cycle 2 increased to 82,8%. The results of this study showed that the implementation of role playing strategy has been successful since there was an increase in students learning activity and learning outcomes. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode role playing di MAN 5 Sleman. Peningkatan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar siswa dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode role playing.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPA yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi dan tes tertulis. Observasi digunakan untuk mengetahui keaktifan belajar siswa, sedangkan tes digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan metode role playing, keaktifan belajar siswa dari kondisi awal, siklus 1, dan siklus 2 meningkat. Hal ini terlihat dari persentase aktivitas pada kategori rendah yang terus menurun dari 62,1% - 50,0% - 8,6%, kategori sedang meningkat dari 34,5% - 43,1% - 53,4% dan kategori tinggi meningkat dari 3,4% - 6,9% - 38%. Peningkatan juga terjadi pada skor hasil belajar siswa. Dari kondisi awal, siklus 1 ke siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan. Siswa yang tuntas pada kondisi awal sebesar 20,7% meningkat menjadi 62,1% pada siklus 1 dan pada siklus 2 meningkat lagi menjadi 82,8%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode role playing telah berhasil karena adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa.

ABSTRAKDesa Bentang Kecamatan Galesong Selatan Kabupaten Takalar merupakan desa yang sebagian besar penduduknya pada sektor pertanian maupun usaha ternak. Namun pada pelaksanaan dilapangan, desa ini belum memanfaatkan hasil alam, dalam hal ini limbah-limbah kotoran ternak maupun pertanian sebagai bahan dasar pupuk organik yang dipergunakan dalam berusahatani. Sehingga pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan agar masyarakat Desa Bentang mendapatkan informasi dan pengaplikasian pembuatan pupuk organik padat yang bersumber dari limbah pertanian dan kotoran ternak. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan beberapa langkah, yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi akhir. Hasil kegiatan ini memberikan informasi dan pengaplikasian pembuatan pupuk organik yang bersumber dari limbah pertanian dan kotoran ternak yang nantinya dapat memberikan dampak peningkatan produksi usahataninya.                                                                                                                Kata Kunci: sosialisasi;, aplikasi pupuk organik ABSTRACTBentang Village, South Galesong District, Takalar Regency is a village where most of the populations are in the agricultural sector and livestock business. However, in the implementation of agriculture, that village had not utilized natural products, in this case livestock manure and agricultural wastes as the basic ingredients of organic fertilizer were used in its own agriculture. Thus, this community service aimed to make the people of Bentang Village able to make solid organic fertilizer from compost waste made from livestock manure and agricultural waste to improve agriculture. The method of implementing the had been community activity is carried out in several steps, namely: planning, action, observation and final evaluation. The results of those activities provide information and the application of making organic fertilizers sourced from agricultural waste and livestock manure, which could later have an impact on increasing farm production. Keywords: socialization; application of organic fertilizer

This classroom action research aims to improve science learning outcome on the basic theory of pressure in liquid for 8th grade students of MTs Al Hamid Jakarta for the academic year of 2019/2020 through the application of the PROBEX model. The research method used is classroom action research with four basic steps which are interrelated and sustainable, namely Planning, Action, Observation, Reflection which are designed in 2 cycles. The subject of this study is 8th grade students for the academic year of 2019/2020 at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Hamid Jakarta. The amount of research subject is 25 students. The result of the study concluded that the application of the PROBEX Model could improve science learning outcome on the main subject of Liquid Substance Pressure in 8th grade students of MTs Al Hamid East Jakarta in the academic year of 2019/2020, namely: it was only 32% before the completeness improvement, it reached 64% after the first cycle and it reached 92% after the implementation of the second cycle. ABSTRAKPenelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada teori pokok tekanan pada zat cair siswa kelas 8.A MTs Al Hamid Jakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 melalui penerapan model PROBEX. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan empat tahap dasar yang saling terkait dan berkesinambungan, yaitu Planning (Rencana), Action (Tindakan), Observasi (pengamatan), Reflection (refleksi) yang dirancang dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 8.A Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 yang berada di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Hamid Jakarta. Jumlah subyek penelitian 25 siswa. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Model PROBEX dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada materi pokok Tekanan Zat pada siswa kelas 8.A MTs Al Hamid Jakarta Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020, yaitu sebelum perbaikan ketuntasan hanya 32%, setelah siklus I mencapai 64% dan setelah pelaksanaan siklus II mencapai 92%.

During the learning process students tend to be passive and learning is centered on the teacher, so activity and learning outcomes are low. One of the efforts that can be done is the provision of rewards and punishments during the learning process. The purpose of this study was to increase student activity and learning outcomes through the provision of rewards and punishments. This type of research is classroom action research using a qualitative approach, which is supported by a quantitative approach. This research consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. This study involved 33 students of class XI MIPA 3 SMAN 8 Padang. Research data obtained through observation sheets, quizzes, learning outcomes tests, and field notes. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Based on research data in first and second cycles, it shows that the activities and learning outcomes of students have increased. This is indicated by an increase in learning outcomes from 40% in the first cycle to 67% in the second cycle. So, it can be concluded that learning by giving rewards and punishments could increase students' activities and learning outcomes.

If a network has longevity, it will experience change. This chapter is about how networks reinvent themselves, mature, learn, grow, and dissolve. It uses a framework based on two distinctions: the goal-directedness of the network and the disruptiveness of the change. For serendipitous networks, or networks where organizations do not share goals, field-wide disruption and the accumulation of individual organizations’ actions drive change. In these circumstances, organizations manage changes by attending to their network portfolio and absorptive capacity. For goal-directed networks, change can be planned or unplanned. It can be incremental or radical. In each of these circumstances, the chapter recommends pathways for managing the degree and type of change. It uses case studies to illustrate how leaders manage the dilemmas caused by network change. It includes strategic planning, action learning team, and absorptive capacity tools.
