Animal-assisted therapy (AAT) – supports rehabilitation as well as therapy and care of patients by their contact with an animal. Fondling and hugging animals lead to endocrine system’s stimulation and producing endogenous substances, that relieve pain and influence patient’s well-being; it reduces stress levels because the cortisol and noradrenaline release – the hormones produced by the body in stress – is being reduced and the patient’s immune system is being stimulated. It has been proven that the company of animals hasten the recovery after a disease, calms stressed, hyperactive people and at the same time stimulates the activity of a person suffering from depression or apathy. In Poland the most popular is dog-assisted therapy, hippotherapy (horse-assisted therapy) and felinotherapy (cat-assisted therapy). In the world onotherapy (donkey or mule-assisted therapy) and dolphin therapy are known. In the article animal assisted therapies were discussed, showing the role that they play in treatment and rehabilitation of sick and disabled.

The well-being of the Sphinx is a concern of all peoples of the world. While deterioration of this venerable monument has occurred over most of its history when it was not covered, 20thcentury environmental factors appear to be hastening these changes. FIGIRE 1 shoivs the Sphinx as it was in 1850. This is the first knoivn photograph and it was taken by Masinie Du Camp. FIGURE2 was taken in November 1989 and shows modern efforts to protect the Sphinx against deterioration by cladding the paws and sides with masonry. Alteration is most apparent along the sides of the body where the sloughingoff of surface chips is a common phenomenon. By one estimate, loss of stone is occurring at the rate of about 30 cm a century.

It is all good to say, that the world is one! Are these idealistic/poetic ideas or could there be psychological pathways to experience oneness as a continuous realisation? This is not a question of philosophy or intellectual argumentation, but a question of living and being. There has been now interest in non-dual awareness in research as well ( Josipovic, 2014 ). The objective of this article is to introduce a radical worldview—advaita vedānta that leads to profound cognitive, affective and behavioural implications of well-being beyond the surface level ideas of happiness. Advaita—which means ‘not-two’ is the most profound and radical of psychological theories Indic civilization has experienced and accepted as the epitome—the crown jewel. The Vedāntic worldview and practice with the background throb of all Indic values—of inclusion, love and truth vests in Advaita—oneness. In popular imagination, it has been both esoteric-cised and yet has remained un-commodified. Contrary to popular ideas that look at advaita as a speculative philosophy, advaita is understood as a rich psychological theory with a basis in cognition, knowing, as well as a living in oneness. The students of modern psychology, especially, in India are left poorer, if they are unable to review advaita and yet study consciousness, which is a booming area of research in modern psychology. Advaita is a continuous living realisation—termed as Jīvanmukti, the Vedāntic ideal of being free, while living. Examining the primary Saṃskrit text—Jīvanmukti-viveka, I describe Jīvanmukti—of living in continuous realisation of oneness, till the body drops down, as stated by the great muni, whose above-mentioned abhyāsa grantha—the application manual, is used across Hindu spiritual frameworks and monastic orders, till today.

The world is in the midst of a COVID-19 pandemic. As WHO and partners work together on the response tracking the pandemic, advising on critical interventions, distributing vital medical supplies to those in need they are racing to develop and deploy safe and effective vaccines. Vaccines save millions of lives each year. Vaccines work by training and preparing the body’s natural defences – the immune system – to recognize and fight off the viruses and bacteria they target. After vaccination, if the body is later exposed to those disease-causing germs, the body is immediately ready to destroy them, preventing illness.

Mushroom possesses a vital portion of fungal kingdom creating a huge diversity. As a food major portion of these are unfit but as a whole these play an important role to maintain a sound health. Among them some are used as food and some as medicine. Many unknown mysterious components, very much needed for homeostasis of human body, are present in mushroom, which are now recognized as important area for biomedical researches. Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is such a mushroom which is used both as food and medicine to ensure the fitness of body. It contains protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, water, different kinds of vitamins and minerals as well as secondary metabolites. Its statins are outstanding in decreasing the harmful plasma lipids and in reducing blood pressure thereby reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. The beta-glucan component of oyster stimulates the immune system of the body. This mushroom is also found to be effective and beneficial in diabetes, cancer, microbial infections and so on. However, there are many other life saving components in oyster mushroom whose nature, effectiveness and mode of actions are yet to be characterized and defined. These valuable unknown informations are now subjects of researches. Bangladesh, like other countries of the world is conducting such type of researches but still has to go a long way in this field. At this very moment, it can be said beyond any doubt that oyster mushroom is very good as an alternative food and as a medicine. The cure presents in this study is course of techniques depend on three methods to neutralize the virus threat’s in both sides to prevent it from replication and mutation as the principle acknowledge the speed time of recovery and show the weakness parts in the virus itself by using effective strategy. The cure include three specific procedure first step is to attack both infected cells and the virus molecules with plasma represented in ionic treatment by ionizing the air inside lung and allow the Zinc particles to attack the infected cells membrane which diffused in the body, second step supply and stimulate the immune system in order to complete the attack of the virus by changing the environment required for replication then destroy the damaged cells in order to force the virus to shrink finally the last step is to evacuate the body from the trash of the virus by using organic antioxidants plants help in extract mucus of dead viruses that technique is highly recommended to dismiss the dead virus bodies outside the patients and that will help to kill the virus and avoid it’s side effects in the long term as it is not confirmed that the virus mutate to latency stage then back to attack the body again specially there is no evidence for the full recovery of the patients as the tests done after a while and some of them return to positive results again which lead to some of them suffering from the virus again after recovery in addition to the randomly behavior of the virus that has been shown in the European countries unlike the Chinese virus which put the world in obstacle of speed mutation and that is so dangerous if we put in our consideration the huge numbers of the infected and dead persons, the strategy strongly remark the weakness points in the virus in order to neutralize it even in the late stages for the patients who suffering from immunity issues as the benefits from Cure can recover the actual infected and realistic for the numbers of the persons infected unlike the vaccine that required to be injected for billions of people.

The SARS‐CoV‐ 2/Covid-19 Coronavirus is currently endemic throughout the world. The comorbidities of Covid-19 with the highest percentage reaching 50.5% are hypertension. Hypertension included in Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) is generally chronic. It can reduce the sufferer’s immune system gradually and is very susceptible to infections, including those caused by viral infections, one of which is the SARS-CoV-2 virus or commonly called COVID-19. Therefore, patients with NCD, especially hypertension, are encouraged to increase immunity and body immunity to avoid virus infection. Currently, nanoparticles, especially Nanogold and Nanosilver, are taking place very rapidly in the health sector because gold and silver nanoparticles have various benefits such as antioxidants, antivirals, and antibacterials. After being proven effective in dealing with leprosy patients in Surabaya, especially in terms of increasing immunity. Now Nanogold-Nanosilver was developed with the hope to help relieve Covid-19 sufferers through increasing the body’s immune system because if the body’s immune system decreases, the virus will quickly enter the body. In this study, Nanogold and Nanosilver were developed into a health water drink that volunteers can drink every day. Volunteers are people affected by Covid-19 in the Karanganyar area of Surabaya. This study uses a one-group pretest-posttest design. The data collection is carried out through direct observation and interviews with people affected by Covid-19 regularly every week. Then the data analysed using a paired T-test on the SPSS application. And obtained a P-value of 0.000, which means that there is an effect of nanogold-nanosilver for increase body immunity.

Inflammation and arthritis are interrelated conditions that are caused by each other. This disorder majorly occurs in elderly patients. It is a major problem in the world that affects the joints and causes inflammation in the joints causing pain and tenderness in the joints. This is mainly triggered by the inflammation caused by the malfunctioning of the immune system of the own body. This disease leads to severe damage to the cartilage of the joints in the body. This will lead to the ankylosing of the joints and resulting in the pain of the joints. There are few other diseases like inflammation of the pleural cavities, scleritis and other lesions that are usually seen in the cutaneous, subcutaneous tissue. Overall, it is a problem in the immune system of the body. The researchers now had concentrated on the utilization of the herbs and medicinal plants to treat arthritis effectively. They are found to be safe and effective compared to the synthetic immune suppressant drugs. They are also the cheapest sources of drugs. So the herbs had been investigated for the production of the newer molecules that treat arthritis effectively and relatively safer with that of the existing drugs. The plant extract of the stem bark of the plant Berberis orthobotrys was collected and extracted using ethanol. This was used to prepare oil formulation, and this was investigated for the anti-arthritic activity. The oil formulation showed a better activity compared to the extract and compared to the standard.

A small particle of the size about 100 micrometers (SARS-V2) has shaken the world. In some Covid-19 patients a severe immune reaction was found in which cells release too many cytokines into the blood too quickly. Cytokines are regulators of host responses to infection, immune responses, inflammation, and trauma. In addition, cytokines activate those cells, stimulating them to produce more cytokines. Normally, this feedback loop is kept in check by the body. Some cytokines act to make disease worse. Cytokine storms might explain why some people have a severe reaction to corona viruses while others only experience mild symptoms. They could also be the reason why younger people are less affected, as their immune systems are less developed and so produce lower levels of inflammation-driving cytokines. Since, in early 2020, Covid -19 became pandemic, globally multi-pronged research started to get rid of corona virus 2 (SARSCoV-2) [1, 2]. For such a task, it was necessary to understand the pathogenesis of covid-19, due to the fact that SARS-CoV-2, is new and its mechanism of action and its interrelationship with the human body organs is not fully known yet. Nevertheless, it is known that all viruses and bacteria when invade the body interact with the immune system, inflammation starts and if the immune system cannot get rid of the invaders, pathogenesis starts.
