Abstract.This  aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of employees of the University PGRI RonggolaweTuban. These factors are motivation and work environment. Employees who have a high motivation to work will have a positive impact for the organization, so as to achieve organizational goals. Hypothesis testing is done by spreading the questionnaire as many as 52 employees of the University PGRI RonggolaweTuban. Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of testing the hypothesis that the value F = 4,312; and p = 0.019 (p <0.05) that there is influence motivation and work environment on employee performance PGRI University RonggolaweTuban. The results of the partial test (t test) on the motivation variable, obtained t = 0.136, p = 0.892 (p> 0.05), meaning that work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. On the environment variable obtained value t = 2,376; and p = 0.021 (p <0.05), which means that the working environment have a significant effect on employee performance. R2 = 0.115 shows that simultaneously motivated and able to contribute to the environmental performance of 11.5% on the employees of the University of PGRI RonggolaweTuban..

ABSTRAKDevelopment of technology and information to make PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya engaged in cleaning services have wanted to improve its ability to organize the existing resources, especially human resources into the frame the better, because the resource management that will either save cost, improve performance accelerate the achievement of goals at once will create good relations and employee loyalty towards the organization of the company. The work environment within the company will be able to change the attitudes and behavior of human resources in order to increase labor productivity and to compete and face the challenges of the future. Besides the motivational factor is required with employee expectations can carry out work environment that has been applied in a company with a commitment as a duty and responsibility so that progress can be felt by both sides. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the simultaneous effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 2) partial effect Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance. The subjects were employees of PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya as many as 40 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion: (1) There is significant influence between Working Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously the Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. Environment Variables Work and Work Motivation together contributed 57.9% of the Employee Performance. (2) There is significant influence partially on the Work Environment Employee Performance. Work Environment Variables give partial effect to the Employee Performance by 32.49%. There is a significant relationship between working motivation partially on Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. The motivation variable influence to variable 16.65% Employee Performance. Kata Kunci : Work Environment, Employee Motivation, Employee Performance

To achieve organizational goals requires a good performance from its employees. Employee performance factors are strongly influenced by the work environment, work facilities and employee motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Work Environment, Work facilities and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Secretariat of the Bondowoso Regency DPRD either partially or simultaneously. Respondents in this study were 65 civil servants with civil servant status in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bondowoso Regency as many as 65 people who were determined using saturated sampling techniques, where all populations were sampled. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the level of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with the help of the SPSS for Windows program. The partial test results for the influence of work environment variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant influence of work environment on employee performance. For the influence of work facilities variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant effect of work facilities on employee performance. And for the influence of work motivation variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance. Simultaneous testing results, it can be concluded that the work environment, work facilities, and work motivation are proven to have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bondowoso Regency. Turnover refers more to the maintenance level of tbsp. Work conflicts lead to the level of problems that occur within the scope of the company. The work environment describes the work atmosphere and the availability of facilities and infrastructure that can directly affect employee performance. The purpose of this study is to prove the results of employee performance in terms of turnover, work conflict, and the work environment of PT. Kinarya Tunas Artha. Using descriptive and quantitative research types. Total population 200 respondents, sample 67 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis. Research results: f test describes turnover, work conflict & work environment affect employee performance. While the t-test states that turnover has a positive & significant effect, work conflict has a negative and significant effect, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results obtained R2/ coefficient of determination of the effect of turnover, work conflict, and work environment on the performance of 53.5%, the work environment variable becomes dominant because the tcount is the largest.

This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.

This research aims to test the influence of the culture of the Organization, the work environment, Financial Compensation, and Non financial Compensationperformance against permanent employees of PT. Surabaya Panel Lestari Gresik. Then conducted a review of the literature and the preparation of the hypothesis, as well as the data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires against 62 permanent employees of PT. Surabaya Panel Lestari Gresik using Total Sampling. Testing is done using multiple Linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture does not have an effect on the variable performance of the employees, the influential working environment significantly to the performance of the employee, financial compensation is a significant effect on performance of employees and Non financial compensation effect significantly to the performance of the employee. The culture of the Organization, the work environment, Financial Compensation, Non financial Compensationsignificant effect simultaneously against variable employee performance.

Leadership and work environment has a large part in motivating each member organization toward the company's goals. A leader should implement a leadership style to manage his subordinates because a leader will significantly affect the Organization's success in achieving its goals. No less important will be this is the role of the work environment itself which woke up, the work environment is one of the essential components within the employees finish his work. Here is the working environment: the immediate vicinity of the workers that can affect him in the exercise of duties charged. This research was conducted at PT. Pegadaian Regional VI of Makassar city with 30 research sample of respondents are the employees of PT. Pegadaian Regional VI. This Research is variable work environments (X1.1), the leadership style (X1.2), intrinsic motivation (X ), and the performance of the employees (Y). research using the method of multiple linear regression analysis with data collection using questioners. This research shows that the work environment does not affect employees' performance, leadership style, and intrinsic motivation the employee's account. Leadership styles and the variable is the variable that the dominant influence on the dependent variable.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self efficacy, work motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Sukanda Djaya Denpasar Branch numbering 97 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that self efficacy, work motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction. This has the meaning that the higher level of employee confidence in the company, the higher the employee's motivation, and the better the working environment in PT. The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Supervision and Work Environment to Employee Performance of Secretariat Office of Election Commission of Lahat Regency. The respondents were all employees of the secretariat office of Lahat district electoral commission as much as 33 respondents. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. From the value of regression equation obtained value equation Performance = 5.673 + 0.107 Supervision + 0.766 Work Environment + e. Monitoring and work environment variables together affect the performance with the value of determination coefficient of 67.4%. This means that 67.4% of the performance of the Lahat Regency Electoral Commission (KPU) is influenced by supervision and work environment while 32.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The result of partial test shows that the control variable has no significant effect on the performance, while the work environment variable has a significant positive effect on the performance.

The purpose of this study is to find out the work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in the financial management and gresik district asset management agencies. The sample uses probability sampling technique as many as 72 respondents propotionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline, work motivation and work environment are proven to have a significant partial effect on employee performance in financial management and gresik district assets. Simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment also proved to have a significant effect on performance

The business of making goods, the business of repairing goods, to the electronic and electrical credit businesses are found all around us. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, communication, and work environment on employee performance. The phenomenon of increased public demand for electronic and electrical goods, increased work stress, ineffective communication, and an uncomfortable working environment underlie this research. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The sample in this study was 80 employees. The results showed work stress, communication, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the lower the work stress, the better the communication and work environment will be able to improve employee performance.
