This research aims to test the influence of the culture of the Organization, the work environment, Financial Compensation, and Non financial Compensationperformance against permanent employees of PT. Surabaya Panel Lestari Gresik. Then conducted a review of the literature and the preparation of the hypothesis, as well as the data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires against 62 permanent employees of PT. Surabaya Panel Lestari Gresik using Total Sampling. Testing is done using multiple Linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture does not have an effect on the variable performance of the employees, the influential working environment significantly to the performance of the employee, financial compensation is a significant effect on performance of employees and Non financial compensation effect significantly to the performance of the employee. The culture of the Organization, the work environment, Financial Compensation, Non financial Compensationsignificant effect simultaneously against variable employee performance.

Leadership and work environment has a large part in motivating each member organization toward the company's goals. A leader should implement a leadership style to manage his subordinates because a leader will significantly affect the Organization's success in achieving its goals. No less important will be this is the role of the work environment itself which woke up, the work environment is one of the essential components within the employees finish his work. Here is the working environment: the immediate vicinity of the workers that can affect him in the exercise of duties charged. This research was conducted at PT. Pegadaian Regional VI of Makassar city with 30 research sample of respondents are the employees of PT. Pegadaian Regional VI. This Research is variable work environments (X1.1), the leadership style (X1.2), intrinsic motivation (X ), and the performance of the employees (Y). research using the method of multiple linear regression analysis with data collection using questioners. This research shows that the work environment does not affect employees' performance, leadership style, and intrinsic motivation the employee's account. Leadership styles and the variable is the variable that the dominant influence on the dependent variable.

The business of making goods, the business of repairing goods, to the electronic and electrical credit businesses are found all around us. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, communication, and work environment on employee performance. The phenomenon of increased public demand for electronic and electrical goods, increased work stress, ineffective communication, and an uncomfortable working environment underlie this research. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The sample in this study was 80 employees. The results showed work stress, communication, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the lower the work stress, the better the communication and work environment will be able to improve employee performance. ABSTRAKDevelopment of technology and information to make PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya engaged in cleaning services have wanted to improve its ability to organize the existing resources, especially human resources into the frame the better, because the resource management that will either save cost, improve performance accelerate the achievement of goals at once will create good relations and employee loyalty towards the organization of the company. The work environment within the company will be able to change the attitudes and behavior of human resources in order to increase labor productivity and to compete and face the challenges of the future. Besides the motivational factor is required with employee expectations can carry out work environment that has been applied in a company with a commitment as a duty and responsibility so that progress can be felt by both sides. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the simultaneous effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 2) partial effect Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance. The subjects were employees of PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya as many as 40 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion: (1) There is significant influence between Working Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously the Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. Environment Variables Work and Work Motivation together contributed 57.9% of the Employee Performance. (2) There is significant influence partially on the Work Environment Employee Performance. Work Environment Variables give partial effect to the Employee Performance by 32.49%. There is a significant relationship between working motivation partially on Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. The motivation variable influence to variable 16.65% Employee Performance. Kata Kunci : Work Environment, Employee Motivation, Employee Performance

Account Representative Performance is a result of the Account Representative in performing his duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. Compensation, work environment, and motivation is Believed Account Representative will effect performance. According to some experts, compensation effect on performance (Holt, 1993) and compensation Becomes the main thing to Attract and MOTIVATE employees to improve Reviews their performances (Ivanceikh and Glueck, 1989); work environment effects on performance (Leaman, 1995); effects on performance and motivation (Vroom, 1964; Moorhead and Griffin, 1998). The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment, and motivation on Account Representative Performance of Oil and Gas Tax Office. This research was conducted by taking the samples from all Account Representatives of Oil and Gas Tax Office as many as 37 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires in the form of a list of statements. The technique of data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS Version 23. Based on the result of the analysis, it was proved that compensation, work environment and motivation have a positive and significant influence on Account Representative performance of Oil and Gas Tax Office either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract.This  aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of employees of the University PGRI RonggolaweTuban. These factors are motivation and work environment. Employees who have a high motivation to work will have a positive impact for the organization, so as to achieve organizational goals. Hypothesis testing is done by spreading the questionnaire as many as 52 employees of the University PGRI RonggolaweTuban. Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of testing the hypothesis that the value F = 4,312; and p = 0.019 (p <0.05) that there is influence motivation and work environment on employee performance PGRI University RonggolaweTuban. The results of the partial test (t test) on the motivation variable, obtained t = 0.136, p = 0.892 (p> 0.05), meaning that work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. On the environment variable obtained value t = 2,376; and p = 0.021 (p <0.05), which means that the working environment have a significant effect on employee performance. R2 = 0.115 shows that simultaneously motivated and able to contribute to the environmental performance of 11.5% on the employees of the University of PGRI RonggolaweTuban..

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the decline in the tourism sector, especially in Bali. The decline in performance is thought to be caused by various factors including work motivation, work environment and financial compensation. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with 77 employees of Mercure Hotel Kuta as a sample. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS software. The results show that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Financial compensation has no effect on employee performance. The management of Mercure Hotel Kuta should improve the arrangement of the division of labor, the suitability of the workload with the compensation given to employees and improve the comfort of the work environment so that employee performance can increase.

Turnover refers more to the maintenance level of tbsp. Work conflicts lead to the level of problems that occur within the scope of the company. The work environment describes the work atmosphere and the availability of facilities and infrastructure that can directly affect employee performance. The purpose of this study is to prove the results of employee performance in terms of turnover, work conflict, and the work environment of PT. Kinarya Tunas Artha. Using descriptive and quantitative research types. Total population 200 respondents, sample 67 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis. Research results: f test describes turnover, work conflict & work environment affect employee performance. While the t-test states that turnover has a positive & significant effect, work conflict has a negative and significant effect, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results obtained R2/ coefficient of determination of the effect of turnover, work conflict, and work environment on the performance of 53.5%, the work environment variable becomes dominant because the tcount is the largest.

This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

A B S T R A C T Fraud can happen in the work environment in field of education. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate and explain empirically that there is the influence of the working environment, personal attitude and administration system against fraud. The study was conducted by survey method. Samples are 84 administrative employees and teachers in SMA and SMK Sukabumi. Testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. Instruments adopted from previous research. Validity and reliability tests conducted before hypothesis test. The research proves that the work environment against fraud. Personal influence attitude and system administration against fraud is not proven significantly. A B S T R A K Kecurangan dapat terjadi di lingkungan kerja di bidang pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan dan menjelaskan secara empiris bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja, personal attitude dan sistem administrasi terhadap fraud. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey. Sampel adalah 84 pegawai tata usaha dan guru di SMAN dan SMKN Sukabumi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji regresi liner berganda. Instrumen diadopsi dari peneliti sebelumnya. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja terhadap fraud.
