This study aimed to describe the role of  Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Civic Education in Malang City in enhancing the professional competence of teachers and to know the efforts in Increasing the professional competence of teachers. The researcher used qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the teachers of Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Civic Education played an active role in helping teachers to improve their professional competence. PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk Manado is one of the branch offices of BUMN’s, which must implement Good Corporate Governance in accordance with GCG principles set by the Minister of BUMN PER-01 / MBU / 2011. Internal audit is one of the elements in GCG and has a role in overseeing the implementation of corporate management and overseeing any practices undertaken by the company. The implementation of GCG in the bank must follow the rules of BI and follow GCG guidelines by KNKG. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of GCG at the bank and to determine the role of internal audit in realizing the implementation of GCG. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive method with data collection technique such as interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study is Bank Tabungan Negara has implemented GCG according to applicable rules that is by implementing the principles of GCG. ABSTRAKPeran Pustakawan dalam pengelolaan dan penerbitan jurnal ilmiah berdasarkan pengalaman dari pengelola jurnal Sosiohumaniora, Bionatura, Dharmakarya dan  Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Universitas Padjadjaran, tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini, yaitu: (1) berbagi pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan jurnal serta manfaatnya bagi pustakawan; (2) menjelaskan peran pustakawan dalam pengelolaan dan penerbitan jurnal ilmiah; dan (3) menunjukkan kegiatan atau pekerjaan yang dapat diklaim sebagai angka kredit pustakawan ketika menjadi pengelola jurnal online. Metode yang digunakan metode kualitatif- deskriptif.  Metode kualitatif adalah ”disebut pula metode  penelitian  naturalistik karena penelitiannya dilakukan  pada kondisi yang alamiah. Pendekatan deskriptif adalah ” suatu penelitian yang  didasarkan pada data yang ada atau penyelidikan  yang  bertujuan pada pemecahan masalah.  Peran pustakawan sebagai pengelola jurnal ilmiah perlu pula masuk dalam kompetensi pustakawan karena berkaitan dengan keahlian pustakawan dalam memberikan layanan informasi. Dengan demikian, adanya peran aktif pustakawan di berbagai lembaga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan jurnal ilmiah di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : pengelolaan, penerbitan, jurnal online, administrator jurnal ROLE OF LIBRARY IN MANAGEMENTAND PUBLISHING SCIENTIFIC JOURNALSABSTRACTThe role of librarians in the management and publication of scientific journals is based on the experience of the managers of the journal Sosiohumaniora, Bionatura, Dharmakarya and the Community Service Journal at Padjadjaran University, the objectives of writing this article: (2) explain the role of librarians in the management and publication of scientific journals; and (3) showing activities or work that can be claimed as librarian credit numbers when managing the journal. The method used is qualitative-descriptive method. Qualitative methods are "also called naturalistic research methods because their research is carried out in natural conditions". Descriptive approach is "a study based on existing data or an investigation aimed at solving problems. The role of librarians as managers of scientific journals also needs to be included in librarian competencies because they are related to librarian expertise in providing information services. <pre><span>This paper aims to describe research in primary schools and explain how the dimensions of legal and professional education management at SDN Bulukantil, Jebres, Surakarta. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interview technique. In principle, there are four competencies, namely personality, managerial, entrepreneurship, supervision and social, while teachers have pedagogic, personality, social and professional competence. From two sources of interviews, it is explained that the legal and professional dimensions are well implemented in Bulukantil Primary School in Surakarta. The results of this study can be concluded that in the legal dimension of legal education management and professional headmasters and teachers at SDN Bulkatil has been fulfilled.</span></pre>

The purpose of this study was to obtain data on the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, whether it has been implemented well enough and has been applied for a long time at Al-Jamilah Sei Mati Private MTs Padang Tualang by involving students actively in learning and applying various learning methods. Teachers always try to innovate in managing learning by applying interesting methods and positioning themselves as facilitators according to the mandate of the 2013 curriculum. The principle of learning is to humanize humans (humanism), by nurturing children to grow cognitive, affective, psychomotor, life skills. social and spiritual. This research uses research with qualitative data approach in the data collection process and is described by describing the data obtained at the research location to the conclusion. As for the results of the research on educating with the ngemong system which is a form of guidance carried out by teachers to their students which is applied in madrasas. The students' ability to learn aqidah akhlaq has improved quite well with the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum, which can be seen from the active role of students when learning and student involvement during class discussions. Students' understanding of learning also increases which can be seen from the fairly good student scores and the application of religious values ​​that have been studied, especially in students of aqidah akhlaq. Students show good morals in the Madrasa environment both to teachers and to fellow friends.

Globalization has resulted in a shift in human morals, marked by the many cases of moral deviations that are rife in various parts of Indonesia so that the application of spiritual attitudes has not been maximized. The attitude of dishonesty is shown by the number of students who cheat on the test, and the attitude of indiscipline is shown by the number of students who are late so that the application of social attitudes does not seem to be visible. The role of PAI teachers is considered quite important for the development of these two attitudes. At SMPN 1 Darussalam, PAI teachers have played a role in fostering spiritual and social attitudes. Big. This research was conducted with a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation. The results showed the role of PAI teachers in fostering spiritual attitudes by praying before and after lessons, praying in congregation, doing charity activities every Friday, and religious activities. The role of PAI teachers in fostering social attitudes is carried out through social service activities, visiting the Disabled Foundation and nursing homes, getting used to the 3S (smile, greeting, greeting), reporting to the teacher what items are found, punishing students who are late. Factors supporting the role of Islamic Education teachers in fostering spiritual and social attitudes are seen from adequate school facilities in the form of female/male prayer rooms, learning media such as LCD, the use of active methods. While the inhibiting factors include the lack of adequate facilities, especially LCDs, the lack of interest in teachers and knowledge, and the lack of interest in students to improve themselves.

Describe the implementation of the fingerprint electronic absence policy on the discipline and performance of civil servants as well as the impact it has on implementing the fingerprint electronic absence policy. Qualitative descriptive method describes various conditions and situations as the object of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. After the implementation of fingerprint electronic attendance, discipline increases and obligations as employees have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The application of sanctions in the regional government of seluma regency is in accordance with the regulations of civil servants and the provision of rewards for employees who excel has been carried out properly, to inspire other employees, so that they can work better.

This study was conducted to determine the imposition of a progressive tax rate on motor vehicle taxes based on The Four Maxims in Pasaman Barat Regency, Sumatra Barat. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study was primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, and documentation. The purpose of this study was to determine how to impose a progressive tax rate on motorized vehicle tax based on four principles of tax collection. The results show that the tax principle as still appropriate and relevant to be applied, namely the principles of tax collection proposed by Adam Smith, which are equality, legal certainty, the convenience of payment, and principles efficiency (economic of collection).

The resources of Customary Forest play an important role for Talang Mamak Indigenous People to survive. The exploitation of the forest by private company and investor has caused a violent conflict. The situation of the indigenous people becomes worsen since local government does not fully protect their rights on the forest.  Even, Local government tends to defend private company and investor in addressing the conflict. Customary forest of Talang Mamak indigenous people is in the oligarchs grip and conflict of interest with their elder. The Indigenous people are in crossroad, to preserve or to release their heritage and right. This study aims to determine the efforts of Talang Mamak Indigenous People to maintain their existence in the customary forest resources battle with private company and investor. This study used qualitative descriptive method. The data collection were documentation analysis and other relevant literature. This study used Theory of Oligarchy (Winters 2011) as grounded theory. The result found that the efforts of the indigenous people to fight for their rights getting weak. Some of them begin to accept compensation from the company and investor, in other word, some of them are willing to release their heritage and right on the forest.

ABSTRACTThisi study was aimed at to constructed the actual issues of national resilience ini thei developmenti of educational content of civici educationi as a description of knowledge about the actual issue of citizenship in the national resilience studies asi thei content of civici educationi in school.The research used qualitative descriptive approach. Source of informant data with purposive sampling technique, relevant document and literature study. Data collection was done throughi in-depthi interviewsi, FGD, iobservation, and documenti studyi. The validity of data was done by triangulation process of source and method. iData analysisi was done byireduction, data ipresentation, and iconclusion.Thei resultsi showedi thati the description of the content of civic education was based on the actual issues of national resilience concerning ideological, political, economic, socio-cultural and security issues in the form of basic competence study which translated into indicators to achieved the objectives of basic competence. Validitas data dilakukan melalui proses trianggulasi sumber dan metode. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, pemyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Penelitian ini menemukan rumusan tentang deskripsi isi pendidikan kewarganegaraan berdasarkan isu aktual bidang ketahanan nasional yaitu tentang isu-isu ipoleksosbudhankam berupa kajian kompetensi dasar yang diterjemahkan menjadi indikator-indikator untuk mencapai tujuan dari kompetensi dasar tersebut. The purpose of this study was to determine the pricing policy applied by selling PT.Wicaksana Overseas Internasional.Analisis data in this study using qualitative descriptive method and data collection by observation and interviews. These results indicate that the right pricing will affect the volume increase in sales and satisfaction to consumers. Because prices affect the volume of sales and the purchasing decision. Therefore, setting the selling price of products made by the International Overseas PT.Wicaksana already running well by doing and observation visit directly into the field, and conduct periodic surveys in the field and carried out by the marketing department who has been given the task by the leadership and results of the research findings discussed in the meeting and obtained conclusions and results that have been agreed. This means that pricing in the International Overseas PT.Wicaksana doing some process so that pricing is done going well and accepted by consumers.
