The current study aimed at identify the degree of availability of critical thinking skills among Arabic language teachers in the education directorates in Karak Governorate, Jordan, from their point of view, and to reveal the differences in that according to the variables of gender, academic qualification and the number of years of experience. and the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (48) items distributed on (7) skills, namely: (analysis, induction, interpretation, conclusion), Calendar), and the indications for their validity and reliability were verified. Where a stratified random sample of (193) teachers was chosen from among the teachers of the Arabic language in the directorates of education in the governorate of Karak, The study found that the degree of availability of critical thinking skills among Arabic language teachers from their point of view was medium, with an arithmetic mean (3.42) and The skill of "deduction" came first, with an arithmetic average of (3.73), And with a high degree, while the “evaluation” skill came in the last place, with an arithmetic average of (2.93), and a medium degree. It also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the degree of availability of thinking skills. The critic among Arabic language teachers is attributed to gender, while it was found that there are statistically significant differences attributable to academic qualification and in favor of higher qualification (postgraduate studies), and the existence of statistically significant differences due to years of experience and in favor of those with higher experience.

The study aims to identify the organizational challenges facing school administrators in Tulkarem directorate from the point of view of the school principals themselves. In addition, it shows the impact of the variables related to the gender, qualification, experience and geographical location on organizational challenges. An online questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The study sample consisted of 138 male and female principals selected randomly. Moreover, the descriptive analytical approach was used to analyze the data through the SPSS statistical analysis software, and to draw the conclusions. The results of the research have shown that the section stating the principals' lack of familiarity with new developments in management science and the lack of valid basic data needed to prepare plans was great. In addition, the arithmetic average was very big for the sections stating the following: the proliferation of generalizations and decisions in such a way which makes following up their implementation take time and effort at the expense of other work, obligating schools to follow rules and instructions to the letter, poor cooperation between the school administration and senior levels of administration, and the regulations established on ideal grounds are difficult to be realistically complied with at schools. Moreover, the results have indicated that there were no individual differences in the most common organizational administrative challenges among public school principals in Tulkarem governorate according to gender, specialization, qualification and years of experience. The researcher recommends that schools should be provided with integral administrative staff, schools should be also provided with equipment and materials, principals should be given more authority especially with regard to students' problems, teachers should be provided and their teaching loads should be reduced, accurate scientific criteria should be established for selecting and training members of school administration, overlapping of school administration specialties should be avoided, and communication channels should be established between the school administration and educational administration.

This study aims at identifying the role of school administration in developing creativity and its obstacles as perceived by school principals in government schools in the directorate of University District. This may be attributed to variables of gender, academic qualification, years of experience, and school level. The researcher has used the descriptive analytical method through employing the use of a questionnaire. This questionnaire has been made of 36 sections. 28 sections were designed to identify the role of school administration in developing creativity in the government schools in the directorate of the university district, and 8 to identify the obstacles that face the school’s administration. A sample of 55 male and female principals in government schools in the directorate of the university district have been chosen for the academic year 2019/2020. The results of the study showed that the application of creativity by the school principals in government schools have an overall average of (3.5 out of 5), which is rated as high. For the other two main areas, the administration one resulted with an average of (4.03) with a high rate, and for the obstacles area it resulted with (3.68) and was rated as large obstacles. It also has shown that there were no statistically significant differences in the role of school administration in developing creativity in government schools, which might be attributed to variables of academic qualification, years of experience, and school’s level. However, there was a significant difference attributed to the gender variable, and it was in the favor of females. A new algorithm for reducing the division operation to a series of smaller divisions is introduced. Partitioning the dividend into segments, we perform divisions, shifts, and accumulations taking into account the weight of dividend bits. Each partial division can be performed by any existing division algorithm. From an algorithmic point of view, computation analysis is performed in comparison with the existing algorithms. From an implementation point of view, since the division can be performed by any existing divider, the designer can choose the divider which best meets his specifications. Although the algorithm is presented for integer numbers, it can be easily generalized for fractions, since it is only a matter of representation. Two possible implementations of the algorithm, namely the sequential and parallel are derived, with several variations, allowing performance, cost, and cost/performance trade-offs. Exhaustive comparisons of the derived implementations with many existing implementations in terms of area cost, performance, and cost/performance are done. A plethora of alternative implementations can be derived due to a variable number of partitions.

The current study aims at identifying the extent to which job rotation requirements are available in the educational administrations of Tabuk district (females). To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach; while the questionnaire was used as a key tool to be distributed to the study’s community, which consists of all the directors, assistants and heads of departments in the educational administration of the Tabuk educational district, their number is (25). The results of the study showed the following: The general arithmetic average of all axes of the study questionnaire was (2.67). The overall arithmetic average for the first axis related to the availability of training and development capabilities in job rotation in the educational administrations of Tabuk district (2.77). The overall arithmetic average for the third axis related to the availability of the requirements of the career development strategy in career rotation in the educational administrations of Tabuk district was (2.77). The overall arithmetic average for the fourth axis related to the availability of systems requirements and functional procedures in the functional rotation in the educational administrations of Tabuk district was (2.66). The overall arithmetic average of the second axis related to the availability of job design requirements in the job rotation in the educational administrations of Tabuk district was (2.48). There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) between the views of the study sample due to two variables (years of experience, functional level). In light of previous results, the study recommended the need to train female employees in the educational administrations of Tabuk district to accept the policy of career rotation through continuous dialogue between presidents and subordinates and holding seminars to explain this policy, as one of the methods developing expertise and skills. This training allows the management to overcome the most important obstacle to the application of the policy of career rotation, which is the fear of change. In addition, holding specialized training courses for female employees in the educational administrations of Tabuk district who are transferred before and after the rotation so that workers can be trained before taking the job transferred to them as well as provide them with the necessary knowledge to complete the work assigned to them.
