Nowadays many emerging businesses use digital media accounts to advertise their products, therefore the competition in business becomes tougher. Businessman should pay attention to promotional components through digital media in accordance with their target market to make the message provided effective, efficient and meet the intended use.The purposes is to structure the promotion of application sayurbaba on purchasing decisions trough digital media in Pontianak city. Survey method with 100 respondents by purposive sampling. Data collected through online questionnaires via google form. The analysis using Structural Equation Modeling through LISREL 8.80 software. The results proved that promotion of application Sayurbaba on purchasing decisions trough digital media in Pontianak city was composed of collaboration and connection components which were measured by sharing posts, customer testimonials, useful content and promotions.Keywords: Context,Communication,Collaboration, Connection, SEM

The era of digitalization which is an era where everyone uses digital means as a medium of communication and a means of communication. The use of this media is considered very effective and has a tremendous impact on its users, the phenomenon of online shopping is growing rapidly. The current availability of a marketplace is very helpful in finding a product, such as Tokopedia, which is the largest online shopping marketplace in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interactive digital media on online product purchasing decisions. The population in this study are active users of the Tokopedia marketplace who have made purchases in the South Tangerang City area. The sampling technique in this study was to use purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were as many as 64 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS. The results of the study show that the existence of digital media can influence potential consumers to make purchase transactions, seen through each indicator of the digital media variable, namely the website and social networking Instagram, which shows significant positive results on the decision to purchase fashion products on the Tokopedia marketplace. Abstrak Era digitalisasi yang merupakan era di mana setiap orang menggunakan sarana digital sebagai media penghubung dan alat komunikasi. Penggunaan media ini dinilai sangat efektif dan memberikan dampak yang luar biasa kepada penggunanya, fenomena berbelanja secara daring semakin berkembang pesat. Ketersedian marketplace saat ini sangat membantu dalam pencarian suatu produk, seperti Tokopedia yang merupakan marketplace berbelanja daring terbesar di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media digital interaktif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk secara online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aktif marketplace Tokopedia yang pernah melakukan pembelian yang berada pada wilayah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak sebanyak 64 responden. Tekhnik analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa dengan adanya media digital dapat mempengaruhi calon konsumen untuk melakukan transaksi pembelian, dilihat melalui setiap indikator dari variabel media digital yaitu website dan jejaring sosial instagram menunjukan hasil positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di marketplace Tokopedia. Abstract - This research was conducted to test and analyze the influence of interest, price, product quality, promotion, and brand image on purchasing decisions. The method used in this research was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The population in this study consisted of Traveloka application users with a total of 137 respondents. The study used purposive sampling with 104 respondents. The test results show that interest variable has a positive and significant effect toward purchasing decisions of Traveloka application users, while the price, product quality, promotion, and the variables of brand image have no significant effect toward users purchasing decisions of Traveloka application. abstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact on various types of foods and beverages business including a coffee shop. The objective of this research is to analyze consumer attitudes during the Covid-19 pandemic and the influence of consumer attitudes during the Covid-19 pandemic on purchasing decisions at coffee shop. The sample of this research is 100 respondents in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok Tangerang, and Bekasi). Sampling methods using purposive sampling technique. Sampling data is collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers who had visited a coffee shop in Jabodetabek. The analysis data using Structural Equation Modeling method with Partial Least Squares. The results of the analysis show that consumers aware with the Covid-19 pandemic and its health protocols. Consumers also apply the government's Covid-19 health protocol. Consumer attitudes during this pandemic have a negative effect on purchasing decisions at coffee shop. abstrakPandemi Covid-19 cenderung berdampak negatif pada berbagai jenis usaha di sektor makanan dan minuman, termasuk coffee shop. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sikap konsumen pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan pengaruh sikap konsumen pada masa pandemi Covid-19. terhadap keputusan pembelian di coffee shop. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen di Jabodetabek sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke konsumen yang pernah melakukan kunjungan coffee shop di Jabodetabek. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares. Hasil analisis menunjukkan konsumen mengetahui pandemi Covid-19 dan protokol kesehatan. Konsumen juga menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 dari pemerintah. Sikap konsumen pada masa pandemi ini berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian di coffee shop.

<p><b>Research Paradigm:</b> The approach for this study is based on positivism theory with an intention to obtain evidence through focused observations and identify its likeliness with the actual data collected so that it can be generalized with the findings of other scholars who have worked on the topic (Remenyi et al., 1998). As elaborated by (Gill & Johnson, 2002), the crux of positivism philosophy revolves around the relationship of cause and its effect generated by different constructs, and the best possible exploration of these variables.</p><p><b>Research Design:</b> Primary data would be collected through a structured close-ended questionnaire which use to gather the responses from the stakeholders including teachers, coordinators, and school management and human resource personnel in the private schools. Therefore, the research questionnaire adapted from Dogan (2009) and Asiyai (2016) as a research instrument.</p> <p><b>Sample Size and Sampling technique:</b> The target population for this research study consists of different stakeholders for instance: teachers, coordinators, and school management and HR personnel working in private schools of Karachi -Pakistan. Non-probability purposive sampling is being used for this study. The sample size of 400 different stakeholders from private schools would be adequate to figure out the results (Loehlin, 2004). Since the actual size of the population is not exactly known and neither accessible to conduct random sampling, therefore non probability purposive sampling is chosen. Since the sample consists of different stakeholders for instance: teachers, coordinators, and school management and HR personnel working in private schools of Karachi -Pakistan. Therefore, it is a purposive sampling.</p><p><b>Data Collection Tool:</b> In this study we used the quantitative research to measure the perceived effectiveness of in-service training in improving teacher’s performance with one independent variables: in-service training (Training need assessment and training methodology), one dependent variables teachers performance (Task performance and contextual performance), 03 mediators (professional skills, knowledge enhancement and work engagement) and one moderator (reward). Questionnaire has distributed in the several schools by hand or through email.</p><p><b>Statistical Technique:</b> Since the model consists of multiple variables with mediation and moderation model, therefore the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used. The interface terms integrated with the model is measured for statistical significance via bootstrapping method. The structural equation modeling has executed by the partial least square approach.</p><p></p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived of ease of use, perceived risk , trust and purchasing decisions for GoFood in the city of Semarang. Respondents in this study are consumers who make food purchases through GoFood. Data collected through Google Form containing questionnaires filled out by 125 respondents. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis carried out with the AMOS program. The results of hypothesis testing with SEM show that: 1. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on trust, 2. Perceived of ease of use has a significant effect on trust, 3. Perceived risk has a significant effect on trust, 4. Trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, 5. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, 6. Perceived of ease of use has a significant effect on purchasing desicion, 7. Perceived risk has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This research aims to identify the role of involvement as a moderating variable in the model of customer loyality. The population in this study is the Xiaomi smartphone users in Yogyakarta. Data is collected through survey method that is guided by questionnaire. The data samples are 200 respondents to eligible the data analysis by structural equation modeling. The results indicate that the involvement moderates the effect of perceived quality, perceived price and after-sales service towards customer satisfaction.. Besides, the result is the involvement moderates the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The results are used to develop strategies to effectively increase customer loyalty by designing a stimulus to increase customer loyalty considering the level of customer involvement.

Abstract The formulation of the research problem is whether product innovation effects purchase decisions, whether product innovation and purchase decisions affect customer loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of product innovation on the purchase decision of Toyota Calya, and examines the effect of product innovation and purchasing decisions on customer loyalty. The population is the Toyota Calya’s customers in Bogor and Bekasi. The population is not known with certainty, therefore the sampling technique is done by accidental sampling technique in determining the number of samples. A total of 203 questionnaires were collected. Therefore, the sample in this study was 203 respondents. The data analysis method is Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed a significant influence on product innovation on purchasing decisions. Product innovation and purchasing decision also significantly influence customer loyalty. Purchasing decisions significantly mediate the effect of product innovation on customer loyalty. Innovations must still be made in order to maintain the loyalty of Toyota Calya car users in Bogor and Bekasi. Keywords: Product innovation, purchasing decisions, and loyalty AbstrakRumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah inovasi produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian,  dan apakah inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian toyota Calya, dan menguji pengaruh inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi penelitian adalah pengguna mobil merek Toyota Calya di Kota Bogor dan Bekasi. Populasi tidak diketahui secara pasti,oleh karena itu teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dalam menentukan jumlah sampel. Kuisioner yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 203 kuisioner. Oleh karena itu, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah sebanyak 203 responden. Metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara signfikan inovasi produk dengan keputusan pembelian. Variabel Inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi  loyalitas pelanggan. Keputusan pembelian secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Inovasi harus tetap dilakukan demi untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna mobil Toyota Calya di Kota Bogor dan Bekasi.

Abstrak: Konvergensi Kecocokan Teknologi dengan Kebutuhan Konsumen dan Fungsionalitas Layanan Mobile Broadband terhadap Perilaku Use Diffusion. Kesesuaian teknologi  jaringan seluler dan perangkat dengan kebutuhan pengguna menentukan penggunaan dan membentuk perilaku penggunaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis interaksi antara kebutuhan teknologi fit dan perilaku penggunaan layanan broadband. Data diperoleh melalui survei di wilayah Jakarta. Sampel yang dikumpulkan dari 258 responden adalah pengguna layanan seluler prabayar dan pascabayar dari lima operator di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menghasilkan (1) NTF berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku difusi penggunaan (intensitas dan variasi dalam penggunaan) (2) TFF berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku penggunaan, (3) Intensitas penggunaan berpengaruh positif pada NTF dan TFF, (4) Variasi dalam penggunaan berpengaruh positif pada NTF dan TFF, (5) NTF, TFF saling mempengaruhi secara positif dengan intensitas penggunaan dan variasi penggunaan. Penelitian lebih lanjut direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan perilaku pengguna dari perspektif pemain industri telekomunikasi lainnya seperti pengembang konten dan aplikasi serta produsen perangkat.Kata kunci: Kesesuaian Teknologi, Kebutuhan, Perangkat, layanan mobile broadband, Perilaku penggunaan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pengukuran tingkat kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap situs e-commerce. Langkah awal yang dilakukan yaitu identifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan pelanggan melalui studi literatur dan studi empirik untuk menentukan model analisis terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan pelanggan untuk bertransaksi secara online yaitu pengetahuan konsumen terhadap e-commerce, reputasi penjual, resiko dalam transaksi, kemudahan penggunaan e-commerce, jaminan sistem, sikap/perilaku terhadap sistem dan sistem keamanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Provinsi Bali menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan snowball sampling dengan kriteria responden pernah berkunjung dan melakukan transaksi di e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia lebih dari 3 kali. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan data interval berskala 5 Likert. Instrumen terlebih dahulu diuji validitas isi dengan metode Robert Gregory, validitas empiris menggunakan rumus product moment, reliabilitas instrument menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha, dan menghasilkan 59 pernyataan yang dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan data. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 126 responden. Teknik analisis data, pengujian hipotesis dan pengujian model menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS AMOS 21. Hasil penelitian ini melalui pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang situs e-commerce dan perlindungan keamanan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan. Resiko, kemudahan e-commerce, jaminan sistem dan sistem keamanan bukan menjadi sesuatu yang penting untuk dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan karena pengaruhnya tidak signifikan. Reputasi yang dirasakan dan sikap merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan dan paling berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian diuji menggunakan goodness of fit index dan menghasilkan bahwa model penelitian tersebut dapat diterima dan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keinginan pelanggan untuk bertransaksi online

Abstract: This study examined the role of good corporate governance and investment opportunity set in maintaining firm performance. This study's sample population comprised 240 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed by using structural equation modeling analysis (SEM). The results showed that good corporate governance in terms of board size had a negative effect on firm performance. Meanwhile, good corporate governance in terms of board independence and investment opportunity set had a positive effect on firm performance.Keywords: good corporate governance, investment opportunity set, firm performance Menuju Kinerja Perusahaan di Indonesia: Peran Good Corporate Governance dan Investment Opportunity Set Abstrak: Studi ini menguji peran good corporate governance dan investment opportunity set dalam menjaga kinerja perusahaan. Populasi sampel penelitian terdiri dari 240 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2016 hingga 2019. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance ditinjau dari ukuran dewan komisaris berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sedangkan good corporate governance ditinjau dari independensi dewan komisaris dan investment opportunity set berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Kata kunci: good corporate governance, investment opportunity set, kinerja perusahaan
