Abstract - This research was conducted to test and analyze the influence of interest, price, product quality, promotion, and brand image on purchasing decisions. The method used in this research was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The population in this study consisted of Traveloka application users with a total of 137 respondents. The study used purposive sampling with 104 respondents. The test results show that interest variable has a positive and significant effect toward purchasing decisions of Traveloka application users, while the price, product quality, promotion, and the variables of brand image have no significant effect toward users purchasing decisions of Traveloka application. This study aims to analyze empirical evidence of the effect of product quality on brand image and its impact on purchasing decisions on Aldo Shoes products at Mall Kelapa Gading 2 North Jakarta. Samples obtained as many as 90 respondents, sampling techniques using non-probability sampling, namely sampling techniques that provide equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as sample members. Analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results of this study indicate that product quality on brand image has a positive and significant effect, so that if the quality of the product gets better the brand image will increase. Product quality on purchasing decisions has a positive and significant effect, so that if the quality of the product gets better the purchasing decision will increase. Brand image of purchasing decisions has a positive and significant effect, so that if the brand image of the product is increasingly attached to the minds of consumers, purchasing decisions will increase. And product quality on purchasing decisions through brand image has positive and significant influence.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction which has an impact on customer loyalty, especially for telon oil baby care products. The hypothesis used in this study: Brand Image influences Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality influences Customer Satisfaction, Brand Image influences Customer Loyalty, Product Quality influences Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction influences customer loyalty. Research data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The population in this study were mothers who have babies <4 years old who use Cussons Baby Telon Oil in the DKI Jakarta area. The sampling method used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 133 respondents. Data analysis uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) version 8.7 that meets the Goodness of Fit criteria. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence between the variables Brand Image and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction with t values ​​of 6.89 and 5.68, respectively. The influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty with t values ​​of 2.00 and 2.71, respectively. The influence of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty with a value of t 3.06. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan khususnya untuk produk perawatan bayi minyak telon. Hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini: Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu yang memiliki bayi umur <4 tahun yang menggunakan Minyak Telon Cussons Baby di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan tehnik pengambilan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 133 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) versi 8.7 yang memenuhi kriteria Goodness of Fit. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antar variabel Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan nilai t masing-masing 6,89 dan 5,68. Adanya pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dengan nilai t masing-masing 2,00 dan 2,71. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of brand image and product completeness on purchasing decisions at Chandra Supermarkets. The research sample was 99 respondents. The method used in research with a questionnaire. Statistical tests were performed using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value, while the reliability uses the Cronbach's alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The results of the study show that the image variable has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, the variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable, and the product completeness variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions buying decision.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap Brand Image dan Purchase Intention sepatu Nike di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 519 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dari populasi responden di Kota Bandung yang pernah membeli produk sepatu Nike serta teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik dari responden, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik dari responden yang ada di Kota Bandung. Electronic Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Brand Image dan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Purchase Intention, Brand Image berpengaruh positif signfikan terhadap Purchase Intention serta Brand Image memediasi pengaruh antara Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap Purchase Intention sepatu Nike di Kota Bandung.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, brand image, dan experiential marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Loyalitas pelaggan sangat penting bagi perkembangan sebuah perusahaan, karena dengan adanya loyalitas mampu meningkatkan laba perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiwa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Unsiq pengguna sepeda motor merek Honda. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan purposive sampling melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode analisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan pengujian hipotesis Goodness of Fit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, experiential marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas produk, brand image, dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, experiential marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Experiential marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening, kualitas produk dan brand image tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening.

This study aims to determine the brand image, lifestyle, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Iphone smartphones. The population used in this study is the consumer iPhone mobile phone users. The method used in this study is a partial test with a Likert scale. The sample in this study were consumers of iPhone smarthphones with a total of 40 respondents. Statistical tests were performed using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validation test uses the loading factor, convergent validity, and face validity. While the reliability test uses the Cronbach'c alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). After all the results of the indicator items used in this study are valid and reliable, then the hypothesis is tested. Of the three hypotheses proposed, all of them are supported and for each hypothesis there is one researcher who says the results are not significant. The conclusion of this study is the importance of maintaining brand image for a better lifestyle and maintaining good product quality, in order to get good consumer reviews, besides that it is also important to pay attention to lifestyle in order to remain confident and make purchasing decisions.

Nowadays many emerging businesses use digital media accounts to advertise their products, therefore the competition in business becomes tougher. Businessman should pay attention to promotional components through digital media in accordance with their target market to make the message provided effective, efficient and meet the intended use.The purposes is to structure the promotion of application sayurbaba on purchasing decisions trough digital media in Pontianak city. Survey method with 100 respondents by purposive sampling. Data collected through online questionnaires via google form. The analysis using Structural Equation Modeling through LISREL 8.80 software. The results proved that promotion of application Sayurbaba on purchasing decisions trough digital media in Pontianak city was composed of collaboration and connection components which were measured by sharing posts, customer testimonials, useful content and promotions.Keywords: Context,Communication,Collaboration, Connection, SEM

Samyang instant noodles were once a highly sought after product and had reaped the pros and cons of being halal in Indonesia. This study is to analyze the effect of product quality and halal label on purchasing decisions through brand image variables. Students majoring in Business Administration who have consumed Samyang instant noodles are the population of this study. The research sample consisted of 67 respondents, collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis with descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics (in this case Structural Equation Modeling using Smart PLS 3.0). The results of the study state that the halal label has a significant effect on brand image, has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality has a significant effect on brand image, has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This study provides managerial implications in the form of the need for an integrated product planning policy that includes product quality, brand image and halal labeling.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the advertising impacts brand image and purchase intention. This study used purposive sampling because it is adaptable and suited to the research objectives. The validity and reliability had been tested. Hypothesis testing used Structural Equation Modeling. The results were (1) advertising (X1) has an effect on brand image (Y1) with the value of Critical Ration brand image is 5.776 with a probability of less than 0.05, (2) advertising (X1) have no significant effect on purchase intention (Y2) with Critical Ration value of 1.052 and a probability 0.293, and (3) brand image (Y1) has an effect on purchase intention (Y2) with the value of Critical Ration of 4.174 and a probability value of less than 0.05.

abstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact on various types of foods and beverages business including a coffee shop. The objective of this research is to analyze consumer attitudes during the Covid-19 pandemic and the influence of consumer attitudes during the Covid-19 pandemic on purchasing decisions at coffee shop. The sample of this research is 100 respondents in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok Tangerang, and Bekasi). Sampling methods using purposive sampling technique. Sampling data is collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers who had visited a coffee shop in Jabodetabek. The analysis data using Structural Equation Modeling method with Partial Least Squares. The results of the analysis show that consumers aware with the Covid-19 pandemic and its health protocols. Consumers also apply the government's Covid-19 health protocol. Consumer attitudes during this pandemic have a negative effect on purchasing decisions at coffee shop. abstrakPandemi Covid-19 cenderung berdampak negatif pada berbagai jenis usaha di sektor makanan dan minuman, termasuk coffee shop. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sikap konsumen pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan pengaruh sikap konsumen pada masa pandemi Covid-19. terhadap keputusan pembelian di coffee shop. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen di Jabodetabek sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke konsumen yang pernah melakukan kunjungan coffee shop di Jabodetabek. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares. Hasil analisis menunjukkan konsumen mengetahui pandemi Covid-19 dan protokol kesehatan. Konsumen juga menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 dari pemerintah. Sikap konsumen pada masa pandemi ini berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian di coffee shop.
