The existence of Lampung culture is very important to regard because the culture is a good culture strategy to maintain and develop Lampung language, that is by seeing and examining how the government apply the rules designed by the local government to retain one characteristic in the area, such as language and culture. This study is also conducted to find out how the development of Lampung language and the culture in Lampung province. The results in this study shows that language and culture is slowly eroded by the progression of time. Unfortunately, the education of Lampung language shows a lot of inequality in the learning process. This study uses a qualitative method to look at the use of language Lampung in customs procession that have lasted all this time. Afterwards, the researcher also look at and examine how the role of the government related to Lampung language and its culture,s including the teaching of Lampung language. Abstrak Keberadaan kebudayaan Lampung sangat penting untuk diperhatikan sebab kebudayaan tersebut adalah stategi kebudayaan yang sangat baik untuk memelihara, membina bahasa Lampung.  Melihat dan meneliti bagaimana pemerintah mengaplikasikan  Peraturan-peraturan yang di rancang oleh pemerintah daerah untuk mempertahankan salah satu ciri khas yang ada di daerah seperti bahasa dan kebudayaan. Penelitian ini juga  untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan bahasa lampung dan kebudayaan yang ada di Provinsi Lampung. Hasil dalam penelitian ini bahwa bahasa dan kebudayaan perlahan-lahan terkikis oleh perkembangan waktu. Sungguh disayangkan kependidikan bahasa Lampung banyak ketimpangan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode  kualitatif   dengan  melihat  pengunaan bahasa Lampung dalam acara prosesi  adat istiadat yang  telah  berlangsung  selama  ini. Kemudian melihat dan meneliti bagaimana peran pemerintah terkait bahasa daerah Lampung dan budaya di lihat juga dalam pengajaran bahasa Lampung.

This study aims to describe the role of local government and the participation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the development of Plastic Woven Crafts in Karanggebang Jetis Village, Ponorogo Regency. The theory used in the formulation of the first problem regarding the role of local government uses the theory of Gede Diva (2009) which divides the role of government in three ways, namely the role of government as a facilitator, the role of government as regulator and the role of government as a catalyst. Second, the participation of UMKM actors uses the theory of Cohen and Uphoff in Distianto (2016) into four forms of participation, namely participation in planning, participation in implementation, participation in the utilization of results and finally participation in evaluation.This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling techniques and data collection techniques carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research in the efforts to develop UMKM Plastic Weaving Crafts in Karanggebang Jetis Village, Ponorogo Regency, in general, there has been no interference from the government and UMKM entrepreneurs. So far, plastic woven crafts are still not developed. To develop UMKM especially plastic woven handicrafts located in Karanggebang Jetis, it is necessary to have the role of government and participation of UMKM actors.

Aceh Patchouli is an export commodity product that has a high value on the global market. In fact, this great potential can increase the income of farmers and will also indirectly have an effect on the economy of the community, but this has not yet happened, many problems have arisen, ranging from rent issues, unilateral monopoly prices to the continuity of patchouli production. Therefore the role of the government as a facilitator for the development of regional potential is very much needed. Moving on from these problems, this study aims to see how the role can be done by local governments in increasing the selling value of patchouli by using Global Value Chains or GVC glasses. The election of the GVC perspective in seeing this case is certainly inseparable from the swift influence of globalization on the local government that is now happening. The government should be able to capture the current of globalization as an opportunity to improve the people's economy.

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the establishment of village-owned enterprises (BUM Desa) and the support of the local government in increasing the village's original income. This research has a research sample using the purposive sampling method, namely BUM Desa Dukuh Dempok, and BUM Desa Kemiri. Data was obtained by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with in-depth interviews with the chairman and management of BUM Desa in Jember. Analysis was carried out on the data and information obtained to obtain research results. Tourism BUM Desa Gumuk Watu and Tourism BUM Desa Kemiri have a role in increasing the village's original income can be seen from the function of facilitator and mediator. The two BUM Desa include the role of the community in building and developing tourism. Local government support for BUM Desa tourism is very important. BUM Desa Wisata Gumuk Watu and BUM Desa Wisata Kemiri received full support from the government in the form of capital and socialization of BUM Desa to the community. The difference in income between the BUM Desa Gumuk Watu and the BUM Desa Kemiri. Tourism BUM Desa of Kemiri experienced a decrease in income by more than 50% but Tourism BUM Desa of Gumuk Watu experienced an increase due to the entertainment needs of the community. These results indicate that BUM Desa which is engaged in tourist areas needs the role of the government in helping to increase their income in the pandemic era.

This study aims to determine the factors that can influence consumers have loyalty to a product produced by a company. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach. From the results of research conducted, it is known that customer loyalty is needed by producers, especially to market their products as well as the commitment of management to provide satisfactory service and quality products needed by consumers. The role of the government is often needed especially to overcome the high price of production raw materials because it is still imported from abroad.

This study aims to determine the role of government in the development of the Teluk Berdiri ecotourism as well as to determine the efforts that can be made to develop the ecotourism. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with the aim to make a description, a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts investigated. The instrument used was a survey sheet and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique uses triaggulation technique, which is a technique for checking the validity of data that utilizes something different outside the data for the need to check the comparison of the same data from other sources. The results showed that the interest of tourists is still a local tourist, this is due to a number of factors such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as lack of accessibility, lack of promotion, and others. The role of the government is currently trying to provide support, one of which is improving road access to the tour. Furthermore, efforts that can be made by the government are establishing cooperation with the local community for the construction of facilities and infrastructure, improving accessibility and promoting local wisdom and traditions to attract visitors. The development of environment-based tourism or ecotourism can be a guide in making use of the tourism sector and can be used as an attraction of an area to increase regional income (PAD).

AbstractThe problem in this study is the lack of public awareness in utilizing the existing tourism potential in improving the community's economy and also the role of the government in preserving and developing cultural villages has not been maximized. This study also aims to obtain concrete data by processing and analyzing the discussion of the role of the KAN traditional institution in preserving and developing cultural tourism in Nagari Jawi-Jawi, Solok Regency in terms of tourism potential and the role of the KAN traditional institution in preserving and developing cultural tourism. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive research methods and the selection of informants is carried out by purposive sampling technique with the informant subject, namely the local government and Nagari government and traditional leaders who are in Nagari Jawi-Jawi, Solok Regency. The data collection used is observation, interviews and documentation with the data obtained in terms of the potential for cultural tourism and the role of the KAN traditional institution in preserving and developing cultural tourism. supported by its beautiful nature. And related to the role of the KAN customary institution in preserving and developing cultural tourism in the Jawi-Jawi villages, it has been carried out quite well in terms of attractiveness and cooperation with traditional institutions, the government with the cooperation between the local government and the nagari.Keywords: Potency, Cultural tourism, the role of KANAbstrakPermasalahan dalam  penelitian ini adalah kurang kesadaran masyarakat dalam  memanfaatkan potensi wisata yang ada dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dan juga peran pemerintah dalam melestarikan dan mengembangkan kampung budaya belum maksimal. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memperoleh data yang konkrit dengan mengolah dan menganalisis terhadap pembahasan peranan lembaga adat KAN dalam melestarikan dan Mengembangkan Wisata Budaya di Nagari Jawi-Jawi Kabupaten Solok dilihat dari potensi wisata dan peranan lembaga Adat KAN dalam melestarikan dan Mengembangkan wisata budaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dan pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan subjek informan yaitu pemerintah daerah dan pemerintah Nagari dan tokoh adat yang berada di nagari Jawi-Jawi Kabupaten Solok. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan data yang diperoleh ditinjau dari potensi wisata budaya dan peran lembaga adat KAN dalam melestarikan dan mengembangkan wisata budaya.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa kampung budaya memiliki potensi yang baik dalam melestarikan dan mengembangkan wisata budaya hal ini didukung dengan alamnya yang indah. Dan terkait dengan peranan Lembaga adat KAN dalam melestarikan dan mengembangkan wisata budaya dinagari Jawi-Jawi sudah terlaksana cukup baik  dari segi daya tarik  dan kerjasama lembaga adat, pemerintah dengan adanya kerjasama antara pemerintah daerah dan nagari. Kata kunci : potensi, wisata budaya, peran KAN

Abstrak Pedagang Kali Lima (PKL) merupakan fenomena yang ada di seluruh wilayah di Indonesia. Kehadiran PKL seringkali dipandang negatif oleh masyarkat karena dianggap menganggu lalu lintas dan penggunaan trotoar sebagai tempat untuk berjualan. Untuk itu dibutuhkan peran dari pemerintah dalam rangka melakukan penataan terhadap PKL di Kabupaten Karawang. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran dan tanggung jawab pemerintah daerah dalam penataan pedagang kaki lima (PKL) di kabupaten karawang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode pendekatan yuridis empiris yaitu mengelaborasikan antara studi kepustakaan dengan data-data empiris di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu peran dan tanggung jawab pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Karawang sangat terlihat dari ketentuan-ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan daerah Kabupaten Karawang Nomor 4 Tahun 2015 tentang Penataan dan Pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima. Peran dan tanggung jawab pemerintah daerah antara lain menyiapkan lokasi bagi PKL untuk berjualan sesuai dengan tempat dan waktu, mengarahkan PKL untuk melakukan pendaftaran di Dinas terkait, Pemberdayaan PKL, melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap penataan dan pemberdayaan PKL, dan pembinaan dan pengawasan terhadap PKL. Kata Kunci: Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL), Upaya Pemerintah, Asas Legalitas Abstract Street Vendors are a phenomenon that exists in all regions in Indonesia. The presence of street vendors is often viewed negatively by the community because it is considered to interfere with traffic and the use of sidewalks as a place to sell. For this reason, the role of the government is needed in order to organize the street vendors in Karawang Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the roles and responsibilities of the local government in structuring street vendors in Karawang district. This research method uses a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach method that is elaborating between library studies with empirical data in the field. The results of this study are the roles and responsibilities of the Karawang regency government are very visible from the provisions contained in the Karawang Regency Regional Regulation the area of Karawang Number 4 of 2015 on Arrangement and Empowerment of Street Vendors. Roles and responsibilities of the local government, among others, prepare locations for street vendors to sell according to place and time, direct street vendors to register in related offices, Empower street vendors, conduct monitoring and evaluation of structuring and empowering street vendors, and fostering and monitoring street vendors. This research was conducted in Munggu village, Mengwi subdistrict, Badung Regency. This research aims toidentify the obstacles experienced by Munggu village as a tourism village in Badung regency. This research used qualitative method, which prefers the descriptive data or the data in the form of sentences instead of numbers. This data was obtained through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using the concept of obstacles. The results of this study indicate that obstacles experienced by Munggu village as a tourism village in Badung regency consists of twotypes of obstacles, internal obstacles and external obstacles. Internal obstacles are related about the tourism product that is not maximized yet, limited funds and lack of village facilities completeness, managerial organization that is not optimal, and community participation is still lacking. Meanwhile, external obstacles are related about to the absence of standardization from the government for tourism villages, the role of local government is still lacking and Munggu tourism village has not been incorporated in the network of tourism villages.   Keywords:Barriers, Tourism Village, Development Strategy

The new epidemic phenomenon called Covid-19 which originated in Wuhan, China continues to increase its victims. This article aims to provide an explanation of the new outbreak and analyze planning management regarding the important role of government policies that must synergize with the community by 4 strategies from the government, namely promotive, preventive, curative and social safety net strategies which will later impact on strategies that are can the government apply in passing a pandemic disaster. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative method that explains something based on data and numbers narrated in concluding sentences, besides that, the writing of this article is library research, collecting data through available documents. and using triangulation techniques in analyzing the data that has been collected. The results obtained are the role of the government constantly reminding and asking for the participation of the community to achieve maximum government policy results, the need for the role of the community in an effort to overcome the pandemic to carry out all existing policies so that there is synergy to break the chain of spread of the COVID-19 virus and It was also found that the Head of RT / RW is one way that can assist the government in carrying out synergy with the community. This research is expected to be a source of reference for the government in planning the next policy in the process of overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic.
