Abstract There is a deep-seated coal potency with a depth more than 100 meters below surface in Indonesia that has not been exploited yet. Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) is an unconventional technology that can become the solution to exploit the deep-seated coal potential by extracting coal into in-situ gas that can be converted to electricity or chemicals. Based on business analysis, this paper aims to analyze the implementation of UCG technology in Indonesia, whether it is potential or not. Data are collected from literature and analyzed using Porter Five Forces and PESTLE Analysis. The Porter Five Forces analysis shows that the implementation of UCG in Indonesia is still potential as an industry because the only threat will come from substitute products. PESTLE analysis shows that almost all the factors, except for technology, are very supportive of implementing UCG commercial plants in Indonesia. Based on both studies, it can be concluded that the UCG project is very potential to be developed in Indonesia. However, it needs full support and control from the government because it will become a pioneer project with financial and environmental risk still has not quantified ideally.

Despite the vital role that trailing partners play for successful expatriation, we still know very little about what actually causes partners to thrive and integrate effectively into the new cultural context. However, as indications have emerged that the personality of partners could be key to a favorable acculturation trajectory, we set out to explore this further. More specifically, we assess the role of expatriate partners’ dispositional affectivity, that is, positive and negative affectivity. We examine this in relation to internal acculturation (in the form of interaction and general adjustment) and external acculturation (in the form of local community embeddedness and intentions to stay or to return home). Drawing on the data of 123 trailing partners, full support was found for three out of four hypotheses regarding the effects of positive affectivity. Further, a marginally significant negative association was identified for the relationship between positive affectivity and repatriation intentions. For negative affectivity, two hypotheses were met. Interestingly, no significant influence of negative affectivity on community embeddedness was found. The association between negative affectivity and interaction adjustment was marginally significant indicating some tentative support. In sum, this study corroborates that dispositional affectivity is an overall important concept to explain trailing partners’ acculturation. However, the role of positive and negative affectivity seems to vary along the different proxies of internal and external acculturation.

ABSTRACKThe responsibility of education cannot be carried out unilaterally, it requires the cooperation of three components which Ki Hajar Dewantara calls the tricenter of education: family, educational institutions, and society. All three are a unified whole and complement each other. The involvement and role of parents and the community in guarding children's education in the era of globalization is very urgent. This journal aims to discuss the importance of the Three Education Centers as a solution to overcome juvenile delinquency which is increasing in this era of globalization. The writing of this journal uses library research methods, or often also called library research, collecting data from various literatures. The three educational centers both play an important role in the success of education, which basically all are interrelated and mutually cooperate with each other. The three of them must indirectly carry out close guidance in the educational process. The three links can be seen from: Parents carry out their obligations to educate children in the family, educational institutions facilitate teaching various knowledge and skills with full support from students' parents, and the community is expected to be a facilitator for students to be able to actualize their knowledge and skills. Keywords: Responsibility, Tricenter of Education, Juvenile delinquency, Puberty.

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the establishment of village-owned enterprises (BUM Desa) and the support of the local government in increasing the village's original income. This research has a research sample using the purposive sampling method, namely BUM Desa Dukuh Dempok, and BUM Desa Kemiri. Data was obtained by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with in-depth interviews with the chairman and management of BUM Desa in Jember. Analysis was carried out on the data and information obtained to obtain research results. Tourism BUM Desa Gumuk Watu and Tourism BUM Desa Kemiri have a role in increasing the village's original income can be seen from the function of facilitator and mediator. The two BUM Desa include the role of the community in building and developing tourism. Local government support for BUM Desa tourism is very important. BUM Desa Wisata Gumuk Watu and BUM Desa Wisata Kemiri received full support from the government in the form of capital and socialization of BUM Desa to the community. The difference in income between the BUM Desa Gumuk Watu and the BUM Desa Kemiri. Tourism BUM Desa of Kemiri experienced a decrease in income by more than 50% but Tourism BUM Desa of Gumuk Watu experienced an increase due to the entertainment needs of the community. These results indicate that BUM Desa which is engaged in tourist areas needs the role of the government in helping to increase their income in the pandemic era.

We study the reduced Donaldson–Thomas theory of abelian threefolds using Bridgeland stability conditions. The main result is the invariance of the reduced Donaldson–Thomas invariants under all derived autoequivalences, up to explicitly given wall-crossing terms. We also present a numerical criterion for the absence of walls in terms of a discriminant function. For principally polarized abelian threefolds of Picard rank one, the wall-crossing contributions are discussed in detail. The discussion yields evidence for a conjectural formula for curve counting invariants by Bryan, Pandharipande, Yin, and the first author. For the proof we strengthen several known results on Bridgeland stability conditions of abelian threefolds. We show that certain previously constructed stability conditions satisfy the full support property. In particular, the stability manifold is non-empty. We also prove the existence of a Gieseker chamber and determine all wall-crossing contributions. A definition of reduced generalized Donaldson–Thomas invariants for arbitrary Calabi–Yau threefolds with abelian actions is given.

Security has recently been given the highest priority with the rise in the number of antisocial activations taking place. To continuously track individuals and their interactions, CCTVs have been built in several ways. Every person is recorded on an image on average 30 times a day in a developed world with a community of 1.6 billion. The resolution of 710*570 captured at knitting will approximate 20 GB per day. Constant monitoring of human data makes it hard to judge whether the incident is an irregular one, and it is an almost uphill struggle when a population and its full support are needed. In this paper, we make a system for the detection of suspicious activity using CCTV surveillance video. There seems to be a need to demonstrate in which frame the behavior is located as well as which section of it allows the faster judgment of the suspicious activity is unusual. This is done by converting the video into frames and analyzing the persons and their activates from the processed frames. We have accepted wide support from Machine learning and Deep Learning Algorithms to make it possible. To automate that process, first, we need to build a training model using a large number of images (all possible images which describe features of suspicious activities) and a “Convolution Neural Network‟ using the Tensor Flow Python module. We can then upload any video into the application, and it will extract frames from the uploaded video and then that frame will be applied on a training model to predict its class such as suspicious or normal.
