scholarly journals METAPHYSICAL GOOD GROUNDS

The article is devoted to the consideration of the good ethics metaphysical basis. As a phenomenon whose nature is transcendent, the good reveals itself in two projective optics. It is on the one hand about the ontological aspects of the good ethics, acting as a being together mode. On the other hand, the relevance of the human charitable nature to the good ethics principles. Thus, the good builds the basis, the output operating mode of co-existence. The phenomenon has objective properties and a universal character. In other words, goodness creates the condition, the nature of the order of being. This logic has traces of Socrates, which identifies concepts: good, knowledge and virtue. Good is a living knowledge that acquires the status of Truth – the knowledge of real. It opens to the person the essence of its purpose, improves and transforms its personality. It is about spiritual knowledge that opens to a person who knows, in the process of mastering the world around him. This knowledge fills the personality with the content, gives uniqueness. It is a living knowledge, aimed at improving the image, its spiritual development, growth. And, consequently, the projection of knowledge-good at the level of society acts as a mechanism for organizing and maintaining social order. A person who through the social context knows the ethical principles of good (love, respect, complicity, etc.), comprehends the laws of the spiritual order. She is an integral part of the order, and thus recognizes itself as real, unique, finds a connection to reality. The transformation of these principles into cultural universal, opens the world to the world as a single whole, an integral part of which is itself. With the explication of meanings, culture «introduces» a person in the previously compiled symbolic-communicative space, forming the ability to understand, with the message, with participation, in general forms an orientation to the community, the integrity of social relations. In this perspective well-being issues are opened. This is the principle of the spiritual knowledge power, realized in accordance with human principles of the good ethics.

InRousseau and Critical Theory, Alessandro Ferrara argues that among the modern philosophers who have shaped the world we inhabit, Rousseau is the one to whom we owe the idea that identity can be a source of normativity (moral and political) and that an identity’s potential for playing such a role rests on its capacity for being authentic. This normative idea of authenticity brings unity to Rousseau’s reflections on the negative effects of the social order, on the just political order, on education, and more generally, on ethics. It is also shown to contain important teachings for contemporary Critical Theory, contemporary views of self-constitution (Korsgaard, Frankfurt and Larmore), and contemporary political philosophy.

Among the intangible attributes of any social-communicative activities the most important place belongs to the image. Recently it is emerging more and more organizations and persons whose ratings, business reputation, commercial success, and social influence possibilities often depend not so much on their activities’ real characteristics, but on their image, functioning in the social-communicative space. These trends have shaped the social order for the scientific and practical developments related to the image management in the system of social relations. The image management is an information management as a reflection of events at an angle with impression improving. The abundance of the information environment in which a modern man lives has increased significantly, therefore the communicative interaction today is becoming more and more refined and concentrated, when each information message is endowed with a special meaning that has a high potential impact on the target audience. In this regard the image control includes the work with the image audience and the image object. Different audiences have their own information processing, and because of this different approaches are needed in each case. To create an image adequate to target group perception are used such tools as visualization of the image, mythologization, symbolization, archetype and context formation. The subject’s image is formed as if on two main directions. On the one hand it is a compliance with the mass communication channel’s requirements. The second direction in the image formation is reputational characteristics that the audience considers important: trust, authority, and professionalism. In this regard we have subdivided the image management process as following stages: its creation objective formulation, selection of criteria for image evaluation, as well as qualities for image formation, expressive means for these qualities translation and the image adjustment.

The article’s analysis focuses on the ontological aspects of social existence harmonious. Ethical principles of good are the main de-confliction mechanisms, factors that are reproduced and responsible for solving the problem of social and individual order. Universal ethical values - freedom, love, responsibility, creativity is a preexisting knowledge that produces, translates and reproduces the coherence practices of co-existence at both individual and social levels. It is revealed that the functionality of the latter is reproduced in the space of productive communication experience, which acquires personality in the social interaction context. The "threat" to ethical knowledge, which is the ontological basis of the social being organization, is the problem of ethics relativity. This problem arises and spreads as a result of the ethical knowledge objectification, its transformation into a thing. In other words, it is the transformation of universal values, the goals of ethics as spiritual phenomena, into the means of achieving individual desire, personal well-being, the tools of satisfying my selfish desires, that transforms a person into a conformal consumer. From ancient hedonism to modern versions of transhumanism, ethical relativism theories continue to actively raise questions about the relevance of the ethical absolutism principles. It is noted that the dissonance that arises in connection with the actualization of the ethics relativism question indicates an aggravation of the formalization problem of spiritual knowledge. Consequently, ethical conformity is required to conform to the ontology of social being. This correspondence is based on the absoluteness of ethics as a condition for the functioning of harmonious social relations - on the one hand, and human development - on the other. Thus, the analysis of the consolidation mechanisms of human being, its integrity, harmony, should focus on the actualization of the ethical absolutism issue, which is particularly acute in today's conflict world. It is this perspective that explores the problems of integrating social and individual order and provides tools and solutions.

In a typical traditional society in Nigeria laws, rules, norms, and taboos were used by community elders to enforce social order and curtail practices, behaviours, values and beliefs that were counter to the stability of the social structure. However, the contemporary rural communities have witnessed a shift within the social structures and institutions, in behaviours, cultural aspects which affect social relations, social interaction and the maintenance of the status quo by the traditional rulers. This qualitative study examined the roles of traditional rulers in complicating social order in Ikot Annang and Ikot Abasi communities in Akwa Ibom State, South-South Nigeria. In-depth interviews and participant observation were used to collect data on the subject under study. Ethnomethodology by Garfinkel was adopted as theoretical guide for the study. Findings of the study show that betrayal of community interest, mismanagement of community generated revenue, neglect of traditions, abuses of traditional power by some community elders, and youth groups are contributing to upheaval in some rural communities in Akwa Ibom State. Researchers concluded that the decisions by some of the rural community elders and youth groups to adopt western customs over their traditional customs have distorted the state of stability and consensus that existed in the traditional rural areas, thereby bringing about a shift that disrupts social order. Among other, the researchers recommended the need for culture check and rite of passage for youth groups in line with customs and traditions.

Digital experiment of daily newspapers: necessity or hasty misstep? The deep crisis suffered over the years by daily newspapers resulted largely from the fall of the financial model of the sector. A breakdown of the financing system threatened the existence of the traditional model of serious reporting viewed as a service to society. The marginalization of print newspapers, outflow of readers and advertisers and serious competition in the form of the Internet made newsmakers take up the steps for survival. The following work tries to look at the process and show and assess different ways of the newspapers' adaptation of news to the new media as well as the tactics of reaching receivers in the new reality. Starting from more traditional online portals of print newspapers which introduce paywalls and premium content reserved only for subscribers through news aggregators to tabloid news in the social media. Decreasing interest in serious information, especially among young audiences, on the one hand, and assigning the status of news to the stories from the world of celebrities and entertainment on the other, redefine the very concept of news and additionally pose a question about the level of information in society.

None of the findings of the Amsterdam Assembly has excited more interest than that which calls upon the Church to refuse to identify itself with either Communism or laissez-faire Capitalism. On the one hand this finding has brought the World Council of Churches into bad odour with big business circles in America: on the other hand it has caused a certain quiet rejoicing among British Socialists. It is not surprising that Labour supporters in Britain should claim to have the desired solution intermediate between Communism and Capitalism. What is surprising, however, is that some churchmen appear to be inclined to agree. Without being an opponent of Labour one may question the wisdom of such easy acceptance of its views. Would it not be wiser for churchmen to recall the social teaching of the Church in earlier ages and seek there the inspiration for new creative solutions?

The limitation of women’s opportunities in the activities of the performing arts in the past were opportunities associated with the regulation norms in the foundations of Minangkabau customs. Within the social order, Minangkabau custom placed a woman as a person having the autonomy known as Bundo Kanduang, a perfect woman that should be the model for her descendants, the light in the village, the one who can keep the beauty of the country. The article examines sociality as a precondition for becoming a system of social relation and communication, public opinion, and collective beliefs in the virtual space. It is argued that the essence of the social is virtual, such as social roles and hierarchies, habitus and rituals, institutions, and others. It is defined the way of understanding virtual reality as a special communicative space where take place a tendency to the disappearance of personal and public, ethnic and social, or cultural factors of differentiation. Instead, the sociality of cyberspace produces an effective model of social cooperation, which serves as an embodiment of utopian concepts of social order. Following the principles and emphases of interpretation, the problem of sociality in the virtual space determines ways of solving a wide circle of political, economic, ethnic, global, and ecological problems. The sociality of virtual space is characterized by anonymity, intensity, and operationality of its manifestation and influence. Such transformations are explained by the general aggressive nature of Infospace and the pursuit of subjectivity to the maximum of selfactualization. These characteristics emphasize the measurement of new challenges to society’s security and well-being on a global scale.
