This study aims to examine the effect of leverage and company size on firm value, which in this study uses the Price to Book Value (PBV) measure which is a ratio that indicates whether the valuation is overvalued (above or below the valuation (below the book value of shares is the stock price can be traded) Firm value is one of the indicators of company performance appraisal in general. In addition, company value is also a consideration for investors who will invest. The population in this study is the mining and agricultural sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (BEI) 2013-2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, namely the selection of samples based on certain criteria according to what the researchers wanted. The number of samples used in this study were 7 (seven) companies with six years of observation, so that 42 data were selected. observation.Data used is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive statistics and panel data analysis. The software used for data processing is Eviews 2010 and excel. The test results show that, only the leverage variable has an effect and is in accordance with the theory, this is because the company data used has a large difference in total assets.Keywords: Price to Book Value, Firm Value, Leverage, Company Size

Every company, especially companies that have gone public have value. The value that is owned by the company is a perception that comes from investors to the level of achievement of the success of a company in managing various resources that are controlled and owned which is reflected in the stock price of the company in the market. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, capital structure, company size, and dividend policy on firm value. The companies in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period of 2015 to 2018. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2015-2018. The research sample of 11 companies. The technique used in the sampling of this study used a purposive sampling technique. In this study secondary data was obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and testing using the classic assumption test. Testing the research hypothesis using multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2 test). The results showed that simultaneous profitability, capital structure, company size, and dividend policy significantly influence the value of manufacturing companies. Partially, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value, and dividend policy has positive and not significant effect on firm value.

High firm value will increase the prosperity of shareholders. The higher the stock price, the higher the firm value could be. Generally investors will hand over its management to the professionals to achieve the company’s goal which is to increase the firm values. This study aims to examine the influence of institutional ownership, the competence of board of commissioners and the quality of auditor on firm values. The analyzed data is secondary data, taken from financial statements and annual reports of companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2015. The sample selection determined by using purposive sampling technique, 48 companies were acquired. Multiple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data. The results showed that institutional ownership, the competence of board of commissioners and the quality of auditor have positive effects on firm values.

<em>This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio and return on assets of stock price on food and beverages sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used secondary data, with samples 9 food &amp; beverages companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period 2016-2018. Independent variables in this study are debt to equity ratio and return on assets. This study used purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis. Based on results of the study, only debt to equity ratio have no significant effect on stock price. Meanwhile, the F test result shows that Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Assets jointly have  effect on stock price.</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Return on Equity (ROE) on the value of the company or Price to book value (PBV) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of this research is quantitative research. The Data on this research is secondary data derived by collectin from literature and documentation. The sample in this study is 16 companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2017 period. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. To analyze the data using a panel data regression test with software Eviews 9. The results of the analysis show that a partial debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant impact on firm value (PBV), while dividend payout ratio and return on equity have no significant impact on company value (PBV). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.9378 or 93.78%. This shows that 93.78% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by the debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio and return on equity. While the remaining 6.22% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by other factors. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to equity ratio (DER), divident payout ratio (DPR) dan  return on equity (ROE)  terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to book value) (PBV) di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probality sampling. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan uji regresi panel dengan software eviews 9.  Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukkan dalam analisis menunjukkan debt to equity  ratio secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), sedangkan dividend payout ratio dan return on equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,9378 atau sebesar 93,78%.  Ini menunjukkakn bahwa 93,78%  nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio dan.  return on equity.  Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6,22% nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

<p>This is an event study aims to determine the influence of political connections to firm value as measured by cumulative abnormal return on non-financial sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used secondary data in the form of stock price and annual financial statement obtained the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, Indonesian Capital Market Directory, and other relevant sources. In sampling technique, purposive sampling method is used where 272 non-financial sector companies are selected. The data is examined by using multiple linear regression to measure the influence of political connections on firm value. The findings of this study revealed that political connections have an effect on firm value as measured by cumulative abnormal return on non-financial sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.</p>

The purpose of the study was to determine whether there are effects of investment decision, company size, funding decision, and on deviden policy toward firm value. This type of research is correlational research, with quantitative research. This study uses secondary data taken from the IDX website data. The sample used in this study proved 40 companies consisting of the mining sector registered on the Stock Exchange during the period from 2015-2018. The sampling technique selected with certain criteria by using purposive sampling method. While the data analysis method used was the descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis with an analysis tool using SPSS 22. The result of this study show that investment decision, company size, funding decision, and dividen policy are not significant to the value of the company.Keywords: Invesment Decision; Company Size; Funding Decision; Dividend Policy; Firm ValueTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi, ukuran perusahaan, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 perusahaan yang terdiri dari sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat analisis menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keputusan investasi, ukuran perusahaan, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Keputusan Investasi; Ukuran Perusahaan; Keputusan Pendanaan; Kebijakan Dividen; Nilai Perusahaan.

The purpose of this research is to empirically test and analyze the influence of dividend payout ratio, current ratio, return on asset, firm size, debt to equity ratio and asset growth. The object of this research is food and beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016 period. The sample consisting of 7 companies, was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The research data is secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this research showed that current ratio, return on asset, firm size, debt to equity ratio influence the firm value, while dividend payout ratio and asset growth have no influence on firm value.

This research is a quantitative study that examines the factors that affect the value of the company in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dependent variable in this study is firm value. While the independent variables in this study are profitability, leverage, and size. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in th 2015-2018 period with a total of 47 companies. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling. The type of data used is secondary data and data analysis method used is panel data analysis method using e-views program 10. The sample used in this study amounted to 18 mining companies listed on the stock exchange. The results of the evaluation panel data analysis using a significance level of 0.05 indicate profitabilits has effect on firm value, while leverage and size have no effectt on firm value.

Company value is the price that prospective buyers are willing to pay if the company is sold. Company value is defined as market value. Because the value of the company can provide maximum prosperity for shareholders if the company's stock price increases. The higher the stock price, the higher the shareholder prosperity. This study aims to find out how much influence solvency, profitability, and liquidity have on firm value. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of companies sampled in this study were 35 companies so that the total sample of the study was 105 observations. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are still many variables outside the study that can explain the value of the company. The coefficient of determination is 0.495, which means 49.5% of the company's value is influenced by these variables, while the rest is explained by other variables. Based on the results it can be concluded that solvency, profitability, and liquidity have a significant effect on firm valueKeywords: Solvency, Profitability, Liquidity, and Firm Value

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value.
