The purpose of the study was to determine whether there are effects of investment decision, company size, funding decision, and on deviden policy toward firm value. This type of research is correlational research, with quantitative research. This study uses secondary data taken from the IDX website data. The sample used in this study proved 40 companies consisting of the mining sector registered on the Stock Exchange during the period from 2015-2018. The sampling technique selected with certain criteria by using purposive sampling method. While the data analysis method used was the descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis with an analysis tool using SPSS 22. The result of this study show that investment decision, company size, funding decision, and dividen policy are not significant to the value of the company.Keywords: Invesment Decision; Company Size; Funding Decision; Dividend Policy; Firm ValueTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi, ukuran perusahaan, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari website data BEI. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 perusahaan yang terdiri dari sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat analisis menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keputusan investasi, ukuran perusahaan, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Keputusan Investasi; Ukuran Perusahaan; Keputusan Pendanaan; Kebijakan Dividen; Nilai Perusahaan.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 19 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Investor perception of the company as seen from the Firm Value, much factors can affect Firm Value, but the authors only examine three variables, namely Leverage (DAR), Profitability (ROA), and Company Size = Ln (Total assets). This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Leverage (DAR), Profitability (ROA), and Firm Size on Firm Value of manufacturing companies of the basic and chemical industry. The population in this study is manufacturing companies of the basic and chemical industry which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016 - 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, based on the sampling criteria has succeeded in gathering 31 of 76 companies manufacturing basic and chemical sectors. The results showed that the Leverage variable had no effect on Firm Value, the Profitability variable had an effect on Firm Value, and the Firm Size variable had an effect on Firm Value. Persepsi Investor terhadap suatu perusahaan dilihat dari Nilai Perusahaan, Banyak faktor yang bisa mempengaruhi Nilai Perusahaan, tetapi penulis hanya meneliti tiga variabel yaitu Leverage (DAR), Profitabilitas (ROA), dan Ukuran Perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Leverage (DAR), Profitabilitas (ROA), dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria sampling telah berhasil mngumpulkan 31 dari 76 perusahaan manufaktur sektor dasar dan kimia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, variabel Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan variabel Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

Investors have a goal to get maximum returns by anticipating the impact they will face in the future. In this study the return meant is dividend policy. There are 4 factors that influence dividend policy, namely: (1) debt policy, (2) liquidity, (3) company size, (3) profitability. This type of research is causative with secondary data, where this study analyzes how the influence of one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is the determination of the cellphone and population based on the criteria desired by the researcher in order to obtain a representative sample according to the criteria. The object of this study is a company listed on the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a period of 2013-2016. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) debt policy has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy in the LQ-45 index company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, (2) liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-index companies 45 which are listed on the IDX in 2013-2016, (3) the size of the company has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, and (4) Profitability has a negative and not significant effect on policy dividends on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016.Keyword: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Liquidity, Company Size, and Profitability

This research is to analyze and determine the contribution of factor funding decisions, the size of the company, the company's profit and risk based capital simultaneously and partially to the company's value. The approach used is The correlation between variables, while the sampling technique is purposive sampling were selected based on certain criteria as much as 10 insurance companies listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange in parentheses period of 7 years. The data used is secondary data that is accessed from the JSE's website, and the methods of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study found that the funding decision does not significantly increase the value of the company, while the size of the company and the company's profit as well as partial risk-based capital has a positive and significant effect in increasing the value of the company. Then simultaneously discovered all the observed variables have contributed simultaneously to enhance shareholder value. This means that, to increase the value of the company, it needed the funding decision is effective and efficient, the size of the company and the company's profit and risk-based capital.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan yang signifikan ukuran perusahaan antara PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk. Penelitian komparatif, populasi penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan PT TERKOMSEL TBK selama 22 tahun dari tahun 1997-2018 dan PT XL AXIATA TBK yaitu selama 18 tahun dari tahun 1999-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Sampel penelitian ini selama 5 tahun dari 2014-2018 terdaftar di bursa saham. Jenis data penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas data dan independent sample t-test. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Ukuran Perusahan pada PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk. berdasarkan nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,010 sehingga nilai signifikan 0,000 > 0, 05, maka Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima yang menyatakan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara Ukuran Perusahaanpada PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk.AbstractThis study aims to find out how big a significant difference in company size between PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk. Comparative research, the population of this study is the data of PT TERKOMSEL TBK's financial statements for 22 years from 1997-2018 and PT XL AXIATA TBK for 18 years from 1999-2018. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. This research sample for 5 years from 2014-2018 was listed on the stock exchange. Types of quantitative research data with secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses normality test data and independent sample t-test. The analysis shows that the Company Size variable at PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk. based on the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.010 so that a significant value of 0,000> 0, 05, Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted stating that there is no significant difference between Company Size at PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, company size and dividend policy on firm value in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. In this study the Company Values measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV). This research method using descriptive analysis. The technique used is purposive sampling technique, so found 14 Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2018 period. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the variables of profitability, liquidity, and dividend policy affects the value of the company, while the company size and leverage variables do not affect the value of the company.

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage and company size on firm value, which in this study uses the Price to Book Value (PBV) measure which is a ratio that indicates whether the valuation is overvalued (above or below the valuation (below the book value of shares is the stock price can be traded) Firm value is one of the indicators of company performance appraisal in general. In addition, company value is also a consideration for investors who will invest. The population in this study is the mining and agricultural sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (BEI) 2013-2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, namely the selection of samples based on certain criteria according to what the researchers wanted. The number of samples used in this study were 7 (seven) companies with six years of observation, so that 42 data were selected. observation.Data used is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive statistics and panel data analysis. The software used for data processing is Eviews 2010 and excel. Every company, especially companies that have gone public have value. The value that is owned by the company is a perception that comes from investors to the level of achievement of the success of a company in managing various resources that are controlled and owned which is reflected in the stock price of the company in the market. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, capital structure, company size, and dividend policy on firm value. The companies in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period of 2015 to 2018. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2015-2018. The research sample of 11 companies. The technique used in the sampling of this study used a purposive sampling technique. In this study secondary data was obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and testing using the classic assumption test. Testing the research hypothesis using multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2 test). The results showed that simultaneous profitability, capital structure, company size, and dividend policy significantly influence the value of manufacturing companies. Partially, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value, and dividend policy has positive and not significant effect on firm value.

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value.
