This research applied sctructural equation modelling (SEM-AMOS) withtotal of 126 respondentsowners of  SMEs in Indonesia. Metodhs used is non probability purposive sampling. Conclusion of this research were: market orientation and startegic innovationhave positive correlationstoward SMEs' performancein Indonesia; secondly: market orientation and strategic innovation have no positive correlation toward SMEs' performance in Indonesia mediated by competitive advantge which contradicted previous reserach (Taufik, 2018).

This research analyzes the work of marketing in Convection Business in Kudus Disctrict,particularly in the competitiveness of its Micro, Small and Medium business (UKM). UKM does serve animportant role in economy development, since it provides job opportunities, as well as opens new field ofjobs. It is particularly true in Convection Business UKM, because it has a very competitive market or redocean (already existed in the market). This research tries to analyze how various strategy variables,which are innovation abilities, market orientation, and entrepreneurship orientation through competitiveadvantage can significatly improve marketing performance in Convection Business in Kudus District. Theresearch collects the samples from 194 Convection business users in Kudus District. This research basesits analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). It gets a conclusion that innovation abilities,market orientation, entrepreneurship orientation and competitive advantage do give direct contributiontoward marketing performance, while innovation abilities, market orientation and entrepreneurshiporientation through competitive advantage do give indirect contribution toward marketing performance

The Srikandi Organizer arranges, prepares, and creates wedding parties in Surabaya, Indonesia. The purpose of this research was to formulate a blue ocean strategy as a competitive advantage that could be applied at The Srikandi Organizer. This research used descriptive qualitative research methods. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, observation and from the literature. Purposive sampling was used. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with four selected informants: two founding members of the company, one client of the company, and one competitor of the company. This study evaluated the Business Model Canvas, Canvas Strategy and Four Action Framework to determine the blue ocean strategy of The Srikandi Organizer. The blue ocean strategy gave a competitive advantage to The Srikandi Organizer by innovating in arranging bundling packages with other wedding event vendors and making attractive promo packages. Abstrak: Gereja Kristen Protestan Simalungun (GKPS) mengambil peran didalam membentuk, mendidik, dan mencerdaskan anak-anak bangsa dengan mendirikan Yayasan Pendidikan GKPS. Dalam melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawab tersebut Yayasan Pendidikan GKPS mempunyai berbagai strategi untuk boleh bersaing dengan yayasan pendidikan lainnya. Untuk itu perlu adanya suatu pendekatan internal yang meliputi sumber daya (resource) dan kapabilitas (capability) Yayasan Pendidikan GKPS yang dapat menciptakan keunggulan bersaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui strategi Resources Based View (RBV) dalam peneglolaan Yayasan Pendidikan GKPS, (2) Mengindentifikasi resources dan capability apa yang dimiliki oleh Yayasan Pendidikan GKPS dikaitkan dengan peluang dan ancaman dengan menggunakan kerangka analisis VRIO (Valuable, Rare, Inimitable, Organization) dalam menghadapi persaingan, (3) Mengetahui kondisi resources dan capability dalam bisnis di Yayasan Pendidikan GKPS dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin tinggi di masa sekarang maupun yang akan datang dengan menggunakan analisis VRIO (Valuable, Rare, Inimitable, Organization). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Yayasan Pendidikan GKPS. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan penentuan informan secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Yayasan Pendidikan GKPS memiliki sebanyak 13 sumber daya serta kapabilitas sebanyak 7 jenis berpotensi sebagai keunggulan kompetitif. Hasil analisis memberikan hasil bahwa Yayasan pendidikan GKPS memiliki resources dan capabilities yang masih berada pada kategori competitive parity dan temporary competitive advantage, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan formulasi strategi yang tepat untuk menjadikan resources dan capabilities tersebut menjadi Suistanable competitive advantage.  Kata kunci: Resource Based View (RBV), VRIO, Sumber daya, Kapabilitas

<p><em>Pre-school age is particularly vulnerable to the effects of stress and fear during hospitalization. Children under the age of 6 are less able to think about an event as a whole, have not been able to determine behavior that can overcome the fear based on experience ever experienced and coping strategies ever done. The aims of this research to know correlation family support with child anxious response during infusion. This study was a quantitative with correlation study using cross sectional method. There were 51 respondents participated in this research. Data were collected through observation with purposive sampling technique. Then, data were analysed through univariate and bivariate. The result of univariate statistic test revealed that as much as 64.7% had good family support and 56.9% experienced an anxious response during infusion. The result of  bivariate statistic test showed that there was a positive correlation with moderate strength between family support and child's anxious response during infusion. This riset showed that families should provide support when children experience fear, anxiety and pain during infusion.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Usia pra sekolah sangat rentan terhadap efek stress dan ketakutan selama rawat inap. Anak- anak dibawah usia 6 tahun kurang mampu berpikir tentang suatu peristiwa secara keseluruhan, belum bisa menentukan perilaku yang dapat mengatasi ketakutan berdasarkan pengalaman yang pernah dialami dan strategi koping yang pernah dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi dukungan keluarga dengan respon cemas anak saat pemasangan infus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif studi korelatif dengan metode <em>cross secsional</em>. Sebanyak 51 responden terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara <em>purposive sampling. </em>Analisis data dilakukan secara <em>univariat </em>dan<em> bivariat. </em>Dari hasil uji statistik univariat diketahui sebanyak 64,7% memiliki dukungan keluarga baik dan 56,9% mengalami respon cemas saat pemasangan infus. Hasil uji statistik bivariat menunjukkan ada korelasi positif dengan kekuatan sedang antara dukungan keluarga dengan respon cemas anak saat pemasangan infus. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keluarga sebaiknya memberikan dukungannya pada saat anak mengalami ketakutan, kecemasan dan rasa nyeri pada saat pemasangan infus.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>

A globalização e a turbulência de mercado exigem que as organizações busquem estratégias para a vantagem competitiva. Neste contexto, a gestão do conhecimento visa a criação, transferência e circulação do conhecimento nas organizações, bem como o investimento no capital intelectual. No entanto, a orientação para o mercado defende uma cultura orientada para o cliente, a fim de oferecer-lhes produtos de maior valor agregado de forma eficiente e efetiva. Perante o exposto, este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a influência da gestão do conhecimento e da orientação para o mercado sobre a vantagem competitiva em 426 empresas de comércio e serviços do Sul do Brasil. A metodologia utilizada tratou-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa, por meio da análise fatorial exploratória e regressão linear múltipla. Os resultados destacam que tanto a gestão do conhecimento, como a orientação para o mercado estão positivamente relacionadas com a vantagem competitiva.

The growth of business in food & beverage makes the effort in this industry turn out to be more strictly competitive. Ice cream becomes one of the products which mayinterest new entrepreneurs in food & beverage. The newcomers put much effort tocreate the authenticity and difference from others in order to seize the attention of icecream lovers from the prior merchants. This research aims at investigating theinfluence of perceived authenticity towards people’s purchase intention from therestaurant image and positive emotion in Zangrandi Cafe on Yos Sudarso Street,Surabaya. The research took 150 customers as the samples who fulfilled therequirements such as not less than 17 years old, having tasted the ice cream inZangrandi Cafe on Yos Sudarso Street, Surabaya, having tried the ice cream inZangrandi Cafe on Yos Sudarso Street, Surabaya once in the last 3 months at least.The data gathering method used in this research is purposive sampling. Meanwhile,Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is employed as a data analyzing technique.The results show that (1) Perceived Authenticity positively and significantly bringsinfluence towards Restaurant Image, (2) Perceived Authenticity positively andsignificantly brings influence towards Positive Emotion, (3) Restaurant Imagepositively and significantly brings influence towards Positive Emotion, (4) RestaurantImage positively and significantly brings influence towards Purchase Intention, (5)Positive Emotion positively and significantly brings influence towards PurchaseIntention, (6) also Perceived Authenticity positively and significantly brings influencetowards Purchase Intention.

Berangkat dari sebuah fenomena yang berupa sebagian besar unsur pimpinan puskesmas di Kabupaten Bangkalan dijabat oleh pihak yang berkopetensi fungsional (dokter), sedangkan regulasi menyatakan bahwa kepala puskesmas harus seorang sarjana dibidang kesehatan yang kurikulum pendidikannya mencakup kesehatan masyarakat, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh instrumen implementasi kebijakan dan keterlibatan aktor terhadap kebijakan publik.Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian survey dengan rancangan explanatory research dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 138 responden. Responden kepala dinas kesehatan dan pegawai dinas kesehatan, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, serta LSM yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling dan pegawai puskesmas yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling acak (area random sampling). Untuk menguji pola hubungan yang dibangun peneliti menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program SPSS (statistical program for the social science) versi 20.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Semakin tersedia instrumen implementasi kebijakan publik, semakin bagus pula kebijakan dalam pengelolaan puskesmas; 2. Semakin tinggi keterlihatan aktor, semakin bagus pula kebijakan publik tentang pengelolaan puskesmas; 3. Semakin bagus implementasi kebijakan publik, semakin bagus pula revitalisasi puskesmas; 4. Semakin bagus kebijakan publik, semakin bagus pula revitalisasi publik; 5. Semakin tepat penempatan pejabat, semakin bagus pula revitalisasi puskesmas.

Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK RI) mengembangkan sistem informasi (SI) e-audit dengan strategi me-link and match-kan e-BPK dan e-auditee. SI e-audit mendorong pelaksanaan pemeriksaan laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan negara dilakukan secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Namun, data statistik menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 70% program perubahan yang sifatnya second order mengalami kegagalan. Kegagalan tersebut terjadi akibat besarnya resistansi dari berbagai pihak yang terdampak oleh perubahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan Model Keberhasilan dan Keberlangsungan Kinerja Terbaik (MK3T) Sistem Informasi. Model ini diperlukan untuk menjamin bahwa SI yang dibangun BPK RI akan berjalan dan mempunyai kinerja optimal dalam jangka panjang. Model tersebut dikembangkan berdasar kombinasi antara model organization health index (OHI) dan model DICE. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode campuran, diawali dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Responden dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling, yaitu para pemeriksa di BPK RI. 100 sampel memenuhi syarat untuk dilakukan pengolahan data statistik dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) SmartPLS versi 2.0. Lima elemen yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan dan keberlangsungan kinerja SI e-audit, yaitu: leadership, culture & climate, capabilities, motivation, innovation & learning. Nilai t-statistik lima elemen tersebut adalah 2,38; 2,00; 2,36; 2,22; 3,10. Nilai tersebut lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 95% (α:0,05=1,96) yang merupakan batas nilai pengaruh sebuah variabel untuk dinyatakan berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstrak : Local food can be a competitive advantage to develop the region by utilizing existing natural resources. Meranti and Bengkalis regencies in Riau province have a great opportunity to develop regional competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to develop strategies for developing competitive advantage through local food. The object of this study was all local MSMEs in Meranti and Bengkalis Regency who were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using IFAS and EFAS analysis and SWOT 8K analysis. The results of this study found several options for developing regional competitive advantage strategies, namely stabilization strategies. Abstraksi : Makan lokal daerah dapat menjadi keunggulan bersaing untuk mengembangkan daerahnya dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada. Kabupaten Meranti dan Bengkalis di provinsi Riau memiliki peluang yang besar untuk mengembangkan keunggulan bersaing daerahnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyusun strategi pengembangan keunggulan bersaing melalui makanan lokal daerah. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM makan lokal di Kabupaten Meranti dan Kabupaten Bengkalis yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis IFAS dan EFAS serta analisis SWOT 8K. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa pilihan strategi pengembangan keunggulan bersaing daerah yaitu strategi stabilisasi.
