Abstrak : Local food can be a competitive advantage to develop the region by utilizing existing natural resources. Meranti and Bengkalis regencies in Riau province have a great opportunity to develop regional competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to develop strategies for developing competitive advantage through local food. The object of this study was all local MSMEs in Meranti and Bengkalis Regency who were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using IFAS and EFAS analysis and SWOT 8K analysis. The results of this study found several options for developing regional competitive advantage strategies, namely stabilization strategies. Abstraksi : Makan lokal daerah dapat menjadi keunggulan bersaing untuk mengembangkan daerahnya dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada. Kabupaten Meranti dan Bengkalis di provinsi Riau memiliki peluang yang besar untuk mengembangkan keunggulan bersaing daerahnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyusun strategi pengembangan keunggulan bersaing melalui makanan lokal daerah. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM makan lokal di Kabupaten Meranti dan Kabupaten Bengkalis yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis IFAS dan EFAS serta analisis SWOT 8K. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa pilihan strategi pengembangan keunggulan bersaing daerah yaitu strategi stabilisasi.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. This study aims to determine the influence of the Sharia Supervisory Board and the Board of Commissioners on the Financial Performance of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. This study used secondary data from 12 banks.The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression.The results partially show that the sharia supervisory board and board of commissioners positively and significantly influence the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Main Components

One of the main reasons people getting married is because of the love and commitment that is shared with the partner. Sternberg (in Taylor, dkk, 2009), explained that love has three main components, namely intimacy, passion and commitment. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in intimacy, passion and commitment in married women judging from length of marriage. The theory used to explain intimacy, passion and commitment in this study is the Triangular Theory love proposed by Sternberg (1986). This study was conducted at 402 married women. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection devices are questionnaire, in the form of the triangular theory of love scale (STLS) adapted by the authors, with the reliability of the scale is 0.956. The results of the data analysis with the Kruskal Wallis technique, obtained value of Asymp. Significance is 0.026 (p < 0.05). The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant differences of intimacy, passion and commitment in married women judging from the length of marriage.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of profitability, capital structure, and asset structure positively to the stock price on manufacture companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research samples have been selected by using purposive sampling technique to the 62 manufacture companies have been published the financial statement and active stocks which have been traded at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 – 2016 periods with the amount of 186 data which have yet to be the research sample criteria.The data analysis has been carried out by using multiple linier regressions analysis. The results of the study found out that capital structure has a positive influence on stock price means that the high capital structure influences shareholder decisions in increasing stock price. Profitability has a significant positive influence on stock price means that every increase in the profitability of a food and beverages company, it causes the stock price will increase. And asset structure have a positive influence on stock price means to indicate that every increase in asset structure of manufacture company, it causes that stock price will increase.

Cohesive devices in a piece of writing serve to unify sentences within a text. Building upon Halliday and Hasan’s (1976) Cohesion in English, this study aimed to identify and classify cohesive devices and also to discover the effects of cohesion overuse and underuse found in synopsis writings written for Book Report 1 and Book Report 2 assignment. The data were collected from 40 synopsis writings produced by the 4th and 5th semester students of English Study Program of Universitas Gadjah Mada. The data analysis applied a qualitative method and the data collection used purposive sampling technique. The findings showed that reiteration was the most prominently used type and followed by reference, conjunction, and collocation with the frequency 2,193 (56.94%), 1,405 (36.48%), 64 (2.92%), and 252 (6.54%) times respectively. Other types with low occurrences were elliptical and substitutional cohesion that occurred 3 (0.078%) and 2 (0.051%) times respectively. In some cases, students tended to overuse and underuse cohesive devices. In terms of cohesion overuse, in some cases, the use of reiteration leading to lexical redundancy and monotonous sentences. And in cohesion underuse, the lack of using personal reference and temporal conjunction yielding ineffective and less cohesive sentences. This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

The research purpose was determined the effect of renumeration, obedience to the rules, and motivation to the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) remuneration has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 2) obedience to the rules has no significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 3) motivation has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 4) remuneration, obedience to the rules, and motivation simultaneously has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Jatiluwih tourist attraction have a big opportunity to be an ecotourism object. Ecotourism can mix both between natural and cultural conservation with local participation. So important to do a research on the potential of ecotourism in the village and to the principle of ecotourism. Data colectiom technique by observation, interviews and study literature. Technique the determination of informants by purposive sampling. Technique data analysis in this research by Miles and Huberman models. Jatiluwih Village have natural and cultural potential. Based on nine ecotourism principle and criteria, Jatiluwih Village have met six ecotourism principle and criteria. This study aims to determine the extent to which the variable store image, trust and brand recognition influences the purchase intention of consumers at SME’s in Malang city. The location of research are two shops in the Sanan area that produce tempe chips, two stores in the Pandanwangi area that produce corn chips, one store in the Polowijen area and one store in Ciliwung that produces fruit chips. The population is all consumers that can’t known with certainty. Samples are consumers who visited in six stores. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data analysis using SEM GSCA. The results of this study are (1) store image has a positive not significant correlation on trust; (2) store image has a positive significant correlation on purchase intention; (3) store image has a positive significant correlation on brand recognition; (4) brand recognition has a positive significant correlation on trust; (5) brand recognition has a positive not significant correlation on purchase intention; (6) trust has a positive significant correlation on purchase intention; (7) store image has a positive significant correlation on purchase intention through in trust.

This research uses a quantitative approach using descriptive methods. The population of this research is all stocks that are included in the largest market capitalization for the period January - March 2020 with a total of 50 shares. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method, so that 28 stocks were obtained as the research sample. The variables of this research are stock price, JCI, Bi 7-Day Repo Rate, Return, Risk, Selected Shares and Proportion of Funds. The data analysis method used in this study is the Single Index Model. Based on the research results, it is concluded that there are 3 stocks that meet the criteria for optimal portfolio formation and the proportion of funds for each of these stock, namely PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk. (FASW) 53.40%, 45.48% stock of PT. Bayan Resources Tbk. (BYAN) by 45.48% and stock of PT. Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk. (POLL) by 1.12%. The implication of this research is to provide an overview or information for investors about the advantages and disadvantages of Islamic stocks during the Covid-19 pandemic.   Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh saham yang masuk dalam kapitalisasi pasar terbesar periode Januari – Maret tahun 2020 dengan jumlah 50 saham. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehhingga diperoleh 28 saham sebagai sampel penelitian. Variabel penelitian ini adalah harga saham, IHSG, Bi 7-Day Repo Rate, Return, Risiko, Saham Terpilih dan Proporsi Dana. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Model Indeks Tunggal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan, bahwa terdapat 3 saham yang memenuhi kriteria pembentukan portofolio optimal dan besar proporsi dana masing-masing saham tersebut, yakni saham PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk. (FASW) sebesar 53,40%, 45,48% saham PT. Bayan Resources Tbk. (BYAN) sebesar 45,48% dan saham PT. Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk. (POLL) sebesar 1,12%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran atau informasi bagi para investor tentang potensi keuntungan dan kerugian saham syariah pada saat masa pandemi Covid-19.
