Objective: To investigate the effect of dual-perspective nursing intervention based on safety and comfort needs on the psychological status and safety quality of patients undergoing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Methods: A total of 100 patients who received MRI in our hospital from October 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases for each group. Routine nursing intervention was performed in the control group, and double-perspective nursing intervention based on safety and comfort needs in addition to routine nursing was performed in the observation group. Psychological status and examination of safety quality were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention. Meanwhile, the scores of early treatment of dangerous conditions, implementation of safety measures, prevention of accidental injuries, communication of safety information, education of safety knowledge, standardized examination and awareness of self-safety management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Dual-perspective nursing intervention based on safety and comfort needs is effective for patients undergoing MRI examination, which can improve the psychological status of patients and improve the quality of examination safety.

Purpose: Analyzing the nursing methods of patients with advanced tumor. Method: Choose 108 patients with advanced tumor from the patients of the hospital. according to the nursing 109 methods, each 54 patients are brought into the control group and the observation group respectively, which are given general nursing and hospic comprehensive nursing intervention measures, and use Self-rating depression scale (SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) to evaluate the psychological situations of the two groups before and after nursing, and to compare the life quality situations and nursing satisfaction rate of the two group patients after nursing. Results: there is no significant difference in psychological status between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05), but after nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference is significant (P<0.05), which is statistically significant. For the scores of the life quality, the observation group is higher than that of the control group, the difference is significant (P < 0.05), which is statistically significant. The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group is 96.30% (52/54), higher than that of the control group (74.07% (40/54)), and the difference is significant (P < 0.05), which is statistically significant. Conclusion: the comprehensive clinical nursing intervention method applying in nursing of patients with advanced tumors plays an important role to improve the psychological status of patients and enhance the life quality of patients and nursing satisfaction rate, which should be widely popularized in nursing practice.

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of pain nursing interventions for patients in ENT. Methods: The 200 ENT patients admitted from March 2018 to March 2020 were divided into observation group (n=100) and control group (n=100). The control group was used conventional clinical nursing methods, and the observation group received pain nursing intervention as a comparison with the control group. Results: The observation group had 83 cases, 14 cases and 3 cases of mild, moderate and severe pain, respectively, while the control group are of 43 cases, 43cases and 14 cases. Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the pain of patients after otolaryngology surgery, improve the quality of life of patients, and has high clinical value for application.

To study and analyze the actual clinical effect of nursing intervention in stem cell therapy for stroke patients. A total of 9 stroke patients treated with stem cell therapy in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research and analysis objects. All patients were divided into observation group 5 stroke patients and control group 4 stroke patients by random number method. Both groups of patients were treated with stem cell therapy. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods, and patients in the observation group were treated with nursing intervention methods. The treatment compliance, psychological status, quality of life and daily living ability before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. There were no significant differences in exercise training, disease monitoring and compliance with regular life between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05), and the patients in observation group were significantly better than those in control group after intervention (P < 0.05), with significant differences. There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05), and after intervention, the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in quality of life and ability of daily living between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05), and the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after intervention (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. The application of nursing intervention in stem cell therapy for stroke patients has a significant effect, which significantly improves the patient's compliance with the treatment, alleviates the negative emotions of patients, improves the psychological status of patients, improves the quality of life and daily living ability of patients, and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing.

Objective The study aim was to examine the effect of a psychological intervention on patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Participants in this prospective study were 205 patients with psoriasis vulgaris, 104 who received a psychological intervention (study group) and 101 who received routine nursing care (control group). An additional 291 healthy subjects formed a non-psoriasis group. The Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90), Generic Quality of Life Inventory (GQOLI), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) were used to evaluate psychological status and quality of life. Results There were significant differences in SCL-90 and GQOLI scores between the study and non-psoriasis groups. After treatment, the study group showed significantly improved scores on the SCL-90 and GQOLI compared with the control group. Scores on the SDS (mean ± standard deviation: 31.99 ± 4.54 vs. 44.08 ± 4.52) and SAS (28.36 ± 4.52 vs. 40.14 ± 6.33) were improved in the study group. In addition, patients in the study group showed higher satisfaction rate and compliance rate than those in the control group. Conclusion Psychological intervention may be beneficial for improving quality of life and the therapeutic efficacy of drugs in patients with psoriasis.

Objective — To conduct studies on the application effect of humanistic care in the operation room. Methods — A total of 90 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2021 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group based on the order of admission, with 45 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine surgical nursing, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with humanistic care on the basis of routine surgical nursing. Comparison was made in the application effect of the two groups. Results — The scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale in two groups demonstrated significant decreasing. The scores of the Self-Rating Depression Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale were significantly reduced in the two groups after psychological nursing intervention. Conclusions — Effective humanistic care can not only contributes to the relief of anxiety or depression and other unhealthy emotions of patients, but also serves as an important way to maintain a good doctor-patient relationship. Humanistic care has certain application value in clinical applications.

Objective. To explore the intervention effect of early goal-directed therapy (EGDT) combined with meticulous nursing on patients with posttraumatic sepsis. Methods. The data of 50 patients with posttraumatic sepsis undergoing EGDT in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group (n = 25) with routine nursing measures and observation group (n = 25) with meticulous nursing measures. The application effect of the two nursing modes was scientifically evaluated. Results. No statistical differences in general data were found between the two groups ( P > 0.05 ). After 6 h of intervention, the circulatory function, oxygenation function, and renal function of both groups were better than those before intervention, and central venous pressure (CVP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), blood oxygen (PaO2), oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2), central venous oxygen saturation (ScvO2), and urine volume in the observation group were notably higher than those in the control group ( P < 0.05 ). The heart rate (HR), serum creatinine (SCr), and blood lactic acid in the observation group were notably lower than those in the control group ( P < 0.05 ). The 28-day survival rate and quality of life after intervention in the observation group were notably higher than those in the control group, with obvious differences between the two groups ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion. Meticulous nursing intervention for patients with posttraumatic sepsis undergoing EGDT can effectively improve the body’s functional indexes, which is superior to the routine nursing in controlling the patients’ condition, improving the survival rate and quality of life after intervention, and ensuring the clinical treatment effect. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion.

Objective: To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of intestinal preparation in the process of intestinal preparation for hospitalized patients undergoing colonoscopy. Methods: A total of 320 patients underwent colonoscopy in our department from January to June 2021. They were grouped by random number table. There were 160 cases in the control group and 160 cases in the observation group. The adverse reactions of intestinal preparation and the cleanliness of intestinal preparation were analyzed. Results: Through comprehensive nursing intervention, it can be found that the incidence of adverse reactions in the preparation of colonoscopy in the control group was 24.38%, and that in the observation group was 13.48%. The results showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the preparation of colonoscopy was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), which indicates that the difference was statistically significant. In the control group, 105 people qualified in intestinal cleanliness score (> 5 points) during enteroscopy preparation, and the cleanliness qualification rate was 65.63%. In the observation group, 139 people qualified in intestinal cleanliness score (> 5 points) during enteroscopy preparation, and the cleanliness qualification rate was 86.88%. The cleanliness qualification rate of enteroscopy preparation was significantly higher than that of the control group, and P < 0.05, which indicates that the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the quality of preparation of patients for colonoscopy, improve the compliance of patients and improve the accuracy of examination effect.

Objective. To explore the influence of systematic nursing intervention on the life ability and quality of senile dementia patients. Methods. Total of 82 senile dementia patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into two groups according to the random number table, and the nursing intervention was analyzed. 41 patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, and 41 patients in the observation group were given systematic nursing intervention. Patients were assessed cognitively using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA). The Barthel index and SF-36 were used to evaluate the patients’ daily activity function and quality of life. A Symptom Checklist-90-Revised (SCL-90-R) was used to assess mental distress. The Social-Adaptive Function Rating Scale (SAFE) and Social Skills Inventory (SSC) were used to evaluate the patients’ social interaction ability before and after nursing intervention. Nursing satisfaction was distributed to patients in the form of a self-prepared nursing satisfaction questionnaire for scoring. Results. After the nursing intervention, the MoCA scores of patients in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing intervention, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group P < 0.05 . After the nursing intervention, the Barthel index scores of patients in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing intervention, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group P < 0.05 . After the nursing intervention, the SF-36 scores of patients in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing intervention, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group P < 0.05 . After nursing intervention, the SCL-90-R scores of patients in the two groups were lower than those before nursing intervention, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group P < 0.05 . After the nursing intervention, the SAFE scores of patients in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing intervention, and the safe scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group P < 0.05 . After the nursing intervention, the SSC scores of patients in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing intervention, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group P < 0.05 . After nursing intervention, the total satisfaction degree of the control group (80.49%) was lower than that of the observation group (97.56%) P < 0.05 . Conclusion. The implementation of systematic nursing intervention is conducive to improve the cognitive function, activity of life, and quality of life of senile dementia patients who have a positive effect, and nursing satisfaction is higher.

Objective: To explore the emotional impact of psychological nursing intervention on patients with malignant tumor radiotherapy, and further verify the specific application value of this nursing model in the oncology department. Methods: A total of 129 patients with tumor radiotherapy admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number method. Among them, 64 cases in the control group received routine clinical nursing. 65 cases in the observation group received psychological nursing intervention. Then, the clinical nursing effect, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, self-rating depression scale (SDS) score, immune function level change condition and clinical nursing satisfaction were compared under the two nursing modes, in order to fully verify the clinical application value of psychological nursing intervention mode for patients with cancer radiotherapy. Results: Comparing the clinical indexes of the two groups, SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. In terms of nursing satisfaction, the observation group is 96.92% and the control group is 90.62%, the difference was significant, and had clinical statistical significance (P < 0.05); After the comprehensive evaluation of the immune function of the two groups, it was found that the observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the mode of psychological nursing, medical staff can carry out precise psychological nursing intervention and nutritional nursing for patients according to the specific conditions and treatment process of patients, which can greatly promote the psychological stability of patients, significantly reduce patients’ negative emotions. In addition, the scientific implementation of psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of tumor radiotherapy patients can effectively strengthen the improvement of the immune function of patients, which has a very important application value to improve the physical function of patients, promotes the patient’s body rehabilitation, and is worth in the field of widespread application.

Objective: To explore the effects of health education based on mobile platform on cognitive function and quality of life of children with pneumonia. Methods: Eighty parents with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects. The parents of the control group received routine nursing intervention, and the parents of the observation group received health education intervention based on the mobile platform. After nursing, the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. The cognitive function and quality of life of the two groups were compared after nursing. The time of cough, dyspnea, shortness of breath and lung rales were compared between the two groups. The incidence of rash, abdominal pain, dizziness and headache and parents' satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the nursing effective rate of the observation group was significantly increased (P<0.05). The scores of cognitive function and quality of life in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly decreased (P<0.05). The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Health education based on mobile platform can effectively improve the cognitive function and quality of life of children with pneumonia, contribute to the early recovery of children, and has high clinical application value.
