This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's digital leadership on vocational teachers' reflection practice, mediated by the variables of trust, self-efficacy, and work involvement. This study uses path analysis with modeling using SEM (AMOS). The sample of this research is 637 (N=340 females and N=297 males) vocational high school teachers in Malang Raya, East Java, Indonesia. The researchers have used a purposive random sampling technique to meet the objectives of this research. The investigators have used a 86 item questionnaire to collect data on the studied variables. Based on the fit model's estimation, there is a direct and indirect relationship between the five variables used. The variables of trust, self-efficacy, and job involvement contributed significantly to intervening variables. It can be concluded that the moderating variable strengthens the framework for the relationship between digital leadership and teacher reflective practices. The new relationship formed is a direct contribution of digital leadership to work engagement with a magnitude of 0.120 and a direct relationship made between digital leadership and the reflective practice of teachers of 0.168. This relationship has a positive impact on teacher actions. These results indicate that the teacher appreciates the Principal's leadership, who both supports facilitates the learning process in using technology in the learning process. Moreover, teachers feel motivated and excited to reflect on their learning because of the leaders who have digital characters. The teacher considered leaders with digital personalities more open and tended to free them to manage the class.

This study aims to analyze students' entrepreneurial intention by using the theory of planned behavior (TPB) as the underlying frame of mind. The effect of entrepreneurial personal motivation on student entrepreneurial intention is the focus of this study. This study places entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) as mediators in the relationship between entrepreneurial personal motivation and entrepreneurial intention.Analysis of multiple mediators is used to reveal the direct and indirect relationship between entrepreneurial personal motivations towards student entrepreneurial intention. Participants in this study were vocational high school students aged 16 to 20 years who came from Temporary State Vocational School, Lumajang Regency, and East Java Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique use proportional random sampling. The sample size is 194 students. Data collection uses questionnaires. Development of instruments is done by adapting research instruments that have been developed by previous researchers.The results of the study show that entrepreneurial personal motivation towards student entrepreneurial intention has a positive and significant effect, both directly and indirectly. In recent years, many studies have been done to identify the factors that affect teacher emotions at schools. However, the empirical evidence on how teachers’ emotions influence students’ outcomes and performance is not extensive. Against this background, this study explored the correlation between teacher EI and student academic achievement and possible mechanisms may lie in this relationship. A sample of 365 Chinese teachers from 25 public middle schools participated in this study by completing measurements of teacher EI, teacher work engagement, and teacher self-efficacy. The student academic achievement was assessed by the grades of the previous term (February to June 2020) reported by the students. The results indicated that teacher work engagement partially mediated the path from teacher EI and student academic achievement. Moderated mediation further showed that teachers with high self-efficacy had a more significant positive impact on the relationship between teacher work engagement and student academic achievement than teachers with low self-efficacy. The limitations of this study were also discussed.

Abstract. This study aimed to investigate the relationship of employee strengths use with thriving at work by proposing a moderated mediation model. Data were collected at two time points, spaced by a 2-week interval. A total of 260 medical staff completed strengths use, perceived humble leadership, self-efficacy, and thriving scales. The results of path analysis showed that strengths use is positively related to thriving, and self-efficacy mediates the relationship of strengths use with thriving. In addition, this study also found perceived humble leadership to positively moderate the direct relationship of strengths use with self-efficacy and the indirect relationship of strengths use with thriving via self-efficacy. This study contributes to a better understanding of how and when strengths use affects thriving.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan hubungan self efficacy, coping stress dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa semester awal Program Studi Psikologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 60 orang. Tekhnik pengambilan data dengan cara purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah skala self efficacy dan skala coping stress. Untuk prestasi akademik data dikumpulkan dengan melihat indeks prestasi akademik (IPK) semester pertama. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) tidak ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara variabel self efficacy, coping stress dan prestasi akademik , (2) sumbangan prediktor (R2) self efficacy dan coping stress sebesar  2%, (3) rata-rata mahasiswa Program Studi Psikologi angkatan 2012 memiliki self efficacy yang tergolong tinggi, coping stress yang tergolong sedang dan prestasi akademik yang tergolong sedang.Kata kunci : self efficacy, coping stress, dan prestasi akademik  Aim to determine relationship between self efficacy, coping stress and achievement academic in first semester college student of Psychology Study Program of Medical Faculty of Lambung Mangkurat University. Method respondents as many as 60 first semester college students. Sampling technique by using purposive sampling. Data collection by using self efficacy scale, coping of stress scale and achievement academic indeks of first semester. Data analyzed by multiple regression. Results the relationship between self efficacy, coping of stress and achievement academic is not significant.. Self efficacy and coping of stress contribute 2% to achievement academic. Conclusion Odd semester college student in 2012 has high performance in self efficacy, middle in coping of stress and middle in achievement academic. Keywords: self efficacy, coping of stress, achievement academic

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy with anxiety facing matches in athletes at the Apac Inti soccer school. Anxiety will arise when faced with something new such as facing a match. Athletes who master physical, technical, and good tactics, but if an athlete's mind is disturbed by excessive negative things, it can interfere with concentration and not optimal in the competition, causing athletes to feel anxious. The population in this study were 40 male students of Apac Inti aged 15-18 years. This research uses a quantitative correlational method with saturated sampling technique. Based on the research results obtained correlation coefficient (r) = -0.547; p <0.05 and it can be concluded that there is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy with anxiety facing the match in athletes at Apac Inti soccer school.

Contemporary research on disorders in modern-day work environment marks burnout among employees in different professions as an important disorder with serious consequences. Practice has shown that recruiters are one of the professions frequently facing burnout. The relationship between burnout, work engagement and turnover intention has often been investigated in the literature. However, even though scholars are increasingly interested in these relationships in other professions, there is a growing need for studies evaluating the relationship between the three concepts among human resource (HR) professionals, particularly recruiters. Having this in mind, the aim of this study is to identify, understand and examine the relationship between burnout, engagement and turnover intention of recruiters in Serbia. The data was collected using an online questionnaire within a sample of 100 recruiters in Serbia. Copenhagen Burnout Inventory was used for measuring burnout, UWES-9 for measuring work engagement and TIS-6 for measuring turnover intention. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was used for evaluating the relationships between burnout, turnover intention and work engagement. The results of the research showed that work engagement has a negative impact on burnout and that burnout has a positive impact on turnover intention, while the relationship between work engagement and turnover intention was not confirmed. The correlation analysis confirmed all three examined relationships. The results largely support the findings from the literature for other professions confirming that employees who suffer from a high degree of burnout are more likely to have a turnover intention. Finally, the implications of these results and recommendations for organizations and recruiters themselves to prevent and decrease burnout are discussed. The findings of this study can make a contribution to the specific academic literature on burnout among recruiters and initiate further research on this topic of high interest.

Purpose This study aims to investigate the effect of organizational identification to employees’ innovative behavior, the mediating role of work engagement and the moderating role of creative self-efficacy in the relationship between organizational identification and employees’ innovative behavior. Design/methodology/approach This study adopted questionnaires to gather data. The sample of 289 employees working in diverse organizations in China was applied to examine the hypotheses. Findings The results indicates that organizational identification is positively related to employees’ innovative behavior and work engagement mediates the relationship between organizational identification and employees’ innovative behavior. In addition, creative self-efficacy enhances the relationship of work engagement and employees’ innovative behavior. Originality/value This study builds a system from psychological aspect to behavior, which includes the effect of individual cognition to explain the mechanism of organizational identification on employees’ innovative behavior.

In the workplace, a lack of promotion opportunities causes a hierarchical plateau for some employees, which can lead to decreased work engagement. Using conservation of resources theory, we proposed that employees' repetitive and circular reflection on their work identity (forgone work identity) would mediate the relationship between hierarchical plateau and work engagement. We also argued that promotion regulatory focus could serve as a moderator in this relationship. We collected data from 423 Chinese employees via an online survey conducted in two waves. Results showed that hierarchical plateau was negatively related to work engagement, and forgone identity dwelling mediated this relationship. Additionally, promotion regulatory focus moderated the indirect relationship, such that the mediating effect was significant only for employees with high promotion regulatory focus. These findings highlight the need to consider forgone work identity when examining the negative effects of a hierarchical plateau on work attitudes and behaviors.

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and work engagement and the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the POS–work engagement relationship.Design/methodology/approachA questionnaire survey was developed and distributed to a sample of primary school teachers drawn from the education industry.FindingsAnalysis of the data supports a strong positive relationship between the extent of POS and work engagement. This study also found that self-efficacy mediated the relationship between POS and work engagement.Research limitations/implicationsThis study has important implications for managers. First, it motivates managers, by providing justification for provision of support to employees for increased engagement at work. Based on the results of this study, POS is associated with enhanced work engagement levels. Second, evidence from this study illustrates to the organization the importance of developing an environment of support to further enhance work engagement. When employees do not acknowledge and feel supported from their respective organizations, work engagement levels may be sub-optimal. This research is limited, as the data were collected at one point of time, and this has implications for employees and organizations.Originality/valueThere is increasing recognition of the importance of POS in enhanced work engagement levels. Within this context, no previous research has empirically examined the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between POS and work engagement in the setting of primary education sector.

A second screen is defined as a second electronic device used by audience members while watching a television program. While second screen use during sport programming is on the rise, current understanding of second screen use and engagement is lacking. Thus, in an attempt to extend Niche Theory, the current study employs a structural equation model to further understanding of second screen use. Further, to better understand the outcome of second screen use, the current study examines the relationship between team identification, engagement, and self-efficacy with second screen use. Results suggest that engagement and self-efficacy both have a direct influence on attitude, whereas team identification and self-efficacy have a positive impact on engagement. Each of the hypothesized relationships is tested individually as well as in a theoretically constructed model of engagement and use.
