The profession that is always required to be creative, always innovating is one of the teachers. Current and future teacher professions are very heavy because not only academic competencies such as mastery of subject matter, expertise in designing, managing and evaluating learning with a variety of the latest methods, and skilled in using teaching aids and learning media; but also he must have the maturity and persistence of personality. Teacher professional improvement itself can actually be pursued through a number of ways, namely further study, inhouse training; Empowering subject teachers' deliberations (MGMP), empowering professional organizations, evaluating classroom performance, certification and competency tests. In addition, to take part in the rapid development of science and technology, there are a number of other competencies that teachers must have in the future. These competencies are lifelong learning, science and technology eruption, mastering English, skilled in carrying out classroom action research, communicating scientifically, being able to use and access information technology systems. Keywords: competence, in house training, future teacher challenges

The paper reveals the problem of the professional formation of a future teacher, training a teacher with a high intellectual level of self-awareness, being capable of conceptual thinking, creativity and being ready to independently managing one’s own professional activity, which will allow interacting more effectively with the learning environment, being an active subject of professional and pedagogical activity.

The article deals with the problem of professional training of future specialists of preschool education to professional activity, features of the value aspect in the process of professional training of the future teacher of preschool educational institution are highlighted, peculiarities of using poetic word as a means of formation of value orientations of future educators in the process of their vocational and pedagogical preparation are substantiated. The content of concepts "value orientations", "poetic word" is revealed. It is proved that despite modern advances in the field of science, technology and the realm of culture, along with innovations, in the arsenal of educational means a significant role belongs to the poetic word.

The article considers issues related to the concept of creativity, creative potential, creative abilities, creative process, recommendations for the development of creative potential of the future teacher of technology using methods, techniques and tools that generate new ideas for creativity. The analysis of methods of professional training of the modern specialist of educational branch is carried out. The necessity of using the competence approach which is aimed at training future teachers and consists in the acquisition and development of students during training a set of key, general and subject competencies that determine his successful professional activity. It is determined that in order to teach students creativity, the teacher must have a sufficient level of creative potential. Students majoring in "Technology", to a greater extent, have certain creative talents and abilities, motivation to learn new techniques and tools, and experience of creative activity, so the role of the teacher in practical classes to show new methods, techniques and means of creative activity, to expand the horizons of imagination and the limits of application of these methods in further professional activity, to prove to students the necessity and feasibility of developing their creative potential. In the educational field "Technology" (labor training) the use of the project method contributes to the formation of students' foundations of technological literacy, work culture, creative approach to solving tasks, learning different ways of processing materials and information. It is the use of non-standard methods of generating new ideas for creativity and activity at the first and especially the second stage (design) will give the greatest effect in the development of creative potential of future teachers of technological education. It is substantiated that the levels of creative preparation should not be used to assess the creative potential of students, but to take into account the teacher's opportunities for creative promotion of each student and a differentiated approach to using existing methods and techniques of involving students in the creative process.

Improvement of the educational process at the university and, in particular, training of future teachers for professional activity is one of the priorities among social and scientific problems. The specificity of modern education is rapid development of electronic learning environment which entails a change in the ways of interaction between all participants in the educational process. It is important for a future teacher to master experience of scientific and methodological support in the educational process through electronic resources in the absence of a direct contact with students and their parents even during the period of professional training for successful professional activity. The purpose of the article is the theoretical substantiation and development of the content, forms and methods of scientific and methodological electronic support for training of a future teacher in conditions of industrial practice. To achieve this goal, the research results of domestic and foreign scientists and teachers (Atanasyan, Bolbat, Davidson, Farros., etc.) reflecting the types and possibilities of electronic support of students are analyzed and systematized. They are software and electronic educational and methodological support, electronic assessment system. The problems and difficulties that arise among students in organizing remote forms of educational activities are concretized by means of a questionnaire based on the results of various types of industrial practices. They are primarily associated with difficulties in using modern digital technologies and electronic support resources, an insufficient level of digital competence. The conclusion that the need to implement scientific and methodological support of the educational process in digital educational environment actualizes the individual experience of using IT technologies and forms of e-learning and interaction by the future teacher is made. The formation of this experience is possible in conditions of a practice-oriented educational process, including performing the program of industrial practices.
