<div><em>The article presents the results of the study of the communicative competence of the politicians on the basis of the analysis of their messages on their official pages of the Facebook social network. The research used the following general scientific methods: descriptive and comparative, as well as analysis, synthesis and generalization. The quantitative content analysis method with qualitative elements was used to distinguish the peculiarities of information messages that provide communication of the deputies of Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament) on their official Facebook pages. Information messages have been analyzed by the following three criteria: subject matter, structure and language.</em></div><p> </p><p><em>For the first time the article draws a parallel between communicative competence and the ability to communicate with voters on the official pages of Facebook which is the most popular social network in Ukraine. As it is established, communicative competence in the analyzed cases is caused not by education, but by previous professional activity of a politician. The most successful and high-quality communication was from the current parliamentarian who worked as a journalist in the past. More than half of the messages that provided successful communication consisted of sufficiently structured short text and a video. The topic covers the activity of the parliamentarian in the Verkhovna Rada and in his district. More than half of the messages are spoken in the first person.</em></p><p><em>The findings of the study can be used in teaching such subjects as Political PR and Electronic PR, and may be of interest to politicians and their assistants.</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Key words:</em></strong><em> competence and competency, communicative competence, political discourse, official page of the deputy of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the Facebook social network, subject matter and structure of the information message, first-person narrative, correspondence of communication to the level of communicative competence.</em></p>

As a result of the rapid development of intercultural communication and global transformations taking place in the world in the 90s of the XX century, it became necessary to create a new personality with a new set of qualities and competencies that are urgently needed for the rational functioning in a multicultural world. For the successful performance of professional duties is not enough to be a specialist who knows job, today. Modern Ukrainian society needs educated professionals who can think critically and make decisions independently in a situation that requires a choice, that is, to be dynamic, mobile, creative. That is, the main feature of professional activity is its development, which requires constant updating and improvement of skills. Each specialist should acquire new knowledge and improve their skills, and, consequently, improve their professional qualities. According to research, professionals who are not engaged in improving professional competence, there comes a time in life when they have internal dissatisfaction with their activities and they need to improve professional skills, or even change their professional orientation. Given the large variety of information technologies at all educational levels, it is not difficult to improve your professional level, and mobile learning is a way to solve a number of educational problems today. In this regard, the relevance of communicative education of future police officers is increasing. After all, the need to train a competent police officer capable of effective professional activity in a multi-ethnic environment is a priority in the training of future police officers in the parameters of European standards. The socio-cultural aspect in the professional training of future police officers is not only the formation of communicative competence, but also the space of interpersonal relations, in which a holistic culture of the individual is formed. The article presents an analysis of the diagnostic results of the formation of communicative competence of the future police officer. The results demonstrate the levels of formation of communicative competence of future police officers in cognitive, emotional and behavioural components.

The author stresses that within modern education system, communicative competence is reflected in the ability to design and master new contents and technologies, capability to realize one»s professional mission and build creative interaction with the surrounding world. This article considers the problem of connection between the foreign language communicative and professional competence of a teacher. The purpose of the article is to clarification of the level of the teacher's foreign language communicative competence is; determination of the main criteria and indicators that affect the level of the teacher's foreign language communicative competence. The research methodology includes the use of the following methods: mathematical and statistical methods of data, analysis. It has been established that professional competence is understood as the unity of his theoretical and practical readiness for professional activity, has a communicative orientation, characterizes a set of professionally important qualities and characteristics. It was found that foreign language communicative competence is a complex of knowledge, abilities and skills, as well as the experience of their use, which gives the teacher the opportunity to effectively and productively use a foreign language for professional activities. The level of foreign language communicative competence of teachers was clarified. It is proved that foreign language communicative competence is an important and integral part of the professional competence of a foreign language teacher.

The article reveals the problems that appear in linguistics of the 21st century, in particular, in terminology in direction of forming foreign language competent specialists. The works focus on the issue of the modern state of Ukrainian terminology in the mining industry. In the study, it is analysed the original material, it is monitored the present thesauruses of the mining industry of different types as well as translated ones. The authors present in brief the short description of the basic achievement of Ukrainian terminography in the mining industry starting with the middle of the 19th century till the present.The scientists have clearly stated the dependence of the development of terminography in the field of Ukrainian mining on the lingual and extra-lingual factors. Particular attention is paid to the problem of the absence of mining dictionaries (both monolingual and multilingual) in modern linguistics, which undoubtedly negatively affects the process of formation of foreign language communicative competence of the specialists of the future mining industry. The relevance of the article isdue to the urgent need to provide students of institutions of higher education with new innovative technologies for the formation of foreign language communicative competence and the search for modern approaches during the educational process in the educational institutions of both mining and humanities profiles. After all, the 21st century requires specialists in any field of human activities (as well as the mining one) to expand opportunities for intercultural communication, to deepen their knowledge of achievements in a particular field (including the mining one) by means of language communication, etc. All this becomes possible only under the condition of the formation of the number of competences, in particular, communicative. Creating and developing the e-dictionarywill enable free communication between representatives of different countries for the purpose of taking on the experience gained during the professional activity, as well as in the field of the mining industry, and will be worth representing the achievements of the domestic industry at the world stage. The high level of foreign language proficiency of graduates of Ukrainian universities will contribute to affirming the positive educational and scientific image of our country.

Introduction.In this article the problem of formation of communicative skills of professional communication of students of medical high School is considered.  Theoretical and methodological approaches to this problem are analyzed. The theoretical basis of the study was the work of MV Rodikov, LV Kochetova, Ln. Vasilyeva about the process of formation of readiness of students of medical University for interpersonal interaction in the professional sphere and in particular the formation of skills of building trust between the doctor and the patient. The authors identified individual and personal qualities necessary for the graduate in practice, such as: the ability to diagnose the social situation; skills of effective interaction with colleagues in the workplace; possession of verbal and non-verbal means of communication in building relationships with patients; rejection of all kinds of stereotypes of patient perception [5,6]. The assessment of such important professionally significant qualities in the formation of communicative competence of the future doctor, such as sociability, tolerance, empathy, goodwill, respect, attentiveness, restraint, flexibility [7, 15]. The authors highlight the psychological characteristics of the doctor, affecting the communicative competence, such as: emotional stability; sensitivity to negative attitude on the part of the patient; anxiety; depression [13]. The important qualities of the future specialist include: the ability to be convincing in conversation with the patient and his relatives, respect for colleagues and their opinion, especially when the issue concerns controversial clinical cases and requires open discussion [8,9,10]. It is noted that the success of the interaction between the doctor and the patient depends on the skills: the establishment of primary contact; elimination of possible contradictions (clash of views of the doctor and the patient); correction of conflict behavior of the patient during medical consultation; ability to inform the patient of "bad news" concerning his health; planning joint actions with the patient [4, 14,31].Materials and methods. A study was conducted on the diagnosis of the ability to empathize in students of a medical university using the method of V. V. Boyko, the specifics of gender attitudes were determined using the «Sex-role questionnaire», the coping styles of behavior were studied using the method «Coping strategies indicator».Results. The study are showed that 44.7% of respondents have an average level of empathic abilities, 53.2% – understated, 2.1% – very low. The girls is in 86.6%  the emotional channel of empathy prevailed, which allows the latter to easily enter into an emotional resonance with the other person. Among young men, 52.9% showed rational, 47.1% - intuitive channels of empathy. The analysis showed of the structure of coping behavior that the first place for both girls and boys (66.6% and 88.2%, respectively) was occupied by the problem-solving strategy. The second is the search for social support, which indicates the importance of social support at the initial stage of professional activity.Discussion and Conclusions. It is noteworthy that among those surveyed, attitudes that limit emotional responsiveness prevailed, along with this, students used various empathy channels, allowing them to build the medical process most effectively in the future depending on the situation. The level of communicative competence of students did not differ in terms of "empathy" depending on the specialization. The active position was in the choice of coping strategies allow students to overcome the influence of various types of stress associated with future professional activities.
